You said the color didn't match exactly. When you sent it to the shop, did you give them the exact paint code for your car? I noticed you still have the WRX lip still installed. Is there any rubbing between the STi Wing and the lip?
So you used the bigger bolt and washer because you couldn’t figure out how to drill the inside of the trunk bigger to fit the smaller bolt into the hole?

It does but I’ll recommend to put some silicone around the wholes ounce you finally going to install it, so to make sure water doesn’t go inside the trunk

Tip never wobble your drill like that when installing a bolt as you can possibly make the edges uneven

I did it was just a bad job from the shop
