It's actually really believable that he's 46....
I literally said the same thing
Right he looks every bit of his 46 years. Maybe he can pass for 40 on a good day. Some people have too much money.
Maybe if he gained a couple pounds he may look a little younger. I think him being so skinny actually ages him more.
He looks like an avatar..

I've been following Bryan for quite sometime and he really seems like a great, genuine dude who is trying to enrich people's lives and actually make a difference in the health and wellness field. His entire protocol along with recipes and all the backing scientific data is on his website for free. Obviously he doesn't need the money, but it's rare you see someone so transparent with their entire diet and lifestyle and giving away the entire thing in a step by step guide for free.
He's trying to enrich HIS life. There's a difference
Go for it....
@@WeanerBeaner69 Both his and of others. He's a great guy.
yeah because bias studies don´t exist at all, specially when you want to make a profit out of internet fools.
Dude this man's life is restless... imagine what happens when a wrinkle pops up on his face, you can't tell me he's going through all this only to look his age "46"yrs old
For those that seem to have missed his goal (and they don't go into it in depth here), his primary goal isn't to 'look' young. He is conducting an experiment wherein he eats and exercises based strictly on what data says his body needs. His goal is to reverse biological age ie. the age of his cells (and the data shows that he has reversed his by several years). An obvious corollary would be appearance, but that is not his primary goal.
I wonder why so many are negative. Not only is what he's doing quite a sensible and potentially groundbreaking experiment, it is quite interesting to follow. Huge fan. Go Bryan!
Good cause the hair dye is a dead giveaway
There's test you can take based on your blood will tell your biological age.
If that's what his working on, he's doing too much.
Says who? The doctors who are on his payroll and could possibly be lying to keep earning a big salary?
reverse* Jeez!@@nonnywinner5039
This person making excuses about its not about how he looks and all this bio crap😂. If he can actually have organs of an 25 yr old I will assume it would help towards how you look..

Hating on a a health pioneer is lame. I’m happy for him. He’s using himself as an experiment for us!
Oh so you're wealthy and don't have to work when you're in your 40s so you can pursue this extremely costly (and time consuming) progam?
Because for many of us, we can't afford to live longer, because we don't have the savings to live past 100 or even 90s (which is in one of my parents' genes). And not ot mention that you need a lot of time from your 30s or 40s. How many people are in the situation where they can afford to work only a small number of hours per week so they have time to do this whole regimen? And that's in wealthy developed nations like the U.S.
Even so, there are many areas of poverty in the U.S. How are they going to afford to work just part-time and save up for a looong retirement, living up to 90+ years of age? And they'd better have great health insurance. Can't get that by only working part-time from your 40s onwards.
@@SY-ok2dqThis man is promoting extreme health. Not a retirement plan…every brand new idea or product on this planet starts off for the rich and ends up becoming affordable for all. Exactly! Hence why he’s been divorced and no woman wants him. He’s likely narcissistic and trying to prove something. In the end I doubt he’s satisfied with himself if he’s going through these great lengths to impress people with “age.” It’s all a waste of time. Age is natural. It’s human. Let nature run its course. I'm 47 and still training Muay Thai like i did when i was 27, only I'm stronger now. I eat all kinds of Afrikan herbs and roots and a variety of animal protein. The last time I was sick and needed to be hospitalized was 32 years ago. You don't need to be a billionaire to do it, just train well and eat right. I do spinal cord, pelvic excercises and hip excercises, which I don't see others do in the gym,yet these are the foundation of our body.
I totally agree! The pelvic floor is especially super important for women. I lived a mostly sedentary life before I had two babies back-to-back and my bladder started to drop. Went to a physical therapist and was confirmed with a 2nd degree bladder prolapse at the age of 28. Usually, this is an issue for older women, but can happen to younger women too. Can't fully reverse it, but it led me to do something about it as the symptoms can feel really uncomfortable, and I want to avoid surgery by doing whatever I can. I changed my diet, am losing weight, and am overall getting much stronger. Not by doing HIIT workouts or weight training (since I can't do much of that anyway), but by low impact pelvic exercises and deep abdominal exercises, along with other things. Before anything else, these foundational exercises should be incorporated into people's routines regularly if they really want to be strong and healthy. It's been a life changing journey for me, honestly.

People want a quick fix they want some magical supplement that will fix their horrible lifestyle. It’s like trying to keep your house from flooding by using a shovel to continuously scoop the water out instead of actually protecting your house in the first place from getting flooded I mean I guess it’s easier to buy a shovel instead of reinforce your house but it’s not. It just appears to be easier at first.
He has an interesting goal. It will be interesting to see how far he actually gets. I'm 56 now. I keep good health and exercise a lot. The only effect of aging I could recall at 46 was my eyesight just started to go. Now at 56, I can feel more effects of aging, including bad knees that prevent me from running like I used to, and I'm just starting to see the first signs of grey hair.
I'd like to see him at 56, I seriously doubt he will completely reverse aging like he thinks he will. The best you can do is slow it down compared to your peers who live an unhealthy lifestyle.
People are different. I'm 42 I barely exercise and eat whatever I want and this guy could pass for my dad.
Most people are jealous/resentful because he's 46 years old and instead of letting himself go, he's super healthy and look healthier than 95% of peoples of the same age.
It's good to keep in mind that Americans at this age are nearly all overweight and like 40-50% obese. Half of men are balding.. and judging by the quality of the food people in USA eat, you add bad habits such as drinking etc... this guy looks definitively better, younger and healthier than most of people.
I see people commenting that they "look younger" they definitely don't. Also, he has a very low fat percentages which makes him not looking as young as he could.
My impression is that most people are just lazy and choose to lie to themselves. Instead of thinking that leading a more healthy lifestyle might have a positive impact on their appearance and overall health, they prefer to look down this guy and keeping their bad habits.
That's the mentality of mediocre people.

Does the hair die and makeup also reverse the aging process?
The big issue with his "blueprint" is that he creates it by assuming that we are all the same. Which we are not. What might work for him might be detrimental to some and so on. I respect his dedication and efforts but I believe that the vibration of feeling good, of enjoyment etc also has a huge part in how we age. Lots of people out there who have (visibly) aged better than him without taking the subject so seriously.

his feeling good is from getting attention and promo : blueprint agenda - Vegan propaganda and improved bio- markers !..

There's literally no scientific basis to your claims that's the problem. Antioxidants are absolutely good for you regardless of who you are unless you have horrible genetic predispositions. All of these pseudo scientific ideas of "feeling good" is hardly useful and can be explained through biochemistry.

I say quality of life trumps quantity- yes, take care of yourself, eat right, exercise and move daily, maintain strong bonds with your spouse, children, etc, go to work and when you leave work your LEAVE WORK and do not take it home. Life is precious and how you live says more about your quality of that life than how long one lives.
Best story y’all have covered in the past 20 years.
Are you joking?
I envy his ability to decide he’s going to get very rich and execute his plan so skilfully.
His eyes reveal his real age.
His lack of maturity about mortality reveals his real age too.
And are the windows to the soul.
His entire face reveals his age & mortality may be a thing of the past in the next "age" ☀️
However he still looks phenomenal for his age
The blueness of his eyes is actually quite healthy and youthful looking. His skin looks weird though.
He looks like a 46 year old transitioning male who's in good shape.
Aging should be graceful. There is a reason we do not live forever. If my grandparents looked as young as me I wouldn’t have listen to them seriously.
I listed to his interview about a year ago. He does look younger than the last time I saw him!
Nice to see you again Commander Data
He's in great shape but he still looks his age
This is not really about looks.
Only thing is that there's so many things everyday that work to so to speak unalive us. For example a tree could fall on you, You can get hit by stray bullet, you could not survive a car accident, You could miss a step on your staircase and hit your head, etc. But I applaud his efforts. But I think it's a better idea to enjoy your life be as healthy as possible and be ready when it's your time to go. Let everyone you love know that you love them etc. God bless you all.
I would love to see your diagnostics team run your tests on Nun Amen Ra who is a longevity researcher who has 20 plus years dedicated to longevity practices . Also Marcus and Cara who are long term raw fooders who are 50+ and looking amazing. Your diet resembles what they eat too.
Reading all the negative comments. I must say thanks to crazy risk takers like this gentleman, science invents new ways for the general welfare. People are too quick to judge. There are positive aspects to his obsession which will benefit us all even in the event of his sudden death, we will observe and take notes of what happened. So it’s great. 👍
lol, you think any billionaire cares about humanity........ why are htere people starving and dying of poor living conditions??? it's cause of the parasitic class of few thousand super rich who make billions out of all people but give nothing in return.... they want to depopulate the planet and don't give a damn about other humans.....
Because it’s w3ird
U stupid its fake primal diet cost 1k in a month and people live 200years and cure all problems watch scott primal i dont lie you can within 1 week feel better
People like this gentleman are only going to contribute to more suffering on earth, nothing else. Do you think people will only use the new power of living longer for good causes?!!
This is not for the GENERAL public. If you live in the U.S. or really anywhere, you can drive out of your neighborhood and go see neighborhoods where people don't have enough money to last them a few months if they lose their job. They're living in rundown homes, maybe with a lot of crime and drugs. Or simply regular working class neighborhoods where nobody can practically retire at 40 and spend most of their time on fitness and health, including buying expensive food and supplements. Not to mention they need all those extra decades of work to save for retirement.
There are millennials who've moved back in with their parents because they can't afford rent as a single person (or even couples). They have mortgage repayments, college loan repayments, health insurance to pay for, and need to stash away some money for retirement. There are people on disability pensions. Sure they've got time since they can't work, to work out like Johnson (assuming their disability doesn't interfere with that). But they haven't got the money for all those pricey foods and supplements. But I assume at least their health insurance and whatnot is covered by the government since they're disabled.
I agree with a healthy diet, exercise and a good nights sleep but the other stuff seems a bit extreme. I find his quest for optimal health and longevity interesting.
My father was talking about a famous man who said "if i knew id live this long i wouldve taken bettercare of myself" he died two weeks ago of cancer
Let's all support him. Because his experience and data will benefit us all.
I'm not far from his age and I look much younger than him. This is not to discredit his efforts, I applaud what he does, but I just want to point out that very simple things make you look younger:
I don't expose myself too much to sun, I'm an indoors person. Too much sun damages your skin.
I don't eat meat, and research shows low protein diet makes you live longer.
Coincidentally I eat a lot of beans (I'm mexican lol, though my skin is white).
I don't have children. I'm convinced all my peers with kids look far older than the ones who don't. Of course you shouldn't stop yourself from having kids just to look younger, but still.
I eat little sugar, sugar is just bad for your health overal.
I have never smoked, and I drink ocasionally, also zero drugs.
Not a fan of salads but I do eat them at least once a week.
I drink A LOT of lemonade with minimal sugar. Vitamin C is an antioxidant as far as I know, so I guess it helps.
It’s not at all hard to believe he’s 46. He actually looks more like in his fifties desperately trying to look young.
Surprised the media is briefly allowing the mention of dietary supplements. Really surprised.
Humm. I think this is 'crazy' I want to enjoy life and not be thinking about this all the time, However, I appreciate the effort he is making to test these ideas. He is one of the few people who has the money and time to live like this. I am not sure how he is going to separate all the different choices he is making. How will he know which changes made the biggest impact? Also, he has a unique genetics (like all of us) Some choices may not work as well for all ethnicities. But, Glad he is a pioneer!
I love it! Very impressive...I don't think he'll live forever but I think it'll be a great study on how to increase longevity
For $2 million a year, you too can get told by 40 doctors you will live forever.
@@haneytr3sman Spends millions on science to age slower and online trolls like you think you know better 😂
Wait you don't "think" he will love forever 😂😂😂😂😂 you just outed you're as the dumbest person alive with that comment
@@crazydissy3893 If hr really wanted to help humanity, he could have used his millions to help those in poverty in the U.S. and abroad (where there are even more people living in greater poverty).
And also, in the U.S. healthcare is extremely expensive and there are many whp go without any health insurance. And that's not because they don't work. Many do, but in low pay jobs and jobs without enough security. These are not people who can take the time to carry out a fitness regimen like this guy - they already work long hours and if they have kids to support and take care of, even less spare time not to mention money. These are people trying to put away some extra money, that won't be enough for retirement. They can't afford to live too long, they just don't have the savings for it.
He looks like Data from Star Trek, TBH and it only turned his clock back 5 years? I'm sure there are better things to do for $2 million per year.
Wow!!! This is crazy 😮 He looks young from a distance
I'm 18, and have terrible joint, chest, head pain and 30 lbs overweight. I'll give this everything I've got to feel decent in adulthood though. 💪
He looks incredible
to me he looks like he glows and radiates vitality.
@@germanlopez9448 mentally physically spiritually looks great
No ..he doesn't
I think people more often forget we ADD purpose into our lives this is giving him a purpose so be it. I'm down for longevity and looking/feeling younger as long as I can. Some ultra-rich dudes are on their yachts and could care less about humanity let this dude be.
Ngl i'm glad he's doing this publicly and openly sharing his regimen. He just might be the blueprint we need
He is like a pioneer.
Why is this UA-cam channel not being censored for talking about alternative health?
he does not eat steaks.
What this case study tells us is that despite millions, he can’t get his hair follicle melanocytes to work like young and can’t get his skin to look naturally youthful.
we love Bryan Johnson, the man is trying to get all of us in humanity to live forever not just himself, creating a powerful brain monitoring device, testing hundreds of experimental procedures and tech on himself to improve it, go Bryan!
Until we find a way to stop cellular aging via genetic modification as well as what actually causes it, i think the most we can do is find ways to prolong lifespan with good habits. Even people with good habits can still suffer illness. People with horrid habits can live longer than those with good.
The genetic makeup of an individual is what it boils down to. Still, try to make good habits.
He says he wants to improve the human race….as he spends 2 million a year on himself
