Hi HasFit. I really want to thank you. I lost 22kgs using your videos in 10 months. It was not easy but I made it.
Did you do any diet or just exercises
Wow! That's awesome I need to get stronger. I used to always excercise but had a sciatic nerve flared up last year in March and since then I can not move or walk as I did before. I used to run 5 and 10 K marathons. I want to continue but I cannot afford a trainer or go for physio. I turn 70 years last month and I am wondering if I will ever be able to do the things I love again. Can you please tell me if you change your diet as well and if yes can you tell me what did you eat ? Thankyou in advance.
@@rafidaabros1886 I ate only home made food. Totally avoided packaged or canned food and sugar.
@@NansGlobalKitchen I controlled my diet too. I ate only home cooked food & stopped eating junk, canned food and avoided sugar. I also did intermittent fasting. But I'll say you consult a doctor before trying anything.
Wow, I just bought a dumbbell and going to lose 10 kg my target
I’m away for the winter in an RV and lo and behold, there is a small gym right across the driveway. Literally within spitting distance. So it was calling to me and i trundled over there one day and had a look and of course I had no clue what to do. I found your beginner 30 min full body workout and I think its fab! I drag my iPad over there and have done it 4 times now ( 2x per week) and plan to do it for a full month then move up and possibly do the next one. I’m interspersing it with bike rides, golf and walks. I’m already feeling empowered!

I think your warm ups and cool downs are really great...well explained and they compliment and enrich the workout. You don't rush them, you explain good form and say why they are important...especially, as Claudia said, as we age. If you do them with us, we are more likely to include the right amount in our exercise routine. Thank you!

Coaches, please give the breathing instructions at the beginning of each exercise. Love your workouts. My husband I use your workout sets 5 days a week. I lost a lot of weight mostly muscle due to a medical issue. I was extremely weak. I'm feeling much stronger today. Thank you!
