My next leadership conversation is with an amazing leader. Morenike Ajayi MBE, is the Director of Corporate Services at Gravesend Churches Housing Association and Founder, Career Nuggets - Building Black Professionals Leaders For the Future.
Morenike Ajayi MBE is a chartered accountant, executive producer, TV presenter, author of 2 books, career mentor and motivational public speaker. She also volunteers as the Treasurer and trustee at London Youth. Previously, she was on the Board of Trustees for the National Union of Students (UK) and Hopscotch Asian Women’s Centre
Morenike received an MBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List 2022 in recognition for her services to race equality and inclusion. As founder and CEO of social enterprise Career Nuggets, Morenike has helped further career opportunities and personal development for the Black minority and ethnic community by providing mentoring, networking, workshops, events and more.
