Sir arta se graduation kiya hai 2022 me, graduation ke baad 1 year plumber ka kaam kiya uske baad se kaam chor ke html css js react or node express sikha Twitter clone banaya h mern se, apply kr raha hu call ni aa rahe h , sir job milegi ki ni ya papa ke sath plumber ka kaam hi chalu kar du, 24 ka ho chuka hu , Papa se 2 saal Manga tha ki job mil jaayega par ni mil rha h upr se Devin or ai tools aa gaye h to jobs kam ho gayi h to job milegi ki ni .

Bhai call center me to 8000 salary de rahe h , usse jada to m plumber se kama leta hu 12k se 15k tak, par jab itna time laga diye h mern sikhne me to ab bura lag raha hai job ni mil rahi hai to bas yahi dukh h, socha tha professional job karaunga.
Sir do you agree with me ? Fresher asked aptitude & DSA by companies then put in random technology now he don't know that technology so he gets burned out & chronic high inflammation which causes him health issues because 8 hours of daily work means hardly 2 hours of work & rest is meeting timepass
Yes, that is true. But if you have no options just go through it for 1-2 years it'll become okay and you'll get used to it. But when you become senior never propagate this system with your colleagues.
Well this is my burnout just sharing not judging.
1. Switched to product based company but in their service line.
2. High deliverables, agile
3. Non coordinating team, dumb lead, overactive manager
4. My day starts with standup where manager scolds + preaches us for 0.5hrs rest is updates, lead preaches every story is easy, teammates who are about 5 yrs more experienced than me(3 yrs) preach how easy my work is.
5. When i ask questions related to basic functionality no answers from team,lead
6. Max development days is 2.5 ...yes here decimal contributions are considered
7. Work in shift that too for long hours 10 to 10 shift
8. These 3 months i hot pcod issues, grey hair, eye sight significant loss bad mood 😒
9. Salary is good but not same as my other batchmates who will be working on non coding tools while i have to sit and debug everything
10. No sick leave, leaves to be told 4 months before
Study and keep applying for jobs in desired technology. You should be skilled enough in that technology to apply.
Sir how to serve notice period and give interviews at 1-2 years exp. Most of us fear what if do not get any other job soon.

Aur ek cheez jo maine notice ki hai ki employee ka jitna kam age hota hai ya jitna wo beginner hota hai ya uska experience around mid level ka hota hai, companies bhi aise hi candidates ko zyaada package offer karti hai aur hire karti hai. The reason? Is age group ke employees araamse yes boldete hai jo bhi unse karwalo like wfo , they will say yes. Weekend work they'll say yes because management ko pata hota hai he can deliver more compared to experienced professional. But work pressure usually this age group employees me zyaada hota hai in terms of delivering work as senior management in team is usually accountable for junior members in team
Basically mature hone per ya experience aane per he will realise his mistake of falling for high offer

just a reality check - there are people in world today in 2024 who earn 1K per day ~25K month and take care of families.
also there are 1-2lakh per month earning people who also take care of families.
whats the difference? its standard of living.
high salary means you can invest for your future. everyone earning more than 1-2 lakh have 50% of loan in their salary for house like 2bhk. if partner is working then his salary is used for running home or expenses. also they are planning to buy new second house
Can low salary mediocre job doing people do this? no. Every mediocre guy working mechanical or blue collar is trying to get into IT by learning programming and getting started by some networks in IT industry and making their way.
So the bottom line is big salary is not bad .build skills and have high packages and buy properties/investments for your kids.
if your salary is not 1.5-2 lakhs per month in 2024 with 10yrs of exp in IT today then you are certainly missing something being in IT with all stress and no worthy payment.
If you are in IT its definitely for money or else you can do charity work.

Ask your HR for managerial roles, or shadowing an existing manager. Try getting into an executive MBA.
Your problem is yourself and no one else. Break out from ur comfort zone
Do a MBA then apply for TL, assistant manager role internally or in other companies. Take risk then you will be rewarded.

After cracking GATE exam AIR 100 got package of 30LPA package easily but if someone doesn't prepare for gate and don't do M.tech than struggled lot after 3-4 years work experience might get that much package or not also.
