Fun Fact: You can even hide the Notice Period on Naukri by opening the App on your mobile and un-selecting the current duration of your NP duration you have put there. For Instance: If you have put notice period as 90 Days, just go to the basic details then Notice Period section of your Naukri Account in the app and remove it by tapping once on the current option you have put. Then that option will become unselected and then Save it! I did not put Notice Period in my Naukri profile and frequency of calls did increase for a while.

lol it's not that easy. An OL can only be revoked on grounds of false information during BGV or criminal records. When both of you sign the contract it's a legal document, not respecting the document can land the company executives in court. That is the reason why companies take so much time to release the OL.

simple if you started job hunting then just resign and after resign start applying for the new job !
THis is what i am going to do , yeah it is risky if did not find the job then will be ! unemployement but this is good , rather than paying 2 month etc. just resignn , if you are comfort in your job so it will be better to be unemployed for the few month , see 3 month plus 1 or 2 month of unemployement you can definitly get the job in 5 month !
Thank you sir . i will update my nakuri
Ek no bhai, nice video
Thanks for the video. If I resign due to medical urgency and if I have a notice period of 60 days and my manager agree to relieve me within 45 days then will I get the full salary since my manager agreed for me to serve short notice?
Yes, full salary of 45 days
Thank you sir.

How they will know that I have offer? Where to showcase it?
90 days notice period is ok but what is rules for company kabhi fired karti hai to iske liye kya rules hai?
i am afraid , like , they can revoke the letter also , suppose i clear the interview and company gave me offer latter , i paid to company ! for the 2 month salary and working one month ! then after one month my company released me, and new company said Sorry we hired another or etc and revoke the letter then what !
lol it's not that easy. An OL can only be revoked on grounds of false information during BGV or criminal records. When both of you sign the contract it's a legal document, not respecting the document can land the company executives in court. That is the reason why companies take so much time to release the OL.
@@shuvbhowmickbestin Ohh that is great to know , Thank You

Can a company refuse if I am ready to buyout notice period?
Yes
coming months recession what yours opinion?
Amazon aur Microsoft service companies nhi hain bhaiya, they don't have clients. They build their own product for their customers or their open source comunities. Also these companies have 1 month notice period. Please don't compare these companies with poopy service based companies like TCS.
when did I say amazon and microsoft are service based companies?
Accenture is a master in this cheap game ....

Cognizant too😂

apka ek vi baat current market se match nehi ho raha.. mera hi example lelo notice period kam kar paisa kam leke offer to le liya, per 50days se nitice period per hu na koi achcha offer araha hai na join kar pa raha hu is company ko. Aur rahi baat notice period buy out ki, yeh log koi options hi dete. app bass abscond kar sakte ho. per uske baad keya hoga apko to pata hi hai. All the best guys.\
TCS se ghatia process kahi nahi nahin har cheejh main time lagate hain even BGV main apne school and college teacher ka number magte hain
Even mastercard me bhi 90 days hai .-.

Desi HR mostly are exceedingly stupid.
They don’t follow proper methods nor they have clear communications. I hold them solely responsible for this situation.

Hi, I wanted to resign from my current company in 30 days where my notice period is 60 days.
“At any point during employment, your appointment may be terminated by either party giving a 60 days’
notice in writing. The Company reserves the right to decide and deduct the notice pay (gross salary) in lieu of notice period.”
This was mentioned in my offer letter, is that mean I can buy out for my notice period
