@@nikhilsharma1106 I thought the same earlier but in the recent news on namazi people being kicked on the road- her argument went from inappropriate behaviour of police to "freedom of religion wherever one wishes to"... It's this attitude of liberals since 2014 that fuelled further votes to BJP. But with inflation & Pharma deaths etc being covered by Electoral Bonds is coming to the surface + Kejriwal's forced prison.

The best Independent journalist in India now. I have been watching all her videos. The right kind of criticism for a strong opposition we need. To all the BJP supporters out there, always listen and try to understand the criticism from the other side. It helps you improve your perspective. As a bjp supporter, I never miss Barkha! She has worked on her criticism and She has improved a lot! She doesn’t bluntly follows agenda that other Journalists cum UA-camrs do.

But no one forgets her interview to prove Yasin Malik as a best family man, live telecast from Mumbai attack area, Kargil war revealing our soldiers location. Worked her best to create panic by doing videos in burial ground during covid and so on.

As of now they tend to give a balanced view on the government's policies and stuff. Earlier it used to be straight up Congress or Left propaganda. Maybe I just like the way they present the information more than their bias or ideologies.

Setting aside BJP Congress, Nagpur is a lovely city. Good public amenities and infrastructure. People are rather friendly. And by the looks of it good food too.

Is Mr Gadkari a potential PM material?
1. Understands national politics better than Modi.
2. Has a good rappo and network with the opposition. Unlike finish the opposition policy. He is more respected by the opposition than Modi.
3. Proven track record of good performance as well as complying with party / govt policies.
4. Enjoys high rating and credibility from diverse quarters. Better than Modi.
5. Well educated and well versed. Law abiding. Not likely to violate the constitution by omission or by commission.
6. Can be trusted to diliver good governance and bring better transparency rather than good management (manipulation) through QPQ & MF etc dark strategies.
7. Can raise money for party and for PM fund etc employing innovative yet fair means. Unlike by devicing dubious instruments like EB etc.
8. Shown resilience to criticisms and failures, setbacks etc.
9. Certainly not a hypocrite and he is principled and bears clean image. Not a cult figure who can sway the mass to disaster.
On the downside he is not a charismatic leader who can weave web through fashionable mannerisms and offer of gratifications to the people. More of a plain speaking conversationalist rather than a bombastic orator who enjoys adulation by the people. Secondly he cannot be OBC. His entire life is spent before the full view of the public and well documented. Early life, background, education, achievements etc cannot be edited.
Country wants level playing field. Needs Enabling environment. New energy and ideas to take us forward. Not economic bubbles (PayTM/ Byjus/OLA) but growth emgine that delivers stable enterprise and employment and reduces inequality and disparity in distribution of wealth and welfare.
Kisan (poverty/ development) and Yuva (unemployment/education) are the key issues for the country. The real OBC = Overall Backward Class = Kisan + Unemployed Yuva. Not caste based models ( Modi/Mysore Maharaja/Mohan Yadav/Jankar).
Only empowered and self reliant Kisan community will deliver subsidy/ ration free economy.
Amrit Kaal must aim for subsidy and ration free welfare economy focused on health, education, skill, self employment, connectivity and productivity. World's No 1 economy, GDP $10/20/30 T by 2030/40/47 etc are meaningless.
We are also lead to beleive that India is on the thresholds of becoming Vishwa Guru, regional power of global significance, global north etc. These are far fetched assumptions barring few good exceptions. So far we have only succeeded in demonstrating our potential to the world i.e. proof of capability and not the fruits of it. A leadership which is Pragmatic, yet with vision and ambition to grow and balance power, prosperity and positive image in the neighbourhood and in wider world is necessary.
