Finastride is truly amazing for those who does not get any sides, I am speaking on Oral, topical is not as good obviously. As someone who has the most aggressive hair loss (my two brothers were Norwood 7 by 28-30), not to mention aggressive retrograde alopecia as well, all my cousins in both families are Norwood 6-7 by 30. I am 38 and have managed to keep 90% of my hair. Unfortunately I experienced bad side effects from finasteride and had to quit. However, using minoxidil + microneedling saved my hair. I strongly believe that DHT is related to blood circulation, which in turn due to low supply leads to hair loss. I used a derma roller + minoxidil and kept losing hair. Once I switched to a high-quality pen, within two months my shedding stopped and my hair started to get thicker by month 4 with a lot of new growth. I have followed this protocol for 5 years and haven't lost ground. It's possible-just be consistent. use a good Pen and do NOT skip sessions. If it worked for me, it should work for EVERYONE.
@@LfKoda thanks for the recommendation. What exactly have the shampoo and conditioner you mentioned done for you? I purchased the vitamins Bryan suggested and I saw my hair stopped falling out so that's great. I also am using minoxidil.
@nunyabeezwax6758 True. And yet he can just keep to himself the results. he doesn't have to share his findings and yet he does. That's great. He can afford financially and he is experimenting on himself.
@nunyabeezwax6758 well yeah but the guy's not sitting on his wealth. he's using himself as a lab rat and sharing all his findings. more respectable than it's not
Please never stop. You’re making healthy living intelligent and “cool” such great motivation. Society glamorizes an unhealthy lifestyle and it’s great having such a prolific individual pushing for health, longevity and quality of life. I try to live my life in a scaled down way that you promote and have never been happier and healthier.
One might wonder if this much time, money, and fixation on not going bald is healthy living. Having a full head of hair has nothing to do with being healthy. Michael Jordan did pretty well in the NBA going bald. I'm bald and while it would be nice to have hair to avoid sunburn, it's otherwise a non-issue for me.
He’s done them already. He first he flosses, then uses a water pik, then sonic toothbrush, and finally use tea tree oil for mouthwash Edit: he ends with a tongue scraper
Thank you for taking the time to create and share this informative content. My good friend used Norlest's natural hair recipes, and his hair started growing back normally without falling out. I was shocked.
Has he considered trying facial exercises? He has an impressive appearance, but I think he might look even more youthful with a bit more flesh on his bones.
@@tf2368indeed he is first off the laser has been a scam since the late 90s, it's proven to be junk. Secondly microneedling is dangerous initially it can show some results but eventually you will cause so much damage is causes permanent scarring. All you need is basic topical 5% minoxidil you can get it from Costco 6 months supply for like 20 bucks. Finasteride is what really stops hair loss oral finasteride a person can get the 5 mg generic for dirt cheap breaking it into fourths and it is pretty much so Dirt Cheap it's unbelievable just those two and a person will be fine. If a person cannot tolerate the 1 mg they can always try 1 mg three times a week instead of daily or break it down to a half a milligram daily it's still pretty effective. Don't know why people fall for all this PRP it does absolutely nothing they throw it in with hair transplants now telling people it's going to make it grow quicker. Sad to say a hair cycle is a hair cycle you're not making it go quicker. He neglects to tell you about when you start these medications you will get a shed that will last possibly a few months especially with Rogaine and finasteride that is a good thing though. After month three it's all uphill. Please people do not listen to this person who is shilling all this garbage.. the stuff that he's recommending the compounded stuff you don't know where is coming from or anything stick with topical minoxidil oral low dose can be used also very effective if a person doesn't want to be bothered with topical but that is on a script. And finasteride that's the only two hair loss treatments there are, sad to say but since I've been around since 98 it's been the same treatment all the time. From 1998 it was always 5 years away the Cure or the next Miracle treatment here we are 2024 same two treatments.
I'm amazed to see some of the ingredients that have 0 scientific proof that they work. Of course, if one has means, no one will stop, but doing it is like caring a horseshoe...
I'm grateful for the knowledge you've shared in this video. I personally have had a very good experience with Norlest. Their hair loss prevention recipes have significantly helped me, and most importantly, they are completely natural and anyone can make them.
Bot comment. Remember whenever you see a comment with loads of thumbs up but hardly any comments (and any of the few comments are very generic) it's probably a bot comment with bot likes
Dude thank you for making these videos. I know you are rich, but you taking the time to share the knowledge that you have learned on your journey is really appreciated. Thank you.
Bryan I’ve have been incredibly sick for the last 4 years with severe cognitive impairment chronic pain and suicidal ideation! My life consisted of brief periods of respite and a blurry hell in which I could not think or get Out of bed some days. I thought I had lost my life and often thought of ending it. I’m 23. Through following the protocols I feel like a normal young man now. Through the diet sleep and bio hacking tools. My cognition is returning I can think! I can workout without pain. I am now back to being a full time student and actively engaging in life. You and your team has helped me get my life back thank you.
I’m 23 too. I am glad things are working out for you. Never take a day for granted, and do whatever the hell you want, because it can all change tomorrow. Godspeed brother
I'm grateful for the actionable tips you've shared in this video. Everyone is different, and not everyone has the same hair, but personally, natural recipes from Norlest have helped me a lot. My hair has regained its shine, and I'm really satisfied. My warm recommendation is to try these products because if nothing has helped you so far, then you have nothing to lose with this, and you can gain a lot.
i've been looking at gray hair solutions before I knew about him, and I thought he would go into the actual biochemistry of how to preserve melanocytes (the cells that produce melanin and give hair color). From looking at research papers, the way to preserve melanocytes from free radical damage (mostly hydrogen peroxide damage) is to use antioxidants like vitamin E which preserves the catalase enzyme that neutralizes hydrogen peroxide. So taking catalase and vitamin E as supplements on a daily basis should start having an effect. Can also add a copper supplement (AVOID copper supplements that look blue, that is mineral copper and is toxic to humans). The only form of copper that is not toxic to humans is copper from animal sources, like beef liver and oysters/mussels. Mineral and plant copper are toxic to humans and will accumulate in the brain, leading to dementia. I only know of a few brands of copper supplements that are safe for humans, one is from Global Healing and the other is from ReCuperate (created by Morley Robbins, the magnesium man). Morley understands the damage done by free radicals and by excess iron in the blood. Iron will age and eventually kill if not kept in check by copper and vitamin A (both of which are found in beef liver). If anyone wants to live longer they should be donating blood on a regular basis to release excess iron (fertile women naturally do this on a monthly basis). Iron never leaves the body because it gets recycled by macrophages in the bone marrow. The only way is to bleed it out. All this is discussed in the Root Cause Protocol. There are other powerful antioxidants that can be added to the vitamin E/catalase combo, for example: SAMe (adenosine methionine), glutathione, R-lipoic acid, taurine, vitamin C (from food, not ascorbic acid which disrupts copper's ability to regulate iron). The most important B vitamins: B3, B6, B9, B12. Natural biotin (vitamin B7) can be acquired from egg yolks (avoid the whites because they contain avidin that blocks biotin absorption).
Honestly, I've never been enthusiastic about industrial products like this because they often result in addiction issues later on. However, my most important advice for men is not to feel self-conscious when experiencing hair loss-it’s a normal occurrence. The real key to attracting women lies in a man’s self-confidence 😉
1 - Losing your hair at 50 is one thing, losing your hair at 20 is another and is definitely NOT "normal occurrence" 😉 2 - The first thing we see in the morning is our reflection in the mirror, so it has nothing to do with women but with grooming ourselves and looking the best we can be. Why with you women it always has to be about you? 😂
Without question self confidence is important but not even close to being physically attractive. I know it feels comforting to say that but it’s simply a cop out a denial of reality, physical attraction is primal. Do your best to maintain it add ad on all the other attributes that are attractive as well. Grooming, confidence, etc.
@@methodtraining- No. Majority of women care about things like good hygiene and self-care, having One’s life together and being responsible. A guy can look like a troll - and as long as he takes care of himself, lives a responsible life (like having a stable, decent paying job and such - someone who has goals and is actively working to achieve ‘em, etc.), has an enjoyable personality (women laugh to be made to laugh, more than they prefer good looks - even if they desire both). I find it hard to believe a good woman won’t be willing to give with a man a chance. Sure, she may not go for him, on her own, initially - though, confident (and not creepy) initiative is faaaar more attractive, than One’s physical attractiveness. Though, I use to be fat, so - perhaps I have a bit more compassion/understanding, than a lot of other women. Anecdotal story-time, if interested: Hell, the last man I was with, for a short time, over a decade ago - he wasn’t my envisioned physical type; even though, we had a lot in common, and got along great. Like, he was significantly shorter than me, for example - and smaller framed. Which, for a formerly fat, 5’10 woman - isn’t preferable. Though, regardless.. I really respected him, and thought he was too good to pass up - regardless if he, physically, want my ideal. I mean, I almost couldn’t believe he was interested in me, and it came as bit of a shock, even. I wanted to be with him, though, he was embarrassed over something that happened, when we spent a weekend together - and we didn’t have a chance to really talk it out, before he left to go back to his home state. He thought I didn’t reach out, because I wasn’t interested, because of his perceived blunder (and it was something that isn’t as big of a deal to women, in the bedroom, as men make it out to be. Which, I understand, however, being the majority of good men desire to he “providers” and satisfy their woman). I didn’t reach out, because he had just got home from months out on tour - and I didn’t want to interfere with the time back, with his daughter. Not because of what happened, during our weekend. Especially, because he was nervous and insecure, before he left, he told me a woman he was with, on tour, was his “dream girl” - because he could just sit and talk about music, with her (though, she was married). I thought he was rejecting me. Yet, it was his way of telling me **I** was his dream girl - because all him and I did was sit around and talk about music (we had much more in common, though). However, my autistic-ass didn’t get the hint - even though we were suppose to have a “meaningful” weekend, together. I thought I ended up being a casual fling - or that he ended up not liking me, after spending more time, with me - before he went back to his normal life, across the country. Though, knowing he was a good guy, I intended to text him, after giving him some time, back home - because I didn’t think he would treat me, like a one-weekend casual fling. I thought we had more time. And then I got sick. Very sick. He never reached out, because he was so insecure. And it broke my heart. Completely. Though, I was so sick and life had took a turn for the worst - it was something I couldn’t address, at the time, as I was too busy trying to survive. Especially, after becoming bedridden/housebound, and losing every sense of normalcy and socialization I once had. I had difficulty texting, and even getting out of bed - hence, why I never reached out to him. Though, also.. I lied to myself, because I knew that if he, truly, did care about me - it would put so much pressure on him, being he lived across the country and was a rather young, single father; and knowing tour managers for metal bands didn’t make a ton of money, as well as he traveled, so much.. I didn’t want to take more time away, from his daughter. So, I let him go. I didn’t need to end up with him, though - it would have been nice to know I mattered to him, when I was fighting for my life, in more ways than one (I was dealing with Munchuasen’s by Proxy - my own version of the Gypsy Rose situation, though, without the murder and I was, legit, sick. Though, my caretaker knew stress would make me more sick). We reconnected, casually, a decade later - which, was about two years ago - right as I began to rehabilitate. He told me he was scared, when he found out I was in the hospital, because he had no clue what was going on. He said he “cherished” our time, together - and “cherished” that we were friends, again. And the truth came out, about how we felt about each other. I haven’t been with any man, since him. For ten years. However, all this came out, after he got engaged (I wasn’t on that social media platform, which, listed he was engaged, so, I didn’t know - and there was no indication on the one I did use), that it was more than just physical, between us - and we both thought each of us regretted/resented each other. “Cherished” - what a word to chose; one, specify, used in wedding vows. I was the one to reach out, initially, simply, because one of my favorite bands he toured with was playing at a venue he use to work at, and streaming the show. I wanted to talk about music, because no one in my life really is into heavy metal - and it reminded me how much I missed talking to him. It happened right as I was starting to rehabilitate, and starting to go to shows, again. That band and the tour he was on, was even my very last heavy metal show I attended. And my love of music was the key to my survival - believing God wanted me to survive, so I could take my being a musician seriously. Though, I never expected him to bring up the time we spent, together, a decade prior - beyond that it was a fun weekend of partying, at the lead singer’s house of a band I grew up listening to and he was the tour manager for. I didn’t reach out because I was so sick and bedridden - he didn’t reach out, because he was so insecure. Even though he was very forthright about his interest in me, originally. Yeah, I had my own insecurities, though, when I didn’t hear back from him, when I was sick - I figured I misread everything, and he wasn’t interested. Because I thought there was no way a good guy, like him, wouldn’t not call a woman he deeply cared about, and he knew was very sick. I know what happened between us was a very big wake-up call, to how his insecurity and pride has ruled his life. Especially, with my calling him out on bringing these things up, after he became engaged and letting me think for a decade I meant nothing, to him. And I know he regrets the way things played out, big time. Though, there’s nothing that can be done, by anyone, now. I blocked him in every possible way - because I ain’t tryin’ to live no real-life, homewreckin’ Dolly Parton’ song, like ‘Jolene.’ He’s someone I use to know - that’s it. There’s nothing worse than a man who pursues a woman, who’s interested in that man - who doesn’t believe in himself. Few things are more hurtful, to a woman, romantically. Men and masculinity are suppose to be grounding, for a woman. Looks, ultimately, do not matter, in the slightest.
When my 70 yr old Father was dying in the hospital,he was given immunotherapy and suddenly his grey hair started turning dark brown. It was very strange.
My hair started going grey when I was 17 - same as my mother. I’m mostly grey now at 58. When I was in my 30s I died my hair a couple of times. And I have to say I much prefer natural grey to died hair.
I always had a couple of grey hairs from about 20yrs old onwards, it was steady until covid hit and I got stuck in botswana at an underground mine, not able to get back to australia for 18 months. Through that time my hair completely turned, now its 30-40% grey on the sides, maybe 15% grey in the back and 5% grey on top. Its not been that bad though, in all honesty I'm getting more attention from women now at 33yrs old than I have throughout my whole 20's. Idk why but almost exclusively from women aged 26-30, never any younger and sometimes but rarely older than that.
@@NathanBarley-h6lmen peak later. We objectively look our best at our early 30s. IF we look after ourselves up to that point. We still have skin thickness (more than women of the same age) but our faces become more masculine and angular. In fact, I’m 26, and look considerably more attractive now than I did at 18. I get play from women 18-30. But mostly 18-22 girls are after me.
Appreciate your honesty around your micro needling experience and whether it was advantageous or not considering you were not consistant and doing other things. Also appreciate you share your topical formula incredients gather than try sell a product 😍 Felt like a very genuine video to watch. Keep it up!
Microneedling is amazing. The whole video is so true, thank you so much for all the info. I didn't know what to do, then my dermatologist recommended rosemary oil massages combined with min and a laser cap actually. I know there are a lot of sceptics, but since I took that laser cap it worked wonders. It was the Nordic Biolabs one since it's clinically approved and it is amazing. That formula literally RESURRECTED my hairline! Thank you for sharing this info and helping so many people.
Love it! For those who are depressed and desperate to not get older it makes sense to get insight from Bryan. When I talk to my mum in her 98th year she says drink 2 pints of milk, 3 balanced meals, not too much sugar, and a varied diet each day is the best formula.
Hi Bryan, I'm a great fan of your work and the honesty that you show towards the general public. World needs more leaders like you so that we all can fight ageing gracefully 😊

mike from impaulsive got all of his hair manually replaced with new hair sacks, and he has hair again, but it's painfull and cost a lost they say, but the treasment is out there hope that helps
I’ve been using the GR7 and it really did restore color back to my hair!!! The hair on my scalp and bangs was totally grey - even white and now color has returned. I can visibly see a big difference. Only thing is the longer strands down to my shoulders are still grey but I’m grateful for the improvement!! Thank you for the tip!!!
Thank you so much, Bryan, for highlighting the effectiveness of our technology! We're incredibly grateful for your support. Prevention truly is key when it comes to caring for your hair, especially for those dealing with genetic hair loss.
Yes I use Mayraki for 6 months now and gotta say it's the best, it doesn't irritate my skin like most dyes and I just apply 2-3 times a week now and good to go. My grays all disappeared and my hair becomes so soft. Love it.
As an older guy (55), I feel like "that ship has sailed" lol. Don't get me wrong, I used to be really fixated on my hair loss and grey hair, but as you get older, you learn to accept it. Part of the problem is that we are inundated by cultural messages (in the West) that youth is great and old age sucks, so you can't look older, and the younger you look the better a person you are, the more you will succeed in life, etc. It's very difficult to escape that social programming, and even at 40 or 50 we still think of ourselves as 25. We don't identify as middle age or "old" but life is always changing. We change in so many different ways, and while we dislike this, it's part of life. We can argue with it and go to all kinds of expense and stress trying to fight nature, or we can simply accept what is and live a much happier life. Do you think having thick non-gray hair is going to make you perfectly happy? It may make you feel like you look better, even that you somehow are going to be more attractive to potential mates, but in the end, what makes you happy/more attractive is not superficial, it's what's inside that counts. Maybe not on Tinder, but IRL.
you forgot the first step: if you lose hair, see a doctor first. it can be something different than male/female pattern hair loss. eg micronutrient deficiency. everything else: thanks for the insight of your journey!
You can normally tell the difference between MPB and something like alopecia due to pattern in which the hair is falling out, if you’re getting sporadic clumps of hair falling out in random places on the scalp then sure it might be stress/hormonal related, but if you’re getting the traditional horseshoe or crown loss it’s more than likely MPB
True, doctor or specialist indeed. for example I have androgenetic alopecia and lichen planopilaris, without a doctor I wouldn't have known that I needed to use clobetasol in a shampoo everyday to calm my hair and do all the other thing needed to keep DHT levels low
I want to say a huge thank you for sharing your experience with us Byran. It takes courage to be vulnerable and open up about something as personal as noticing gray hair at a young age. Your honesty and authenticity truly resonate with so many of us. I have been using Mayraki as well, I thought nobody knew about this brand. Unlike those powders that simply cover the roots temporarily, Mayraki actually stays put and looks completely natural. It's truly magical for me...
Bryan thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. I have been on a lifelong quest to reverse gray hair. I just never want to just accept it and its one of the biggest things that make a person look old.
Avoid gut and hair inflammation (get probiotics, fiber) and some very common defficiancies: Take D3 1 000-10 000 max IU and K2 to absorb (vitamin D also depletes Magnesium) Vitamin B12, Zinc 10-15mg (depletes Copper) Scalp massages make it a habit 3-4-5 times a day You can Microneedle even if you don't apply any topicals, once every 3 or 2 weeks (use real micro-needles, preferably a dermastamp) Rosemary Oil work similarly to Minoxidil And for reducing DHT: if you are worried about side effects from Finasteride, the alternative is Saw Palmetto 320mg (has to be 90% fatty acids)
@@carlosdesantiago1356 does this mean you need to supplement with copper and magnesium ? so I am thinking you are suggesting a multivitamin that includes Magnesium+Copper aswell as the D3 and Zinc?
@@samvandervelden8243 There is evidence for microneedling and scalp massages. There`s 3 types of hair loss. DHT, Inflammation (itching, dandruff, psoriasis) and deficiencies. If his hair colour is produced inside the scalp, how does it come that he has a white root line in the micro needling clip and why is his hair colour darker and warmer than in old pictures of him.. as a hairdresser myself that looks very much like hair dye signs.. just saying 😌
He did say the Myraki has some color in it. So that color is deposited on his hair But his hair shaft is also producing color this his hair looks darker than before.
I’ve used Finasteride 1mg for 15+ years, and have also tried topical Minoxidil. More recently I have switched to 3 pills that I take daily: Dudasteride 0.5mg, Biotine 5mg and Minoxidil 2.5mg. This cocktail has been the most effective so far for me.
@@ghorstbusters6238 There’s a company specialized in men’s hair-loss prevention in my country, but before that I got it from common pharmacies. It heavily depends on the regulations of your country, and I can’t stress enough that you should consult with a doctor before taking anything.
I appreciate all that you do. I'm not concerned about my hair going grey because my wife likes it and i'm sixty. But I do want to keep my hair. The things that you are doing are fascinating. My wife was able to reverse some of my balding on the front of my hairline with biotine oil. Thanks again. You are an inspiration.
Dear Brian, I recently learned that Sodium Lauryl Sulfate - the foaming agent in most shampoos kills the hair follicles. I am 66 years old women and have a more hair than when I was 40. I could never understand why ? I know I changed my diet to mostly whole plants about that time and changed my shampoo to one made just from natural oils. I had no knowledge about the negative effects of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate at that time, I just followed the rule : If you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin, including moisturizing lotions, toothpaste or Sunblock lotions - I just cover up. People are surprised when they learned my age, but my goal was always just good health . I admire your commitment to collect and test what is good for our bodies.
Bryan, your work is terrific and you’re looking great, this is an older video and I notice all the improvements you’ve been making always getting better.
this guy is a genius! really 25th cent would be proud of you, he makes all these experimentation and research free to the public in such an easy manner #respect
Let’s be honest, setting aside time for red light therapy every single day isn’t exactly easy. But, for the sake of science (and my stubborn headache), I gave it a shot using the FF 1000 from Future Form Official. And, I hate to admit it, but it worked! After dealing with an unshakable headache for three long years, a few weeks of consistent use actually made it disappear. I started this whole thing to improve my brain health and cognitive function, using it for 20 minutes a day on my face, neck, and chest. And while I’m still not thrilled about making it part of my daily routine, I can’t deny the results. My skin’s glowing, my head’s clearer, and I’m starting to think this might just be worth the hassle. So, if you can deal with the commitment, this therapy really delivers. Just don’t expect to squeeze it in between meetings!
If you are concerned about potential damage to the scalp, you can apply tretinoin to your scalp to take the place of microneedling. It is a safe, effective, less potentially scalp-damaging alternative to microneedling. A good video to watch is called "How tretinoin works to fight hair loss" by the Haircafe channel.
@Mister_Cool Interesting despite having the tools dermapen and roller I have been hesitant to use due to possible damage to existing hair and trauma and scar tissue. Have you looked at Tretinoin+minoxidil?
Interesting because I went online to see if others were having hair loss from tretinoin and found quite a few. We’re being told that it can’t be but it stopped when we stopped trent. 🤷🏽♀️
@@MarkusVanTruyen I don't blame you. There have been people that have injured themselves using dermapens and rollers. Not to say that is always going to happen, but there are better alternatives. Yes, I have looked into tretinoin+minoxidil. One of the videos I mentioned in my original comment says that tretinoin, on top of having its own benefits in hair growth, also increases the effectiveness of minoxidil.
@@pumpxrayit’s not castration. DHT has much more negative effects than positive effects beyond maturation. People have this misconception that because DHT is more androgenic than testosterone, that we should keep it because it’s what makes “a man.” DHT is IMPORTANT in fetal development and through puberty, but negative for some beyond that. Testosterone does things infinitely better than DHT. 5ar inhibition is clinically proven to be efficacious for androgenic alopecia over the long term. You don’t want to mess with 5ar inhibitors at a very young age, but data does support that its usage at the age of 18 and older is okay. Remember, the body is more complex than hormone A and B. The roles that DHT play in maturation can be taken upon by testosterone, which is why some argue that finasteride can be used at ages slightly younger than 18. Bottom line is, “nuking” your DHT isn’t as negative as it sounds. Finasteride inhibits about 70% systemically at a 1mg dose from what I’ve read. You are not ELIMINATING DHT, you are just reducing it in a beneficial manner for hair loss and prostate health.
OMG THAT GREY HAIR REVERSAL WAS SO HELPING CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE MORE VIDEOS I AM ALSO SUFFERING FROM PREMATURE GREYING AT 20'S ITS SO MENTALLY STRESSING ME
Haircafe review this please. Looks like the main thing making the difference is the meat and potatoes of hair loss medicines, finasteride and minoxidil. Very strange that even though its a big ingredient, he never mentions finasteride but says minoxidil a few times. Also need more info on the anti grey stuff, like what is gr7 and how does it work?
Bryan, after microneedling, how do you avoid physical exertion, swimming, and any other harmful activities that could result in excessive sweating or exposure to potentially bacterial environments. Thanks
he doesn`t have time for physical exertion and swiming. he is most of the time taking pills, opening stuff containers to rub on his skin, and turning on red lights and devices...
the name says it, it’s called micro needling which means it’s micro punctures, not deep wounds that continue bleeding. A good 8 hour sleep already helps shut the micro punctures.. within 12-14 hours you’re good. Don’t listen to this clown saying you need 2 days off, that’s absurd.
Thank you for being human enough to share this information with the rest of us, who could not afford to get otherwise. I tried Fin 5mg (cut it in 4 and did 1/4 every day). I have to say it was causing depression, mildly at first, then it was at the point I could not ignore. I am willing to try it topically, the only issue is the price.
No, I think a lighter hair colour would suit his pale skin better. I think the dark hair actually makes him look older. A natural ash blonde would be my suggestion. But that's just my opinion, if he likes looking like a vampire that's cool too. I also had a goth phase :)
Title should be "how I reversed my combover." The before pic is combed to make it look the absolute worst possible, and the after pic is combed to make it look the absolute best possible. I don't even need to watch the video; I just came here to make fun of that.
Those pictures at 3:21 of him when he was younger just showcase how much he has aged. His biomarkers might be decent, but he is clearly a man in his mid to late 40s. Its great that he is investing all this time and energy in something he is passionate about, but he isn't reversing aging. He might slow it down a bit, but we are talking by a few years max. He looked so much different when he was actually younger. Its okay to accept that we will all age and die. Immortality is not in any human's cards!
GR-7 looks like a scam to me. If grey hair were reversible, they would be scientific studies about it and every big reputable hair brand would be trying to get part of that market.
@@DigitalRaider1 it absolutely is real. I had grey hair all around my temples & sides and it’s back to my natural dark brown hair. I also use their shampoo as it’s so nice and leaves my hair more silky. Won’t ever dye my hair again 👍
From my personal experience, I've found that hair follicles often remain intact beneath the skin of a bald scalp. To stimulate hair growth, you should regularly massage your scalp using a brush with slightly firmer bristles, similar to the hardness of a toothbrush. Daily massages are key. Additionally, applying multivitamin oils, traditionally used in Bangladesh, India, or Pakistan, is essential. Hair regrowth is possible, but it is a gradual process that may take months or even years. There's no need for medications, micro-needling, or hair transplantation.
I'd be happy for someone to prove me wrong, but Bryan hasn't said that he's never had an hair transplant. So I'd be surprised if that's not the main reason for his admirable scalp and the rest may or may not be slightly helpful.
Even with hair transplant you still have to treat it, the transplanted hair stays but the rest will eventually miniaturize as well, of course by then you can do another hair transplant, but there's a limit on how much hair can be taken from your donor area
cope, if u have mpb u will still need to take fin, your transplanted hair will stay bc the back hair are immune to DHT but rest of ur remaining hair are not.

going grey in a square patch on the sides of your head is called "Flagsign" and it is an indicator of copper deficiency, which if left unchecked will continue greying the hair.

@MaximADM there is zero scientific data proving that PFS is real. PFS is a hoax. Most people thinking they have " PFS " got other health conditions. Or it's mostly a nocebo effect while overthinking about the " side effects ". Saying PFS is real is literally like saying the earth is flat.

Topical minoxidil, finasteride, tretinoin from a compounding pharmacy are by far the most effective thing I've used. I've grown back quite a bit of hair. Took about 6 months to really see results.
Actually, losing hair can be mentally challenging and may lead to depression. Maintaining good mental health contributes to prolonging life. So, technically, having hair could indirectly contribute to a longer lifespan.
No discussion of Finasteride??? I see that’s an ingredient in the topical solution, and my understanding is that it is likely the majority contributor to your hair maintenance. Yet, it’s not brought up at all in the video!! Or, Bryan, do you think the Minoxidil and microneedling are more responsible for the hair maintenance / growth?
@@StylesssZ yes - as I said, he shows it as an ingredient, but he doesn’t discuss it whatsoever. Despite it being perhaps the #1 most effective tool at combatting hair loss, yet having some controversy surrounding it with some reporting severe side effects. Would have been nice to hear Bryan’s take. I suppose he takes it (in a very small dose), and is recommending we use that solution… so he must be for it
@@tnmygrwl he pretty much did endorse it - he recommended the topical solution, and finasteride is one of the ingredients, yet he didn’t discuss it specifically. This being a video on hair loss, I can’t believe he wouldn’t explicitly say anything about Finasteride.

If it worked for me, it should work for EVERYONE.

how many mm are you using for the scalp?
Korabeauticals V2, theirs needles are currently the thinnest in the market as far as I know

Thanks Bryan! Waking up this morning seeing grey hair at a young age hurt my heart and I really really grateful for you giving us a solution.
i've been looking at gray hair solutions before I knew about him, and I thought he would go into the actual biochemistry of how to preserve melanocytes (the cells that produce melanin and give hair color).
Try bringaraj oil from Ayurvedic shop
Honestly, I've never been enthusiastic about industrial products like this because they often result in addiction issues later on. However, my most important advice for men is not to feel self-conscious when experiencing hair loss-it’s a normal occurrence. The real key to attracting women lies in a man’s self-confidence 😉
The real key is physical attractiveness, self confidence is important but secondary
@@smashmusiqueright. Women act like looks don’t matter when they matter most
1 - Losing your hair at 50 is one thing, losing your hair at 20 is another and is definitely NOT "normal occurrence" 😉
2 - The first thing we see in the morning is our reflection in the mirror, so it has nothing to do with women but with grooming ourselves and looking the best we can be.
Anecdotal story-time, if interested:
Hell, the last man I was with, for a short time, over a decade ago - he wasn’t my envisioned physical type; even though, we had a lot in common, and got along great.
I blocked him in every possible way - because I ain’t tryin’ to live no real-life, homewreckin’ Dolly Parton’ song, like ‘Jolene.’
He’s someone I use to know - that’s it.

I don't like gray hair either, I have been using Mayraki too. No hassle of hair dying for me now... Thank you Bryan.
*Watching this channel videos each time like an exciting series that not only stars Bryan, but is also about all of us.* _Thank you!_ 💖
I like how you freely admit what you've tried that hasn't worked
you forgot the first step: if you lose hair, see a doctor first. it can be something different than male/female pattern hair loss. eg micronutrient deficiency.
everything else: thanks for the insight of your journey!

Avoid gut and hair inflammation (get probiotics, fiber) and some very common defficiancies:
Take D3 1 000-10 000 max IU and K2 to absorb (vitamin D also depletes Magnesium)
Vitamin B12, Zinc 10-15mg (depletes Copper)
Scalp massages make it a habit 3-4-5 times a day
You can Microneedle even if you don't apply any topicals, once every 3 or 2 weeks (use real micro-needles, preferably a dermastamp)
Rosemary Oil work similarly to Minoxidil
And for reducing DHT: if you are worried about side effects from Finasteride, the alternative is Saw Palmetto 320mg (has to be 90% fatty acids)
Can tell you've gone down some rabbitholes since you included what these deplete. great stuff, thanks for sharing!

@@exactly1176 the ferrari amongst the pills, nice!
@@exactly1176 why would you nuke your DHT?
@@pumpxray
Because DHT has no essential functions after puberty other than causing hair loss and prostate cancer.

There are a lot of scammers on the internet.
In my country we just go on holiday to turkey for €3000 and come back with hair instead of expensive time consuming treatments.
