- I know not everyone owns a laser but Floor lasers are cheap, ive seen some for less than $30. If youre doing a whole house with tile and you want to continue the layout into every room it will be your best friend to keep it all aligned correctly

I'm planning on continuing a 12"x12" parquet wood tile floor present on the 2nd floor landing into 3 bedrooms. No way I'm starting from the inside, way too risky, and not climbing down a ladder to get out. I'll use a 10' 4x4 and blocks to create a foot bridge that will get me out after installing halfway in. I'll finish all but the last row the next day and the last row the 3rd day.
This happened to me. I found it easier just to climb out the window
yeah this method is way too risky id rather do that or leave a path or use a walk plank
This may be a good way in theory but I would never do it this way because not all tiles are perfect in size ... if only 3 tiles are a little off in size it will give you a headache in the end
I’m doing my house and don’t know the starting point I have a long hall way
Start by hiring a professional.😂😅
when the hallway changes direction like an L do you continue the tile in the same direction or do you change it?
Continue in the same direction so it “flows” change of directions can look weird sometimes
@@OBFTILE I did a dry run and you are right changing direction did not look right so we are going in the same direction , thanks for the response .
