Just sprayed a roof that looked identical to that, 4 to 5 percent range 12 12 pitch or more, let it bake and looks amazing
I would just pump spray 12.5 on direct since I can only down stream, then I'd p.wash with a yellow tip or white tip

All of the organic stuff the roof collects and concentrates before running down the walls is my guess as to why the wall is worse under the roof.
