First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
I love how yall include modified versions of the workout, especially for us beginners. I much rather do a modified exercise correctly and work my way up rather than doing a regular exercise incorrectly. Cant wait to try this workout!

Yes, I also need to underline the fact that you don't want to sell your videos by showing more skin, but providing adequate advice and content in modesty. It is such a rare sight unfortunately. I realized that I wasnt using all muscles at the fitness center with the treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike, so I'm going back to your videos again, as I can tell I'm using many more muscles!!

I love working out on the floor I have flat feet and Arthritis in my big toe. Trying to get used to my custom made arch supports.

I just did this right now. I almost skipped the day .
i did it at 16th nov, with 184 calories burned , max HR was 168, i feel agreat and i can focus more than before

I have a mild case of cerebral palsy which really sucks. Then about 1 - 2 yrs ago I was diagnosed with a transient ischemic attack ( TIA) it messes with my brain alot.
