    I do those a tad different now Coty. With pressure washer I’ll try to quickly not wasting time try to knock off some of it prior to 12 volt not going far out so I can get the 12v soaking as soon as possible. When rinsing it off with a green tip and a long lance keeping it off of me.

    • @southeastsoftwash4020

      Yeah, realistically on something this small I’d probably be better to just wand it off

      I’ve got a question for you about using a 12v going up real high. I ran into a situation one time it couldn’t supply me the chem. What to do?

      H2O it’s viable option but you must be extremely careful with the turbo on that kind of rock because it will chip off in unpredictable places. But I say it’s viable because it is very efficient!

    I wouldn't even use my 12volt on that! I would have used a pump sprayer and dialed back the pressure on my power washer to rinse. Merry Christmas to you and yours Cody. 🎄⛄🎅🤶

    Looking to get into softwashing/pressure washing. Learning as much as I can but I have not found an answer to what you to with the excess chem on the concrete pad. I'd suspect the got mix would clean and concrete and leave streaks if the customer didn't pay for the whole lot

    • @southeastsoftwash4020
      @southeastsoftwash4020  3 роки тому +3

      Customers don’t get free services due to run off cleaning things.
      Most of the tine we upsell the entire property so it won’t matter because we’ll be cleaning everything anyway.
      If the customer is against getting everything cleaned, well just dilute the excess down with the hose do that it’s not super dramatic clean streaks but still let them know there’s a chance it’s gonna partially clean the dirty concrete

    Heard the comment at the end about if you see a place that could use a wash, just stop and give em a card. Might run into solicitation problems doing that. Make sure your bases are covered on that with local laws and regulations.
