What does shoulder mobility exactly help you with
Pohorex when you say to your fullest extent does that mean more arm strength for longer and harder throws?
I think the more flexible your arm is the more range you get and the longer your arm can accelerate. It's also to prevent injury.
It’s necessary to prevent injury. If you have no shoulder mobility you will have shoulder pain when you try to fire the ball.
