🤗 So full of ups and downs! Sorry it was crummy and you lost your phone. BUT it looks like you had a good time with friends new and old! Miss you guys.
If your phone doesn't turn up then go to Tesco, ASDA or Carphonewarehouse and buy a "Pay as You go" phone, you should be able to get one for under £30. As you mentioned you travel you lose things, so buy cheap and if it' gets lost then it's not such a big issue. While in ASDA buy some winter shoes, or go to Primark,, you should be able to get a cheap pair to see you through the miserable English weather.
I'm glad you guys made it to the Winter Wonderland but I'm sorry to hear about your phone! It was so nice to meet you guys and I had a blast meeting everyone! It was the perfect study break :). Like I said at the meet-up if you are ever in Colorado, shoot me a message and I'd love to show you around. Happy travels!
No! I'm so sorry to hear. I have to say though, you guys are always super positive and seem to not dwell in the negative. Love the video as always. Take care!
So sorry about your phone and other belongings. But I want to thank you for displaying a good attitude in the face of this unfortunate travel woe. You two rock!
Oh guys! Sorry your day in London was so marred by the upset with your bank cards and loss of your mobile phone. Shame I couldn't get to the meet up. I hope your stay in the UK has improved. Look forward to hearing more about your stay.
Top tip, when travelling to a small island in the Northern hemisphere, wear appropriate clothing and especially footwear. That should be thick socks with some kind of waterproofed boots or hiking boots. Thin summer socks and plimsolls really don't cut the mustard in the UK in winter......................
Wow so cool! I had a stroke this year in Feb and I have really looked forward to living vicariously through your guys world travels.....You are my late night, I can't sleep sanity- Awesome and how cool to get together! hugs to both of you!
Binge watching again Allison and Eric. This was another great watch! I am so sorry you lost your phone, that was awful. I hope the photos you had were backed up. I can't imagine how you felt. I felt so sad
What a day you guys had...geez. Such a bummer about the phone. I wish we could have stayed a little longer in London and made it to your meet up guys. It looked great! It was a soooo much fun hanging out though. Let's do it again in 2018! :D - Trevor
Wow crazy. So sorry about your phone. When I went to Winter Wonderland last year someone told me to wear my backpack on my front because pickpocketing is such a problem. Seemed like a bit much at the time but I guess not 😞
Great to see you enjoying the UK again. Can’t believe how nervous you were that nobody would show up. Don’t doubt yourselves guys, you’re very likeable, honest and true to what you love doing. I’m seeing many UA-camrs selling out to big paid advertising but you’re reassuringly true to your game with only sensible, relevant recommendations. Shame those noodles weren’t anything special - the place looked like it should’ve been pretty authentic, but glad you still have love for the full English breakfast! 🥓🍳
Hi! I am from Birmingham England. I started watching your videos in Birmingham eating balti & curries it was amazing & fun! I only discovered you guys because I was YouTubing videos of Americans driving or living in the U.K. (I love watching travellers view of the U.K. through their eyes) then found your blog, which was so much fun & informative. I admit I laughed so many times! I have now seen a lot of your videos especially in Asia which was brilliant! I’ve been Thailand, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Macau & Vietnam, LA, San Fran, Miami, San Diego so I related to your brilliant videos. You missed the R & L Seafood restaurant in Bangkok’s Chinatown where the famous Brit chef Rick Stein ate. If you ever go again, go at night time, sit on the street, try their seafood. It is so much fun, fresh & really cheap! I really enjoyed your videos & Nikita who is a really cool guy. You must visit Vietnam & China & I’ll definitely watch your videos. Good luck to you all. Doing a great job! Love it! PS Allison please stop losing things :-) PPS, you guys are adopted Brits, it’s our hobby complaining about the weather daily! Liem
You guys should go to the Liman Restaurant in London and get the dana Yahni (beef stew with a twist) and the apple tart with a side of vanilla ice cream.
Oh I feel so bad for Alison losing her phone did she ever get it back? She was putting on such a brave face too and being so accepting of it and still enjoying her sausage and chips! I hope the rest of your trip in England was better and maybe less rainy😂😂
So sorry you guys had a bum end to your day. I have had a crap few weeks. Family bereavement, but I watch you guys for inspiration and joy of travelling. Next year, taking my Dad to New York. Get well soon and luv ya x
Come up North,it’s the best place in this weather. Nice and cosy round the fire 🔥 . When in the U.K. in winter, you need a cottage in a village with a pub. Yorkshire is perfect. Helmsley, knaresborough,Harrogate .x
If you guys are still in London, they have a place in Shoreditch that has great salt beef bagels for cheap. They bake there bagels daily and the beef is so good! They are only 3 pounds each and worth trying forsure!
So sorry you 'lost' your phone - I hope the rest of your stay in the UK improves! - As someone who lives in England, I must admit public transport costs are a rip-off, the weather is dire for the most part and customer service in most places is non existent. From Singapore I would have made a bee-line to Japan, not as expensive as most people think, and the safest place I've ever visited.
Losing your phone is always rough, especially when you're traveling. Hope it turns up, but if it doesn't then I hope replacing everything isn't too difficult.
It was so nice to catch up with you guys! Hopefully next time it will be in Australia :) It was such a bummer about your phone. I kept hoping that someone would message me about it. Can't wait to see your vlogs from the road trip!
Try finding your phone with the Google ' Find My Phone' thing. If the guy turns on it again, I'm not 100% sure, but maybe you could find it. Worth a try.
Omg, first the credit card issue, now the phone. Sorry about your misfortunes guys. But, you still had some rocking food to enjoy. The crispy noodles looked awesome. It resembled Hong Kong style chow mein
I so sorry for the lost of your phone. Hopefully whoever took it or pick it up hand over to the police and they can contact you. Anyway thanks for sharing your London video and can't wait to check out your next vlog. Btw both of you get well soon. Take care! God bless!
Go to the drugstore and get 1000mg. Of vitamin C any brand ..take 2 first day . Then one every day here on out...don't stop taking..when I'm traveling or have a dramatic weather switch ..this works like a charm..and I never get sick..take care and don't fret!! Things happen..Merry Christmas!🎅🎄🎁
MichelleM Sorry, but taking that much vitamin c in one go is a waste of time as most of it will end up (ahem) passing through your system as it can't be stored in the body. Best break the 1000mg tablet into 4 or 5 and take it periodically throughout the day.
I like history I didn't know a lot about different places you went but I took a quiz that UA-cam has and I'm just amazed at how much I learned from you to good on you mate
That really sucks about the phone! But what made me laugh was the fact that you spent all that time in Asia, eating Asian food. And then you come to London and eat Asian food again, LOL!
Sorry you lost your iPhone. That's never fun. And you can only use findmyiphone if it's online. Just went through the same thing with an iPad. Bright side, it's an opportunity to upgrade. You can erase it after you transfer the data from the cloud to your new device. Gotta love iCloud, it diminishes the feeling of loss somewhat.
Love watching your videos. So sorry that your phone was nicked in my home town 😣 Please don't let it put you off of the U.K! If you ever get a chance...visit Essex. There are some beautiful little riverside towns like Maldon, Wivenhoe, Mersea Island, and Burnham, and great seaside resorts like Southend, Walton on the Naze, Clacton, and Brightlingsea.
I'm so sorry to hear about your phone. You have to be on your guard for pickpockets at crowded events like that in London. :( Come to South Yorkshire where I guarantee a warmer reception. :) But please do still keep your possessions close to you. !
Missing Asian food already? lol 🤣 There is a surprisingly large amount of Phad Thai and sausage stalls there in the Winter Wonderland and food markets in London 😋 Irresistible
Where are you guys headed? I'm travelling to Somerset with my family on Saturday - staying on a farm! If by chance you're in the south west feel free to hit me up :)
winter wounder land looked just as i remember from last year and the weather was about the same to lol ......shame about your phone i don't know if you tried checking in the morning ?
Those candy canes (zuurstokken) did you get those from Dutch people?☺ Too bad the day wasn't very positive in the end. I've been stolen during travelings and it SUCKS. It does make you more careful with your expensive stuff. But still..it sucks when that happens. I had to change all the security codes on all my social media. Thank God they weren't able to get intp my online banking account. It's pretty scary.
Isn't the hand gesture Eric made at 6:52 the British equivalent of giving someone the middle finger in the USA? Oops. I'm sure it was inadvertent. International incident and diplomatic break down avoided. 😁
You know what they say, timing is everything. We would have been there if you had done one of these in September when we were in London. Ah well. C'est la vie! Maybe next time.
You guys! Hope that some good Samaritan handed your phone in. Sorry about the weather, but England in December, what are you gonna do? Looking forward to your next video.
Richard Miller lovely snow? Haha you can have it all. In most of Canada winters can be very depressing: lots of snow, really bad roads, average of -15 or more etc, places like Vancouver are actually more like London: gray, rainy and foggy. Snow looks pretty but having to live with it for 6 months straight is not fun at all, believe me.
Hi Melissa, yes I can see your point, but at least your country is still functional. If we have an inch of snow it causes mayhem. No trains, roads impassable, people bulk buying just in case the shops don't get their deliveries; i'm not even joking. But I suppose that it's all relevant depending on where you live. We always have miserable dull weather and you have snow and it's what we're used to as opposed to what we'd like. It was lovely here yesterday, blue skies, no wind.

More people should be subscribed to The Endless Adventure they put out so much good content.
That crispy noodle dish is called bird nest in American Chinese restaurants. You need to stir the noodles into the sauce and make them softer.
So sorry about your phone and other belongings. But I want to thank you for displaying a good attitude in the face of this unfortunate travel woe. You two rock!

We have had the experience of not having access to funds too. For me, It is a terror inducing moment that takes some time to get over.
Try finding your phone with the Google ' Find My Phone' thing. If the guy turns on it again, I'm not 100% sure, but maybe you could find it. Worth a try.
This episode was sad 😢 but I’m glad your meet and greet went well!
Omg, first the credit card issue, now the phone. Sorry about your misfortunes guys. But, you still had some rocking food to enjoy. The crispy noodles looked awesome. It resembled Hong Kong style chow mein

Glad Eric finally worked out that you're supposed to let the noodles 🍜 soak in the sauce and soften first.
You guys look awesome together F the cell phone enjoy life
To bad about the phone, hope it'll be returned in the Christmas spirit. Hyde Park looked amazing and fun.
So sorry you are having such a rough time!
I like history I didn't know a lot about different places you went but I took a quiz that UA-cam has and I'm just amazed at how much I learned from you to good on you mate
Sorry to hear London was a bit crappy for you. British winter weather is pretty depressing! Hope things look up soon!
what camera did you guys used for this video? i feel like the color is so different and auto-focus is top notch.
What was the focal length of the lens you were trying out? For what cameras?
You should go to Warwick castle in Warwickshire it’s amazing xx
That really sucks about the phone! But what made me laugh was the fact that you spent all that time in Asia, eating Asian food. And then you come to London and eat Asian food again, LOL!
If you love christmas markets I suggest you go to Berlin next year... it is absolutely amazing :)
hope you get well soon Allison, get to Boots and buy some cold and flue capsules.

I feel bad about the phone but you cant put things like that down in most cities, still I hope it turnes up. Great vid still guys.
You have to be especially careful in London with your property. There are lots of pickpockets as well.
winter wounder land looked just as i remember from last year and the weather was about the same to lol ......shame about your phone i don't know if you tried checking in the morning ?

Richard Miller England in winter seems lovely compared to winter in Canada, it’s miserable here.
Hi Melissa, when you say miserable, do you mean lots of lovely snow or pissing it down with rain, overcast and just generally depressing?
Richard Miller lovely snow? Haha you can have it all. In most of Canada winters can be very depressing: lots of snow, really bad roads, average of -15 or more etc, places like Vancouver are actually more like London: gray, rainy and foggy. Haha! That's like in Texas! We had like 2 mm of snow here last week (really!!!) and everything was basically shut down!
Oh so sorry about Alisons phone, can be pickpockets in crowded markets, but it is easy to lose sruff anyhow I guess.
