I have NEVER been in the “I’m not hungry when I wake up” camp. I’m always hungry when I wake up. If I happen to have dinner later like in a Saturday or Sunday night I am famished the next morning. I wake up at 6 and usually eat around 8:30 but I’m specifically trying to hold off until 10AM and finish eating 6-7PM.
I'm interested in fasting to achieve autophogy. I've heard it mentioned several times on short reels. I haven't had a chance to do any research on that topic yet. I know Gary Breka has mentioned it. I also heard someone on tictoc mention it too. Will you let me know if you run into any info on it??
oh yes!!! Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Mindy Pelz are two off the top of my head that I've heard talk about the benefits of fasting for this reason. Oh, and Dr. Jason Fung as well. :)
