It's been thousands of years they don't land in Tamriel. We don't even know if they are still ferals or even look like animals. They're probably what would be the asians of Mundus, the Blades and their armors, swords and temples are a big hint to that. After the assassination of the Last Akaviri Potentate, The Interregnum began. I believe the Tsaesci will invade again very soon. The return of the Last Dragonborn during a time of chaos in a falling empire, when you think about it, isn’t a coincidence.
Thor Boysen Maybe they’ll see a weak Empire, and the extermination of their influence on Imperial culture (with the death of the Blades and lost influence of many guilds founded by them) and attempt to retake the Imperial City.
It's been 200 years since Nerevarine went there, who knows what goes on in the Akavir except Nerevarine, maybe we can get a book ingame which is authored by Nerevarine, where he writes about his events in The Akavir ! :)
Bethesda would probably set the game in one of the provinces to the West and the NPCs talking about how the akaviri have invaded Tamriel. This means the akaviri probably won't reach the province the player is in. Also would still keep akaviri people mysterious in some way because we still wouldn't be seeing them.
Also, am I the only one who imagines the argonians just eating those buff sandwiches from castle crashers and becoming absolute buff muscle monsters of death whenever a daedra decides to invade?
I always thought the dragonguard was created by the remaining humans fleeing from akavir because if I remember correctly the army that is beaten by Reman Cyrodiil is never directly refered to as entirely made up of Tsaesci. Also if I remember correctly there is the ghost of an Akaviri Human in a quest in Oblivion who wears a dragonguard armour.
The Akaviri Dragonguard probably came to Tamriel to hunt dragons, they crossed Morrowind, Skyrim and High Rock, but then retreated to the Pale Pass and were stuck, because of the harsh weather and the supply line was cut by Vivec and his soldiers. Then Reman came from south and you know the rest... Reman saw this as an opportunity and allowed them to settle. Versidue-Shae , who was with the invaders, is described as tsaesci, so they were most likely tsaesci warroirs. After the Assassination of Reman III. the Dragonguard was disbanded, because of their failure to protect him and a new guard named the Honor Guard protected the Potentates. There is a stone tablet in ESO of an Honor Guard member named Sadineras-Kos, who committed some kind of suicide ritual, after Emperor Kastav died.
@@eatsthedarkness8059 I'm sure they would have recruited from the local provinces as they were invading and would have had a mixed army as a result, in our real world that was how some longer classical and medieval era military campaigns were able to continue

I just really hope Akavir is where ES6 takes place. I've wanted to explore it since Oblivion, it seems like it would be so much different from the other elder scrolls games just based on the races alone.
If I’m remembering correctly, when the text said the Tsaesci devoured the humans, don’t believe it meant eaten. It can also mean conquer depending on use. To conquer a nation, devour its people into submission. Like they ‘devoured’ the red and black dragons. While trying to do the same with Tamriel. Sure they most likely ate what slaves they didn’t need for labor, but being eaten to extinction kinda contradicts the Akaviri becoming dragon slayers for the Tsaesci as their Dragon Guard. Elder Scrolls 6 needs a sneaky spy quest that gives us a little peek at the mysterious akavir but still mainrains its enigmatic nature. A few secrets revealed just leads to more questions
tsaeci pledged allegiance to reman for being dragon born which makes me wonder more about the history of the dragon born blessing as well as the tsaeci and dragons interactions
One small bit of information is known that was excluded is that the Nerevarine made way for Akavir, though whether they even made landfall is a mystery. However, the Nerevarine is hardier than most, and regardless of age could still be alive due to their very nature. Such a prominent figure in history would most surely return in some capacity should Akavir invade in a future game, even if only in a book or something of the sort.
If you want to be a fat and 10 feet tall snail , that can only move, due teleportation magic, because of its anatomy. I mean they are freaking powerful in magic, especially necromancy, but disgusting too.
I think the ultimate power move Todd and Co. Could do is give us a TES 6 trailer thst transitions every race on Tameriel into their equvilant on Akavir and give us a game there. None of the 10 Tameriel races are playable, but the 9 in Akavir are. The goal? Find the Nevararine
If I remember correctly what I've heard once, a old Plan for The Elder Scrolls V was that Uriel Septim V. somehow returns from Akavir. Could've definitely been interesting. I wonder though how exactly it would have happened. If he would've been undead or if his Life was actually saved and somehow frozen in Time🤔 Would probably be the best Chance to find out more about Akavir if they should someday decide to use this Idea for another Game. Maybe even including a few small Islands between Tamriel and Akavir
I absolutely love Akavir, favorite lore along with Anumidium and Pelinal. Frost Kong Vs CuuCuukong and Computer Samurai God Snakes fighting New Man God Dragon of the Tigers from the future while in the future!
The best thing about Nirn is that we know so little about it. The creators have basically created a world that can be endless in content. Maybe in a few decades, we would have a TES game, or series of games set in akavir. Much like we have with Tamriel. and who knows, maybe even atmora for two generations from now
The Races of Akavir are one part of the Elder Scrolls lore that never fails to intrest me. Akavir also had an impact on Tamriel in other ways besides invasions such as The Blades and their armour and weapon styles.
Not only that, they built roads, how to built up and train armies, brought the guillotine to Tamriel, administration, the Akaviri are basically the reason, why the Reman Empire was so powerful, they brought so much knowledge to Tamriel, which shaped the Empire till the 4th era. They are probably far more advanced, than the Tamrielic Empire, since they already had all this in the 1st era.
the continent of Akavir is more like the East Asian counterpart of our world from what I see. Tang-mo would probably be South East Asia, Kamal are Mongolians or Siberians, Ka Po' Tun is certainly Chinese while Tsaesci would be the Japanese especially since they were the one's who brought the Katana's and eastern style temples to Tamriel. would be interesting if ES6 assuming it's going to be set on the 5th era that they'd expand on this.
Yep, i agree, most of the races from elder scrolls are based of the cultures from the real world. I don't believe it will take place in the 5th era, only with Skyrim they did a huge timejump. Most of the games played only a few years apart, like Morrowind, Arena, Daggerfall and Oblivion. I guess TES 6 will play a few years later after Skyrim, because they were setting way to much up with the Thalmor, etc. It would be a waste to just jump right into the 5th era without reason, there is still a lot they can continue with.
@@eatsthedarkness8059 yeah would be a shame if they'd just skip the thalmor conflict by doing time jumps, my guess is that it would probably take place at the end of the 4th era and if possible close to the timeline of the 2nd great war if it ever happens, especially since ES6 is more likely to take place at High Rock where the Dirreni tower presumably the last active tower in tamriel still stands. though not really sure, maybe I'll just wait for ES6 but looking at Bethesda's current track record... ehh dunno, but Beth might be back on it's feet if they release ES6 or Starfield
@@yanagida_01 From the information we have right now, it's most likely Hammerfell and due to the Thalmor conflict being still active, according to Kematu, we will probably have a timejump of less than 10 years. Why would the thalmor conflict erupt, at the end of a whole era, that would be way too much time wasted and too much work for Bethesda to filll this gap with lore.
The new Elder Kings mod for CK3 has a pretty interesting take on the Tsaesci. They were mostly normal humans but could perform vampiric rituals to “eat” prisoners, absorbing part of their knowledge and lifespan and gradually making them more snake-like as they eat more people.

We see them in Oblivion and they are humans (they alos are using shields). Maybe the hole Snake thing is just propaganda or they have a second snake form like wercreatures.
Given how long the potentate lived for, he definitely wasn't human.
I just found out about fudgemuppet a month ago and I LOVE THIS CHANNEL best builds and EPIC LORE
Was looking forward to this video!
Could we have a lore video on the Sinistrel Elves?
Just started a new play-through of Skyrim and I usually play from 12am to 6am just because of how immersed I am into the game. I haven’t played Skyrim since the Xbox 360 days and I finally decided to buy Skyrim Special Edition and decided to get some mods to improve the game and I’m loving it all. So many memories. I’ve played through 100% a total of 11 times. These videos give me a quiet relaxing break and I just chill. I loving Nerding out cause I usually don’t act like one in reality. Can’t wait for TES6🔥
Lyg, Akavir, and Atmora are places that would be cool to visit.
Pyandonea the most likely and possible continent to visit: Am I a joke to you
@@g4fly4ever8 oh the irony of that became so. Lol
Where is “Dark elf, is it worth it?!?!?”
We need a game set during the Akaviri invasion to know the truth
Wow! An Akavir episode? Y'all are consistently pumping out awesome content, guys. Keep it up!
I absolutely love all of these videos! They are not only incredibly interesting but also quite relaxing.
I was waiting for this one. Thank you.
*Immediatly drops what I'm doing* ☺️😊
Gotta binge some skyrim and some of fudgemuppet’s velvety voice.
It'd be sweet if they started a separate series in akavari along side finishing tamriel or even make an eso mmo set thier
Elder Scrolls 6 needs a sneaky spy quest that gives us a little peek at the mysterious akavir but still mainrains its enigmatic nature. A few secrets revealed just leads to more questions
Can we get a pseudo-Tsaeci build? Using argonian as the race of course
Probably the best Skyrim UA-camrs ever
So Akavir is basically what westerners in the 60s thought what Asia was…Japanese snake samurai men, Chinese dragon men and Indian monkey men?
I hope the elder scrolls 6 includes something about akavir or maybe a DLC
tsaeci pledged allegiance to reman for being dragon born which makes me wonder more about the history of the dragon born blessing as well as the tsaeci and dragons interactions
Thank you guys for all the Amazing ES lore!!!
I hope there's an akavir dlc in TES 6 and that we could maybe see the worm or learn more about Akavir
I love videos like this. Very glad I found your channel
Akavir -- the Land of Total Furry Dominance.
Just like earth.
It must be purged
Send all Argonians and Khajiiti to Akavir!
Its time for another crusade
The Tsaeci are human according to every source other than Mysterious Akavir. Which, might I remind you - makes the Tsaeci look as bad as possible.
I hope we get to go there someday. The whole continent sounds so interesting.
Those sassy snake men. I love reading the subtitles for videos like these.
"Learned to be dragons" - sounds like the PERFECT mythology to bring in some type of "flying war ship" they've developed in ESX-Akavir
Everyday a movie! Geez, how can you guys do it! xD
A lot of this information can be read in the book mysterious akavir in Skyrim if you want a simplified version
Is it worth being a Sload?
FUmarc Fuck no
If you want to be a fat and 10 feet tall snail , that can only move, due teleportation magic, because of its anatomy. I mean they are freaking powerful in magic, especially necromancy, but disgusting too.
Fought one and I can say he's OP but ugly as heck.
the only race that has internet of course it is worth it
@G4 fly What about the Lilmothiit or the Snow Elves? Pretty sure they have wifi.
A cool idea would be like in the next couple games the Akavir invade and the main storyline is fighting them off and saving Tamriel
Can’t wait to play an Elder Scrolls Akavir
I think the ultimate power move Todd and Co. Could do is give us a TES 6 trailer thst transitions every race on Tameriel into their equvilant on Akavir and give us a game there.
None of the 10 Tameriel races are playable, but the 9 in Akavir are.
The goal? Find the Nevararine
No
Lol
Took you long enough. You should also do what would a game in Akavir would be/should be like.
Would love to see or learn more about akavir in the next Elder scrolls game or maybe in the next ESO expansion
That Tiger Dragon Emperor sounds like he knows how to use the Thuum...
I was lost in the lore...great video
If I remember correctly what I've heard once, a old Plan for The Elder Scrolls V was that Uriel Septim V. somehow returns from Akavir. Could've definitely been interesting. I wonder though how exactly it would have happened. If he would've been undead or if his Life was actually saved and somehow frozen in Time🤔
Would probably be the best Chance to find out more about Akavir if they should someday decide to use this Idea for another Game. Maybe even including a few small Islands between Tamriel and Akavir
13:22 "And the times when living gods could rescue Tamriel from defeat are long gone"
Dragonborne: "Am I joke to you?"
Much like we have with Tamriel. and who knows, maybe even atmora for two generations from now
I would love to play an elder scrolls game set in black marsh with the main plot centered around an akaviri invasion.
that was meant to be the plot of skyrim where uriel septum comes back with his dragons to fuck shit up
People describe the tcisei differently so im thinking what if its sort of like the kahjit depending on when they are born is what they look like
Amazing theory
When they make akavir, I'll buy eso online
I don't think Elder Scrolls Online online is a thing, my dude.
Yeah after they completed all of Tamriel and all the planes of oblivion. Guess we have to wait a bit.
BOOM!
I doubt they'll make akavir. There are no maps of Akavir either so they're already stuck.
I think Tiber Septim may could have conquered Akaviri with the god weapon Numidium
@@eatsthedarkness8059 Probably. An Akaviri Invasion in the 4th Era would be devastating to Tamriel if they are more advanced.
the continent of Akavir is more like the East Asian counterpart of our world from what I see.
Best lore in any video game ever.
The new Elder Kings mod for CK3 has a pretty interesting take on the Tsaesci. They were mostly normal humans but could perform vampiric rituals to “eat” prisoners, absorbing part of their knowledge and lifespan and gradually making them more snake-like as they eat more people.
Imagine Akavir as part Elder Scrolls 6 expansion
This is cool. I thought Tamriel was a hell hole, but now there is another continent with more scary danger.😬
Tiger dragon gon be the next alduin in ES6 💯
my theory is that the Tsaesci are like the Yuan-Ti from D&D, which was the inspiration for elderscrolls, in that they take many forms.
Whats crazy is that Planet Nirn's water to earth ratio is a lot more than our Planet so their underwater life and depth must be insane.
