    Thank you Gary, I'm making the Tool right now and it works great. I've had ulnar wrist pain for 4 months and I've tried everything except cortisone shots or surgery. I sur hope this works so I can get back to the golf course.

    Just built one of these! I've never had wrist pain in my life (32yo) but this morning started some excruciating pain in my wrist only when there was resistance and only in certain angles. The pain is most intense on the top of my wrist, down from my middle and ring fingers, and right at the crease of the wrist when bending my hand back. I wasn't able to pick up my 2 year old daughter all day but I could do push-ups without a problem. Hopefully tomorrow it will disappear as suddenly as it arrived. This contraption is really seeming to help. I'm afraid to try to aggravate my wrist again to confirm that it is fixed. Thanks again Gary for saving me when I start falling apart, you're my go-to guy on the internet and your videos have helped more than you know when I had lower back pain a year ago!

    I wish everyone knew how to do this; I tell folks it's like 'karate kid' instant healing in many cases; I suffered for years thinking it was pinched nerve's - and that's how it starts but I suffered for months with each spasm where-as NOW; I do this as soon as I get tired of the nagging ache... haha, usually a week later than I should have done it! :) Thanks again Doc! I'm a satisfied customer and have no affiliation, I just love free stuff!

      Yes, it's just "wax on, wax off" but with your own tight tissue. And as you probably already know, but just FYI - my free website www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/ has videos and text for every joint in your body, if you ever need it. It’s “free to the world,” so please help spread the word.
      All the best,

    I love watching your videos! Thank you for your help! I have a question. I have right wrist pain. I had done this manually and I do notice my under lower side of my forearm is very tender. I am massaging and opening closing my wrists but the pain goes away temporarily. The next morning my wrist hurts again. Is this something I have to do for life because something is wrong with my muscles/tendons? Or can you fix this with time? I have done this for a week but it scares me that there is an underlying problem. When I move my wrist up and down it clicks.

      Hello S,
      I do not think you have your problem for life. If the pain goes away temporarily, then you probably just need to release the tension more deeply in the key areas or release it in other areas that may still be affecting your wrist.
      You may want to have a friend press on the tissue with their thumbs, using their bodyweight for pressure is usually best, while you open and close your hand or move your wrist up and down, ect.
      I do hope this helps. Stick with it. Be persistent and you'll get there.
      Keep up the good work!
      Best,
      Gary Crowley

    Thanks for sharing! I'll be building one tomorrow. Having issues on top and bottom of forearm. Any reason not to mount a ball on both sides of the clamp?

    • @garycrowley1
      @garycrowley1  7 років тому

      Generally, you only want to work on one side at a time, but give it a go, and let me know if it works. I like whatever works!
      All the best,
      Gary

      The clamp I have on hand was only long enough to mount 1 ball with a pad opposite. The amount and speed of the relief from 1st use was nothing short of amazing. I found the racquetball the best for me. I wish I had known about your tool 6 weeks ago when this started.
      Thanks again, a huge gift to someone who works with his hands. I still may make one with 2 balls, if I do I'll let you know how it works.

      That's great! I wish more people were willing to give this tool a try. It really is amazing for getting deep into the forearm.

      Just finished and tried the double ball tool. I like it a lot! Actually better than the single, at least in my case. Time will tell. I'll be happy send you a photo.
      Best to you on getting it out there. Anyone who works with their hands would probably benefit from this sometime in their life. Absolutely a fine thing for the blacksmith community.

    Great video! One question: my wrist feels great while im messaging it but as soon as I try to use it in real life the pain starts up again. I've resorted to using a thumb and wrist guard which helps with the daily pain but is this setting back my recovery?

    • @garycrowley1
      @garycrowley1  7 років тому

      Hi Dimelza, That probably means there are other areas that still need to be released. You might go through my Elbow Joint Pain Relief videos, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/elbow-joint-pain.html and see if releasing those muscle groups helps.
      Best,

      Yes, you could, but it be difficult to get it in the right position for certain areas, and difficult to operate from certain angles. But, "yes", to answer your question.

    Hi Gary, did you know that you've got a ghost appearance in your video? From time to time you can see this light Orbs- as the spiritualists call them- you can spot them in front of your camera few times during the video: the first one comes in 0:12 and then bigger one 0:46 and a little one's can be seen all the time throughout the video (3:52, 6:13, 7:22, 12:23, 12:39). The most significant one is in 5:22 it is actually flashing so you can easily see it. And look at the one's at 5:55 and 7:57... These light phenomenas were captured many times in Most Haunted series. I think your one is just one ghost who want's to play like you in front of the camera so that could be a child or a teenager. And I enjoyed your wrist video as well.
