I have been impressed with you for a long time, you are so unassuming you seem like such a nice guy and by just listening to you we can tell that you so do care about people, not trying to get rich with all the knowledge that you have been gifted with. Who in this world could not love this man! Thank you Mr. Crowley! My sister put me onto you years ago.
Hello Robert, Thank you for the kind words. Much appreciated. I'm thrilled to know that you and your sister have benefitted from my videos. A little less pain in the world is a good thing.
Best,
Gary C.

thanks Gary
You are very welcome. I hope you'll build one and use it.
Mine works great.

Gary, you are awesome. As a hairdresser, and a gardener, I can relate to having both hands hurting and was having difficulty massaging my own forearms and wrists. I am definitely going to make this for myself. Good luck with your product. I hope you make millions!

Hi SuperPrince,
Thanks! I hope it can help you and many others.
And thanks for commenting.
All the best,
Gary Crowley
Good idea, I watched your vid on massaging the forearms and although it's a necessary thing to do it's just so awkward and hard to do so I was thinking of some clamp but you already did
It's a great tool, I'm thrilled that you are willing to take a little time to build one! I think you'll love it.
Best,
Gary C.
PS - only if you're for it....

@@garycrowley1 thx, will do.
@@garycrowley1 I built it. It's magnificent 🤩. It's a million times more effective and tolerable than massaging yourself manually. I was bruising myself with my fingers, this is far better and gets the spot more.
@@80slimshadys I'm genuinely thrilled. So few people will just go to the hardware store and put one of these together. And I love how much you love it. Great, great job by you!
All the best,
Gary
Hi Gary, just had my very first cortisone shot. Unbelievably painful. I have to work. Pointer finger is so over abused by my job that I had to go to this extreme measure of getting the shot in my hand. No one has ever told me to massage my upper part of my arm those muscles up there I went to try it and keep at it. The day after my shot I was supposed to be on bed rest for my hand but unfortunately my union could not find someone to cover the job I had to go in and probably was one of the hardest gigs that I have ever worked on. The next day started my new job at a different location and that gig it was probably just as hard and I continue to do that till this Sunday. Unfortunately the nature of my business my fingers are my hardest working part of my body. I know 55 and I'm finding it tough to not be in pain or discomfort after a busy day I will start rubbing the upper part of my forearms and doing some finger exercises as well that I learned from another doctor who takes care of Gamers here in Los Angeles. Thank you for this advice all my best to you Shelley
Are these available yet for purchase?
Hi Gary do you have any video on hands that gives off a burning sensation ,my doctor say I am find but i don't feel fine i have to keep my hand in cold water I appreciate any advice or exercise you have to offer thanks
My free Hand Pain Relief series may help,
www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/hand-pain-relief.html
Somewhere along your neck, upper back, shoulder, upper arm, and forearm, there is tight tissue yanking on some nerves. Free the right tissue and the burning should go away. Burning hands aren't that common, but here is my Burning Feet Sensation video series
www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/burning-feet-sensation-relief.html where I describe the same concept that would apply to your hands.
Hope that helps.
Best,
Gary C.
