Maine 22 ki age me job start ki thi 50k salary pe aaj 5 saal bad 75k hai kyu me IT background se nhi hu. 5 saal me maine ek bhi shauk pure nhi kiye. Upar se mera work from home hai to apne hometown rehta hu 5 saal se. Maine 22 me hi mutual fund start kardia tha aur apne pass sirf 2k rakhta tha. Aaj meri portfolio 40 lakh ke kareeb h. Aur main aisa 3 saal aur karunga. Fir shadi. Isse kya hoga ki shadi ke bad tum apna investment stop bhi kardoge to portfolio itna bada bankayega ki wo apne grow karega.
Fir apni salary maze se udao air aish karo.

Smart h bro tu. The key is too start early. I started late in my career bcz of masters degree and year gaps. But i m in my hometown. Pay is less but it is ok. Things didn’t go well bcz of covid and later due to recession. In just a year my portfolio is 11 lac. I just think I shouldn’t have done masters as it didn’t proved fruitful to me. Covid period was a golden period for investment.

thinking of growing is different thing and stay happy and positive is different never consider that growing and switching means you loss happiness you are tensed for career so much. It is a growth and this is necessary to reach on the top that most of the people don't want and that's why that peoples have to just adjust and not enjoying the life...
I partly disagree with the marriage part. More than financial, it is an emotional decision. People who can get a partner early are really blessed and fortunate.

Govt. Job benefits (with the same level of hard work): competitive salary, govt. quarter (no need to pay rent), free medical facility for your family, govt vehicle, easy bank loans, reputation among relatives and friends, power in hands. A private job is like shit l...maano ya na mano
But its very hard to get government job
There are less than 1% government jobs where you get Government quarters and vehicle. Also salary is not competitive it is very low.

Inhand you need 1.3 lk per month just for expenses if you stay on rent . So atleast 18-20lk annual gross salary just for expenses

I have a Home loan of 20 Lakh on me (Home is not in pune where i work)
Home Loan EMI - 16,500 /-
Pune Room Rent - 4500 /- (Sharing with bachelor's 2 BHK Flat)
Personal Expenses - 5000 /-
Other Personal Loan EMI - 2000 /-
Net Net it always goes in negative each month, it's been 6 months this budget is same for me.
I still find myself Happy That i have a Job and working to get a new Job which would solve this Budget issue.
I think 24 lpa is enough for any city if there are no dependency on them
