Side note:
I was wondering why you don’t make apartment locating your side hustle (not sure if you make money off your apartment tours) but I’ve been looking for apartments in Denver and I see all these tiktok apartment locators in Denver who don’t even do that great of a job. You go above and beyond plus you mention the names and locations of these places. I feel you deserve to get compensated for it. If I rent out in one of the places you show I’ll make sure to let them know you helped me find them. Anyways best of luck to you!

Yeah I’m trying to trust the process for all areas of my life lol and I have been thinking about trying to maybe start a business or some thing but I don’t think I have it in me right now so I’ll just keep posting on UA-cam.
