    Same story with me. I was hired for Sitecore technology initially but once there project got over and they put me another project with different technology and they expected to work on that new project within 1 week and there were no training for new technology they just gave me pdf to learn that new technology. And lately I got frustrated within that project in couple of month learning and working on it. And my work also get hampered and after 2 month they layoff me. I am still searching for job from one year but at least I am peace of mind.

      Bhai you are in best place . Support project goes long way. Development walo ko jaldi layoff karte once there requirement get over . Support project me at least kaam to karte rahte ho. Main bhi incident se web development me aaya but support project me aaya tha,

    please guide,
    As a CS 2024 batch graduate, I got a campus placement in a company's it department but the main thing is that the company is not an it company it is a manufacturing company and my work there is on ERP software like sab abap, and on Android apps development for company purpose and our it team is also very small like 10-12 members. I always wanted to join the product based it company but right now I think the current market scenario is not good for freshers, so what should I do, should I continue working there or should I leave that job and start preparing for off-campus?
    I signed three years of employment bond and submitted two blank cheques to the company is there any way for me to leave the company I'm in my probation period right now and I joined the company recently and the probation period is 6 months.

    what do you think people getting 24-25 LPA with 5-6years of experience are overpaid ? i have seen people working in 12LPA with 6-7 years of experience. aren't they underpaid for the amount of hard work they are doing. Everyone does hard work and these hikes happen before covid also. 6 years earlier i saw a guy with 4 years of experience earning 28LPA. When companies have bad environment, bad team members with no support from manager, when they are not learning anything and stuck in old support system, when their work is not rewarded or when companies doesn't value their hard work. Then they move out of the toxic situation and other companies offer good packages to them. It is always the employees who suffer and they can't even do anything. Only option they are left with - either switch the company or they leave this IT field.

      cisco ka ccna certification may be very helpful uska naam bahut suna hai but still networking ka itna idea nhi toh ek baar proper research karke decision lena

    Hi Sir,
    Currently I have two offers with me.
    1.Akamai technologies payrol randstad(contract for one year)- 11.5 LPA and HR said that they will convert me after one year into their payroll. This opportunity is fully remote. ( role: Site reliability engineer)
    2. Torry Harris(office)- 12.5 LPA location Bangalore ( role: DevOps Engineer)
    I live with my mother only two members in my family me and my mother( she is a government servant) Should I prefer fixed term contract over permanent employment for remote work.
    Could you please suggest something. I have overall 3.2 years of experience as Devops Engineer. Sir it would be great help if you suggest something. I have tried reaching out to you over LinkedIn but my request is pending for approval.

    Wo banda ek aur chij kar sakta tha....team me kisi se help le sakta tha... manager ko bolke kisi se help mang sakta tha.... manager khud shayad kisi ko assign kar deta ki is bande ko help karo...us bande ko pro activeness dikhana chahiye tha...hath pair marna chahiye tha....isase ye hota ki manager ko dikhta ki atleast ye banda trying his best.... instead of sitting idle...aur is case me agar wo banda issue resolve na bhi kar pata to bhi manager use PIP me na dalta... manager apne level pe handle kar leta client ko... aur kisi aur bande ko assign karke issue resolve karwa leta ya client se aur time mang leta.....

      bhai aisa bahut rarely hota hai k manager assign karta hai aapke help k liye kisi ko, most of the cases mein manager khud maarne k liyewait karta rehta hai hum log bhi aisi tech pe hai jo outdated ho rhi hai but still force kiya jata hai to solve the issues on that things bcoz project uspe hai jab ki interview kisi or tech pe liya gya tha.

      @@dj10109 bhai coz banda new tha project me, to team aur manager help karte hai... bina try kiye pehle se hi man lena ki koi help nhi karega....is not right...also he was having 1 month....to use full try karna chahiye tha...as Manohar said wo Jira tak update nhi karta tha...bhai achhe aur bure log har jagah hote hai...kabhi kabhi dusre team wale bhi help kar dete hai...we have to ask for help...koi directly help nhi karega.... I have written all these by my experience...

      @@niteshrdwivedi mein agree karta hu aapki baat se k usse try karna chahiye tha n usne bilkul bhi kosis bhi nhi ki ye uski galti hai but mein in general bol rha hu hum jaise logo ka k even hum try bhi karte hai toh bhi hume koi help rarely milta hai or manager ko bolo toh wo normally kehta hai u r hired for this job tum karo kisi or k paas bandwidth nhi hai but kisi dusre team walo ko agar hamari requirement hai toh wo hume hamare kaam ko stop karke unko help karne kehta hai mein uss scenario se bol rha tha bhai k hamesha managers helpful nhi hote rarely hi sahi log milte hai aisa, i m not sure about others but mere sath toh aise hi hua hai bro almost harbaar jab se iss company mein aaya hu. Previous organizations mein thode helpful the but yaha thoda muskil hai

      @@dj10109 exactly bro....1 person,1project ya 1 company aisa hai that doesn't mean sab aise hai...as I said earlier ache bure log har jagah hote hai.... from my 10 years of experience I have worked under more than 5-6 manager.. sirf 2 hi bad the...baki sare ache the....and about your issue old tech stack....so just remember do up skill by ur self .... company me to Jo Kam hoga wo denge...unko koi matlab nahi hai... whether u like or not...wo to classic asp , aur vb me bhi Kam de denge....unko billing se matlab hai..... to inshort upskill karo..aur positive attitude rakho....rest will be fine....and this is applicable to all of us ... including me....
