Bro I have told the Hr that I have 30 day notice period but I have 90 days notice period. The new hr can extend it to 45 day. For the rest 45 days do managers agree to release if I can buy out

Dear Sir,
I have one offer from Accenture and recently got an offer from Infosys as well.
Infosys offer was less than Accenture offer.
So should I decline the offer from Infosys as HR from Infosys is asking for the confirmation again and again.
Is it ok to have only 1 offer from Accenture while switching now?

@@ManoharBatra But Manohar, meri curretn company product based/Fintech hai, from there to service based thoda sahi nhi lg rha hai, and mera ctc around 11lpa hai, mujhe koi serivice shayad hi legi better package pr, are you saying ki ek acchi serivce based ka offer lekr as backup resign kru and then dhoondhu? in that case kya aap suggest kr skte hai kuch acchi service based co. jinko consider krna chahiye

@@DadofBad-ot8ix agree bhai, I've heard everything depends on the project and the work culture and financial growth most of the times suffer with problems of job security. But how should I tackle this 90 days notice period and mainly I want to get in better tech stack or project but the work experience I have isn't really helping me much , do you think after a year as a data engineer (AWS,python, SQL) I can switch to a developer based role(preferably backend developer, since I know node and springboot) but given market situation will my experience help me in any way or will I be still treated as fresher

There is one person called santhosh sk in mysore wipro backup dimain. He has been asking sexual favours indirectly for salary hike and promotions. People need to pick his call when he is bored so on. He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also
And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing. Harrasing behaviour of him is accepted from management and if employee complaint then false cases are put on employees by him. Very bad culture. Depression it is leading to

Nobody is terminated they are asked to resign forcibly.If you say you are terminated it's assumed your behavior with lady colleagues was bad only in such extreme cases employees are terminated and not even provided work experience.
