Now, is there anyone who can help with repairing the trim on the outside of the house. There are some real problems there. You have done a great service to someone in desperate need. Really nice job! Most homeowners don't realize just how filthy cement can become. Once cleaned, it's a real eye opener. Especially watching the sludge film disappear with the rinsing. 👍👍

Exactly what I was thinking. I had shared a story about my dad when he was alive on his property. Anytime somebody came to work. My dad was always out there pitching in. Made him feel needed.
I was surprised by how dirty the porch was once you started cleaning I could really see it needed it. Great job. He has really hugh concrete area.

This was a massive transformation with all the yardwork and then the pressure washing, wow!!! Did you guys consider pressure washing the bottom rows of brick on the front of the house - there was some algae, dirt and weeds growing on the brick (just curious is all). Again, this was amazing and the homeowner sure was proud! GREAT JOB!!!!

Amazing transformation! Seems like a nice man, but I will never understand why people give such a minimal response. My gosh, I bet you could easily charge $800-$1200 (I don’t know, maybe more?) for a job like that. You really are good people.

Fantastic job, both the yard and concrete. I feel totally ashamed of myself for even saying this, but I was so wishing you were going to clean off that side porch also. Greedy of me I know, especially when you have put such great effort into so drastic of a change already. I was also worrying about how close to the house those palms were. Can't be doing his foundation any good. You can see now that this house was a beauty when it was young. Thanks to your hard work, it has begun to shine again. I wish he will be able to continue with the improvements... somehow.
He didn’t want us messing with that side porch. The wood was so old and rotten we probably would’ve destroyed it completely! Thank you for the feedback and for watching 👍🏻

This was one of those clean-ups that really is inspirational! It was obvious that this gentleman would most likely have kept his yard under control if he really could. It is also obvious that his neighbors haven’t helped any. I wonder what their problems are?! Bless your family for your good deeds!
