My first job took me 7 hours. Following year it took 2 hours. Last year I was in and out under an hour including chatting with the neighbor and customer. Always learning always growing.
Preparation and process. I resonated with those two a lot. Jobs used to take me approx 4 hours or so. Now I’m in and out in under 2. That is, unless I’m having to move a lot of crap off their patio.
I'm on average 2-3 hrs on a good size property that's with my 4 gpm machine and just by myself. My last job took me 3.5 hrs due to a balcony which customer allowed me to access thru the house & a screened in balcony on a 2nd level I had to wash with pump up sprayers lol.
OMG, that home would be a dream to wash. All the homes in my area have 3’ to 4’ open eaves. House that size would take 3/4 hours and full ppe because you have to get under the open eves
Great Video! Thanks for sharing, question, the trailer you demo in the end of the video, the way that was came with everything you showed how much do they charge to build exact trailer. Thanks again for sharing. Def going to do your course online.
Awesome video brotha! Really appreciate this one as always! Quick question, it didn’t look like you did much as far as setting the grass/foliage. Is that something that was just skipped on the video or is this something you don’t worry as much about? I feel as if I might spend to much time soaking before and after the wash
My surfactant say don't leave it mixed in SH overnight so I don't leave mixed batches but I don't know why. Is there a downside to leaving it sit for days ?
Hey Kyle, I have seen every one of your videos and watch them all the time. I’m new to the game and have a question, I know you are super busy. Had a customer call me from my yard signs and was super excited, but the house has Masonite siding. Any quick advice? I’ve done tons of research just never heard of washing Masonite. If not no worries, thanks brotha!!!
As far as clearing the porch, and such what if it's an elderly person, I live in a very popular retirement lake area and these people have all kinds of crap on the porches, chairs flowers, stuff on the doors, walls etc.etc.and alot of them physically can't move the stuff but don't want to pay me extra to do so.
Kyle, do you have the customer or do you remove the screens? What do you use to keep the windows from streaking? Inwould assume it’s the surfactant that doesn’t let it streak. Thanks
At first I was thinking naw he’s just rinsing the house and calling it clean …really an hour 🤷🏾♀️but once I seen your trailer 😮 I thought naw he’s invested 👍🏽
You have to have in you to make money and still give your best at it. Great video Do you have a part number for a 3way valve banjo electric? I want to make a remote valve? Thanks
What do you do about customers who want to talk to you for 30 min plus before you can even start. Or when they stand out there and watch you and keep talking?
Pulling from a municipal water system is ideal, but if you’re limited to well water…what happens when you draw 5-8 gal/minute from a well that only recovers at 3-4 gal/minute? Pass on the job? The owner won’t be happy with brown water for days.
Glad to see this comment. I'm in Georgia as well and was wondering what other people were doing. I try to get either the back or front and a side before rinsing but that does not always seem to work. I started on the back of a house a couple weeks ago but it was so hot I felt I needed to rinse it first to cool it down before applying SH. I only let it dwell about 5 to 6 miutes before rinsing. This is my first year and I am using a 12v system. It takes me roughly 2.5 hours to get a house done, but I do not even have any hose reels yet. Loading and unloading everything at each house. When I grow up, maybe I can get a AR 45 and speed things up!!!
If someone is taking 4-6 hours to wash a house then they MUST be just using pressure alone and a ladder because there is no way it possibly take that long with downstream or 12/24 volt. They may a good pressure washer but aren’t using it correctly.
Yup just two months ago I had my guy taking one hour per wall just pressure and water and soap from lowes until we switched to down streaming now its about 45 minutes
hello, i bought a simpson 60869 4000psi pressure washer and it came with a bag of 4 cycle engine oil, is that oil both for the engine and pump? or do i have to buy it separate?
@@softwashtv6315 Of course, you spray the windows, but that doesn’t mean they’re washed and cleaned. You don’t wash them with soap and squeegee or use a WFP. You answered my question: you don’t wash windows, then you rinse them of with city water. You're leaving money on the table.

Man, what a power washer guru! Great content, even preached about fitness! Great job brother
Glad you liked it!
8:50 "softwatch" is the key, too much pressure = water going under the slide, eventually mold build up etc..
Brother your videos are great. Learn alot. I am so paranoid of overspray. Just got 11. 5 GPM. I see you spray aggressively. Do you worry?
Great video. Very informative. Going into my 3rd year now and am down to about 1 hour 45 minutes on a house like the one in the video.
Nice video and I appreciate all your knowledge and thanks for sharing it. When do you offer another course/training, I am interested and to learn?
I didn’t even think to do this! I haven’t even started my first job and this info is huge.
Glad to be a member. Kyle is amazing. Would love to see a video on wooden decks.
Great information, thanks a lot. How much SH do you use for a basic house (average)? And for a driveway?
One of the best videos so many videos guys either don't know that much and or are trying to sell you stuff for half the thing

Great video. I’ve got a question for all washers. What’s better? A wash truck or working of trailer when you’re washing ?
I love your videos. You can tell you’re a people person.
Man that's quick. What percentage did u use . Did u wet down the grass?? I never seen you do that?

When house washing you don’t pre wet the grass and plants or windows? I’m not knocking you, just wondering because I do and it takes me a while

how many gallons of sh solution do you think you use on an average house wash?

Do you not rinse before ? then chemical then rinse? Jw I know some people do for cooling down siding and windows
I agree if I don't pre wet then the sh dries so fast down here in FL
Any idea on % SH Kyle is using for this house wash?
You're an inspiration, thank you
