Yes Yes Yes
I'm a 50 years old; i was born in the middle of mountains in the north of Spain, and this video has taken to me to my childhood. The sheeps, the dogs, the grass, the fog, the trails, the silence, the peace...
Thanks a lot for upload it.

Kraig’s films are like a roaring fireplace on a cold frosty day with your favorite beverage in hand. Inspiring, calming, a real treasure here on UA-cam.
this comment makes my heart feel warm, as do kraig's videos
Goddamn ture
your expression also wonderful
Lol kiss his ass more

Lovely video. We spaniards do not understand why tourists prefer Andalusia or Barcelona. The north of Spain has nature and paradisiacal beaches without being crowded and the center has the largest number of monumental world heritage cities after Italy.
I lost a great friend to COVID today, and I watched two of your videos back to back. They brought me to a place of amazing serenity. Thank you, so much, thank you. 🙏
when he hikes 90miles, in real he hikes 180miles cause he has to hike back for his cams

This has become my favorite video on the internet. The calm music, the serene shots, the unparalleled yet isolated beauty; all of this puts my heart and soul at peace. I long to visit the north of Spain one day.
2:42 Imagine having to set up a camera to film you climb, Climb up, climb back down, pick up the camera, climb back up to set the camera at the top of the cliff, Climb back down then climb up again to get another shot from a different angle.
@@kraigadams you must also carry a professional camera drone and all the spare batteries and gear that that implies, how do you do that? or do you have a drone team following you some way off, making these stunning shots?

Like the no Talking thing . No blabbering just sound of nature and good views . The drone is amazing. I can tell that because of this guy I’ve spend 2000k to buy all equip and clothes and booked a flight to Oslo and then went up north west and had the Time of my Life :D
I was traveling alone met people through FB group who let me meet them and hike for 1 or 2 days and it just went on for 3 weeks holiday . I returned to Germany with Flixbus from Oslo to Kopenhagen and Sonderburg . Hiked to Flensburg . Thank u Bro for your videos and ur humble personality. Rate that big time
If you're on top of a mountain in the middle of nowhere and there's a little tavern where you can grab a beer and some tortilla de patata, you're probably in Spain.
18:08 Homo Sapien's discovery of water
In all seriousness, these videos are incredible, a rare treat on UA-cam and should be celebrated as cinematic works of art.
Douglas Badger no doubt about it
It's Golum!
A masterpiece dude - just thinking about how much nat geo would have paid a salaried person to go an capture this 20 years ago. And you just threw it up on YT.
Cody Wanner - now the health and safety issues of filming on climbs like these would make it quite complex and expensive to organise. It’s now easier for one or two people to just go do it.
True ! 💟

It is not a cave, it is part of the route of the Cares route. My congratulations for the video, and for having portrayed that wonderful Spanish region compared to paradise.
Many thanks ... you took me back and revived so many memories of when I was in the Picos 27 years ago. I camped on a high majada and one of the sheep guard dogs (and sheep) spent the night with me, unforgettable. As is said "loose yourself in the mountains to find your soul"

By the way the race of the dogs is Mastín Leonés, They guard and take care the flock of sheeps no to be attack by wolves. Thanks a lot
hey pablo! en ingles a las razas de los perros se les llaman breed, te entendemos todos aun asi
Hola pablo! I studied abroad in Leon in 2011 :) Cheers
@@antonioalonsofernandez5909 Buenas, me parece que no has entendido mi comentario.

This looks like a fairy tale land.
It is indeed!
Actually it ts!! I was born there :D
obvio es ESPAÑA
It is indeed! In fact this beautiful video shows only half of it, the mountains. Only 2o to 30 km away there is a dreamlike Atlantic Coast with wide sandy beaches and cliffs.
And nearly all the tourists of my country Germany, who every year fill the spanisch islands and mediterranian coasts know nothing about this " hidden" paradise.
The mainland of Spain keeps many surprises for those who are curious to discover them...
@@luisamarie9387 Muchas gracias por tus amables palabras sobre mi país, España.

Thank You for not talking! Silence captures the spirit of this place and those shots speak for itself. Many people don't get that.. well done! Great video!
Kraig has the best response to dogs on trail: no chill, silly voice, and every dog from 10 pounds to 110 is a "puppy". I dig it.

As a native from Asturias and quite knowledgeable of 'Picos de Europa' since I was a small child, I congratulate you very much for doing what I find to be one of the purest, most delightful reports on what a hiker will find if decides to go on a trail in this much loved area of our regions (shared among Asturias -most part-, Cantabria and León).
Thank you for such a good job!

This touched my soul. Thank you 🙏🏾
We must act as a global community together to work harder to ensure the beauty and wonders of the world are protected for generations to come. Your films should be shown to every school child every year of their learning years, along with films of the disgusting mess we have made of it in so many ways. If we have any sense at all. I thank you for these videos Sir. At least they might inspire awareness and consideration of the worlds environment. We all have to work, we all have to eat.. there is a way we can do it without this amount of pollution. We can to to the stars, but we can not seem to figure this out. I know we can do better than what we are doing now.
Why am I feeling nostalgic of experiences I've never had.

I spent a week there at the end of October, when the weather just started to turn with the first winter snow and heavy rain. This video captures everything that is brilliant about the area and its simplistic unpretentious beauty. Perfectly composed video with insane drone shots.
