OOOOOOO BATH! you should visit Bristol! :D so much better than bath lol :D Bristol is so much larger, cheaper and more cultural.... Bristol and bath is near cheddar which is where the cheese is from :) but Bristol is famous for having the best graffiti in the country (its where banksy is from) also.... Bristol has the first ever steam powered ship in the world and a VERY VERY old suspension bridge :) that and near the suspension bridge there is a wonderful little pub called the coronation tap which sells proper cider! when you say its too sweet on here? that's because you have not tasted proper cider!.... which is rough cider its more like fermented apple juice... it has no bubbles, is yellowish in colour and is sometimes sour and is very very strong in alcoholic percentage ^_^ if you guys do come to Bristol I would happily show you around! also! I live in a little town outside Bristol called Clevedon! which has the oldest working cinema in Europe in! :D ^_^ any way! have fun! :D
I've only just found your videos and I can't stop watching them. So glad you like the UK it is beautiful in some places. You guys are always welcome here. Keep up the excellent work guys.
The Endless Adventure thank you so very much you all seem very lovely and changed my perception of people from the USA. You are all more than welcome to come and join us up in the Lake District again.
It is amazing really. We actually did very little to help the Norwegians in WWII, yet still get the gratitude of the place. Don't believe me, then read the history. After the botched interjection of the german invasion, Britain basically left Norway alone. Most soldiers and sailors were more interested in flirting with the local womenfolk than fighting the Germans.
Yes, HMS Glorious - an aircraft carrier - was sunk during the campaign with massive loss of life. One who RAF squadron was completely wiped out. The German naval losses in the Norwegian campaign were a serious blow to Germany - so the campaign did have an effect on the war.
I love the fact that you miss some English food. Much respect to you guys. You surprised me when you didn’t know about mulled wine. But now you do. Excellent.

You appreciate your own country more when you see it through a visitors eyes.Very nice videos.
If you like Christmas markets, Lincoln's is epic. While most towns have theirs is November and December, Lincoln market is four days long in Dec, so some people think it's too busy, but it really adds to the atmosphere. York is also beautiful.
That looks like a pretty damn good version of a full English breakfast. Good quality, well-cooked and value for money - that's what the full English is all about. Better than a lot of examples I've seen on UA-cam, especially from the ones in London.
Proper laughed out loud when that squirrel came over, then ran up your leg. No one was expecting that! The fry up looked lush. You can't beat the 'spoons for value for money.
My mouth literally dropped when that squirrel climbed yours and everyone’s leg lol I’m so jealous.. I always take some nuts out with me when I take my dog over the park to feed em beautiful little critters
Wetherspoons are always a lifesaver whenever I'm in London and just want something to eat - its nothing fancy but fills a hole better than takeaway places.
I love these videos! It really is interesting to hear what you think of our food and stuff and done in such a polite way! Have subscribed and thank you!
NNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!! I'm going to miss seeing Nikita on the corner of the screen, making faces..or saying something funny. I'd love to see him travel with you guys again!!! Happy travels to the three of you...and happy holidays!!
Welcome back to the UK, loving all your videos but especially the ones that show what the UK has to offer. Pity you couldn't go up to Edinburgh, their Christmas Market is amazing. Thanks again for another great video.
I think its the fact that you just get used to cafe beans that have sat in a warming pan for ages and get thick,I do like the bacon fat in them though.
Nxt time U are in London esp in spring /summer do visit Kew Gardens, the oldest botanical garden in the world.Even in winter when the weather may be bad U can spend at least half a day in their orchid house.Alot of the museums have good cafes attached too. From Sept onwards U can have a drive into kent &visit orchards &buy the best apples in the world.Regents park in London has a fab rose garden. For a thrifty picnic lunch buy aMeal Deal from any supermarket but the Boots&Sainsburys ones are best -great value for under £ 4.Enjoy
Of course, in his day, the staff would set all the food out...eggs(varied), bacon, sausages, toast and fried bread, tomatoes, kidneys, black and white puddings, sauted potatoes, smoked herring, loch fyne herring, breakfast tea, coffee, cereals maybe, marmalade, jam....... ...and then ride to hounds! www.englishbreakfastsociety.com/full-english-breakfast.html
Yay you're back in England and for the holidays you look right at home...cant wait to see the holiday markets in York and Bath, we will miss Nikita too he seems like such a nice guy
Nice video guys, glad you managed to find some affordable accommodation and food in London. The cafe and market both looked really nice. Not a big fan of Wetherspoons myself, but they are a decent option, price-wise. The Squirrel was funny: never seen one climbing up people before.
i live in England and its funny watching you point things out that are every day things for me. one bit of random trivia was weatherspoons was named after the founders teacher who told him he would never amount to anything so just to spite him he named one of the most successful pub franchises in England after him.
My wife is from up North, so a black pudding gal, I'm from the Southwest, so for me its hogs (white) pudding. I have to agree a fiver in London for breakfast is top value.
£5 for a ropey looking full English. One sausage, half a tomato, no fried bread, no black pud and the pile of toast put on the plate to make it look bigger. What a disgrace London! Out of touch with the rest of the country as per usual!
So glad you guys got to come to England around Christmas time - there's something about UA-camrs I love walking round my country and enjoying it that makes me happy! Hope you enjoy yourselves :)
You might try a visit to the Citie of York on High Holborn. Some say it's the oldest pub in London because it survived the Great Fire of London in 1666, which destroyed many old pubs. The food is not top quality but the beer is.It's quite a walk from Holborn tube and it can look as if it's closed because the pub is downstairs. You might find it interesting.
So happy that you love our food......we have the best food from cafe fry ups for breakfast or fine dining you can find it all......love the vids you guys do.....
I'm going to miss Nikita, he's so much fun. But maybe we'll see him again soon. Merry Christmas, Nikita! And Merry Christmas Allison and Eric. I hope all is going well. I enjoy your vlogs very much, just wanted you to know.
You must at been at Somerset House while I was working there! Such a shame I missed you. The next few vlogs will be super cool for me as I live in York for university and am from Bath originally so they’re my two favourite places in England 😀 I hope you love them. I’ve conducted tours for both towns so if you want any suggestions! For York - definitely the city walls, Shambles (and the food market behind) and Museum gardens For Bath- the royal crescent and circus, the thermae spa isn’t TOO expensive and I’d also recommend trekking up to camden village for great views of the city away from the touristy centre 😊
You always do a great job on London!👍🏻There’s sooooo much to do there, so many places to see & enjoy👍🏻and cutting your expense by staying at an Astor hotel is a brilliant idea, they’re well worth it👍🏻Get back there soon and show us more!!😀👍🏻🇬🇧🇬🇧
I'm glad u ventured to Wetherspoons. A true British institution. Their business model was to buy garages or libraries or town halls in a state of disrepair and turn them into cheap pubs. One of the few pub chains still thriving.
So glad to see you guys back in Blighty! Am I the only one in the world who hates mulled wine?! Can't wait for you guys to see York, it's my fave place to go in the UK. Safe travels Nikita.
I have travelled extensively and a full English breakfast is the most satisfying start to the day. Indeed with such a good breakfast I find I need little to eat until the evening. As for jet lag, when it hits hard it really is debilitating. It is interesting that for some it is travelling west to east that brings it on whilst for others it is the other way round, wonder why that is.
Hey Guys. If you are into Christmas markets you need to come to Lincoln in Lincolnshire. Our market is the largest in the UK running from the 5th-8th December. If your still around.
Yay, At 3:23 you guys had my workplace Freemasons' Hall right in the background - and you never even knew it! Well worth a visit next time as it is a listed art deco building and very beautiful.
The Christkindlmarkts in Germany are the best Christmas markets to go to. Glühwein is the best “mulled wine.” If you haven’t been, I highly suggest it.
You did SO well to find a café that does PROPER sausages, rather than the cheap and nasty, every-one-the-exact-same-shape-and-size low-quality ones that most cafés offer. Please, tell us which one it was! I walk through Covent Garden on my way to and from work every day so that café looks so near and yet so far...
if you're in London again , go to the east end , brick lane salt beef beigels , and traditional east end pie and mash , the best place in London is Manze on tower bridge road
I hated mulled wine when I first sipped it, but it was cold so I kept on drinking. I took a second sip and it wasn't so bad, by that third sip I was in love and singing its Praises... LOL!☕🍷
to eat a English breakfast, you need to have a piece of bacon, a piece of sausage, a bit of egg, with a bit of toast or fried bread on your fork and dipped in you baked beans and it altogether like that so every mouthful your eating each of the items together, oh yeah and most of use HP or Daddies brown sauce on our full English, some do have tomato and some do have it naked, but the majority of us do have brown sauce on our breakfast, just a tip for you if you come again
Hey, welcome back to the UK. If you're heading off to Bath expecting the Christmas Market to be on then I'm afraid you will be disappointed. It finished on I think December 10th. Still, there's lots to do there (I live fairly nearby and visit regularly) and York is a beautiful little city. Sad to see Nikita go, hope he makes an appearance again soon. Thanks for another great video.

Christmas tree in Trafalgar Sq is an annual gift from Norway, a thank you for our efforts in WW2.
It is amazing really. We actually did very little to help the Norwegians in WWII, yet still get the gratitude of the place. Don't believe me, then read the history. Omg I didn't realise squirrels got that close to humans! So cute 🤩
I can't believe that you were in London and didn't try "Pie n Mash", the most iconic dish in London!!!!
That squirrel is amazing.
Beautiful British North American Grey Squirrel
Squirrels are delicious.
Some people call them "Tree Rats". I certainly wouldn't one of the little fuckers touch me!
For some reason this reminded me of Friday night dinner its a UK tv show btw
Guess it was looking for nuts
I stumbled across your videos - and so glad to see people from the States enjoying and being positive about British food!
I’m going to miss Nikita on the vlogs!
Its such fun and so interesting watching you explore our country.Glad you're enjoying yourselves.
That cheeky squirrel was looking for nuts!🤣😆🤣🐿🐿🐿
Grey squirrel's were from U.S.A whilst the red squirrels are native to Britain
Grey squirrel is more hardy and has pretty much desimsted our population of reds. They can be found on the Isle of Mann and white.
Great to see Americans actually enjoying English food and drink. Interesting vlog.
Cool what a cute little squirrel ! Love London need to go again ! The Christmas Market looked so pretty ! Glad you all had a great time . 👍🏻💙❤️

94BeckyT yes! The quality overall isn’t anything to write home about but for the price it’s really good! Good old Spoons! Haha
94BeckyT man knows
Spoons have reduced the size of the portions, not such a good deal anymore
And you can use the app to order bowls of peas to your friends table

I hate watery beans. They have to be reduced down so they're nice and sticky.
Content Aware Phil .That is so true!...well stirred and thickened lol
Chucked in the frying pan after the bacon has cooked and reduced down, for a fiver with a drink that wasnt bad.
so you like overcooked baked beans .im not a fan.
I think its the fact that you just get used to cafe beans that have sat in a warming pan for ages and get thick,I do like the bacon fat in them though.
It could have been the juice from the tomatoes, those suckers cause some juices on the plate
Us brits absolutely love our wildlife! That’s why animals are so comfortable around people.😉👍

Living proof of Somerset Maugham's words, "To eat well in England you should have breakfast three times a day,"
Of course, in his day, the staff would set all the food out...eggs(varied), bacon, sausages, toast and fried bread, tomatoes, kidneys, black and white puddings, sauted potatoes, smoked herring, loch fyne herring, breakfast tea, coffee, cereals maybe, marmalade, jam.......

It wasn't Somerset Maugham who said that.
That squirrel 🐾
I just got back from visiting the Munich and Nuremberg markets...Amazing!!! The Germans know how to do Christmas.

You're short on Black Pudding if you want to call that a Full English! Looks good though for a Fiver.
My wife is from up North, so a black pudding gal, I'm from the Southwest, so for me its hogs (white) pudding. I have to agree a fiver in London for breakfast is top value.
Paul Gamble fiver is beyond cheap...its probs that in yorkshire for a decent one ...fiver is nuts for london..
£5 for a ropey looking full English. One sausage, half a tomato, no fried bread, no black pud and the pile of toast put on the plate to make it look bigger. What a disgrace London! Out of touch with the rest of the country as per usual!
singletrack junkie and bacon and hash brown and mushrooms and beans, that’s really good for £5 and doesn’t look that bad at all
Black pudding is just all manner of wrong.
It’s fun seeing London through the eyes of foreigners. Welcome!
