Fun Fact is majority working in bangalore is having a salary of less than 30k
😂😂
Really ??
@@R-S91 obviously
@@csstudent-W8 yahan to har ghante UA-cam me 10,20 40 ,60 lpa ka video upload ho raha like sabse jyada earning wahi hai..

Really?
@@buddha2845Yes. That is the reality.
Software engineers in Bangalore get minimum 35k, what are u talking about
In bangalore, the average salary for the whole city including other industries is 7LPA, so its never going to be less than 30k/month, only freshers in training make 30k or less, google it
May be initially but Experienced fella get way higher
Because of these bachelor the rent price increasing.
2 year ago i rented a 1bhk for 12k, and other 2bhk in my building are available for 15k and all are occupied by family.
After 1 year bachelor came and ready to pay 20k for 1bhk and 30k for 2bhk as they shared among them.
Now im paying 18k as a family. Now they increase the 1bhk to 25k.
Its time to leave after aggreement over.
Video watched complety, thanks for providing valuable insights and information.
staying in pg will save straight 8k from rent, room accessories rent will be saved 2k , dates parties are not every month so save another 3k , swiggy zomato is necessary coz pg food isn’t great but travel cost is saved if pg is near so another 3k …so u save 15-16k from these just staying little humbly… in 15-17k u can stay fine, in 20k u can stay comfortably…30-35k is if u want to stay luxuriously
Bro which PG/mess has the best food and affordable
Any recommendations like Coho etc...?
bro is delusional, bhai 1.6L per month salary me bhi 20 Tarik tak account me 1000 bhi mushkil se bachta ha, there is nothing such as luxurious life, expenses expand to fill the money available
Correct

Good PGs are available from 7000 onwards with food upto 15000 per head so why go for a hassle of staying in a flat where your living costs will shoot up heavily? Secondly learn to live in a minimalistic way so that your savings can save you tomorrow in case of uncertainties in your career. Party and outings are just temporary, your savings are permanent.
Really good explanation. Totally agree 👍👍
I want to go Bangalore for my taking internship with stipend of Rs 20000 but what you said make everything impossible but most of people in Bangalore start their career with salary in between Rs 20000- Rs 35000. Now I see 👁👁 you are rich in budget but thanks for explaining budget 🙏🫀
Which college you r in?
If you go to office say once a week or even a month, avoid staying in Bangalore east (Marathahalli, Bellandur, Mahadevapura, Whitefield). These areas are very dirty. Stay in a place like Koramangala, HSR etc. Rent is also reasonable in these areas.
But bro, my office is in Bellandur, I will be joining in July. So mujhe kabse PG search karna padega to get a good PG in reasonable cost in nearby area?
rent reasonable in Kormangala, HSR ? .. eksdee . XD.
@@abhishekshankar1136 Yeah maybe not too reasonable also 😂 but if you're having some greenery in these areas then it might be worth it. Not generalising but I've heard these areas are more residential. I've stayed in Mahadevapura and I can assure you the cleanliness etc is poor. Here at least you'll maybe get something better. Jp nagar is also good.
@@keshavacharya1695 If you are planning to going office frequently then yes stay near to office. Pgs you can easily get anytime. But i think if you want cleanliness similar to that of a flat, the rent would be around the same only as flat. Can go for lesser but it'll cost you smaller room or not good surroundings etc

Simple measures. I too am very sensitive to bad food. I cook at home simple recipes. My cooking wouldn't take more than an hour everyday. Use at least four different oils for cooking. Don't worry too much about carbs and proteins, etc, that's plain bunkum. Meat and fish once a week. Fruits are mandatory but vegetable salad is even better everyday. Don't use any transport, mobike or car if the travel is less than two kilometres according to Google map. Not more than a large peg of whiskey or vodka/ not more than a bottle of mild beer when drinking.
Stay healthy and cheers!
Brilliant budgeting. When I came to Bangalore in 2022 I got a 1BHK at Brookfield for Rs7,000 but now it is double that figure. Your calculations are on the dot. I too made all the preparation just to make sure my living cost does not burgeon. I took rented wooden sofa, coffee table, refrigerator, washing machine, bed and mattress for Rs2,500 per month. I did not get a dining table because I stay alone and I am more of a friend-centric guy. Every evening a few friends (different group everyday, not more than four) would drop in after-hours for dinner. They would get some liquor. My pots and pans are small so I would make food for three people, and after drinking no one really cares about eating much. They love my meat, fish and eggs recipes with rice. My total groceries cost is Rs4,000 including canned water for drinking. My only uncontrollable cost is rickshaw fares to meet clients everyday. All offices are at least 15 kms away from Brookfield. I have to carry gear with me so rickshaw is mandatory. That alone costs about Rs15,000 every month. But my monthly cost of living in Bangalore was about Rs40,000 (all inclusive) when I started living alone in Bangalore.
Btw, just as the house rent my expenses also went up gradually; by mid 2023 my cost of living is touching Rs60,000 mark.
This cost should be 10000 Rs per month.
Thanks for letting us know.

Make a video on Mumbai rental for those corporates who come outside of Mumbai with high expectations and low budgets . Here a 2 bhk is now minimum 60,000 in eastern suburbs while South Mumbai is 70,000 for 1 bhk.
A day is not far when people will start taking loans for paying rents and deposit amounts. Btw am a realtor catering to major corporate companies. Feel sad for working professionals as 70-80% of their money goes towards expenses and zero savings.

My son is SDE2inUBER in Bengaluru, he spends nearly 50 thousands every month, you are right
Techies normally (very conservatively) take home (what is credited in their bank accounts every month) atleast Rs 1 Lac. Therefore spending 35K is no big deal ! One can splurge and save at the same time !

India is very affordable compared to USA. Fridge will cost me 800 dollars, mattress 400 dollars, table and chairs 1200 dollars, stove cost 600 dollars , washing machine and dryer 1000 dollars.
Bringing total to 4000 dollars minimum. That is 3.2 lakes minimum.
Is it time I moved out of USA.? Sounds like it.

Hi @Anshika, very clear representation of expenses. Thank you for making this video. I am planning to shift to Bangalore this month in a single room PG. I am doing WFH as far as now and I am investing in saving instruments (PPF, Health insurance etc.)more than 50% of my in hand salary. And I found that may be I ll struggle to bear expenses. In hand salary is between 68-70K.
How to deal with this? Can I bear expenses like partying (not much) transport ( I am bringing my bike) etc?
For a lavish lifestyle in BENGALURU please plan to earn more than 3 lakhs per month. At your salary levels you can just lead a minimalistic life if you want to save money for your unforeseen expenses, contingencies and emergencies.
@@kspradeep8397 video includes too many unecessary expenses.. probably its due to she don't have worry about future expenses.

Baki 15-20-25 hajar wale dur area me 2 ghanta travel krk rahte h ya pas kahi chowl me.
Baki chowl sab saste h log 10-15 hajar me 1 bhk 1rk type

Im currently staying in banglore, at cost of 10k per month,
In a PG and with no job😅😁.
But i am sure, that one day i will get job🤪 and i can afford like you,

Instead stay at a 2BHK stand Alone building within the Good Area. Or get a bike and stay away from these Most happening places. The rent will be reduced to 10K per month. So enter the field and know the REALITY. Just F**k the others financial level think about yours😊
Standalone buildings are not safe for girls.

@@jeevan554 There are different options. If you stay in PG, your expenses will be 8 to 10k. Then of course you cannot eat outside or order food. Or if you are okey with travelling 3-4 hours everyday then you can choose to stay in less expensive places but far from office. I think after metro expansion, 2nd option will be viable for many
15k is enough to live in Bangalore. PGs rent are around 8k for 2 sharing
Right. I know 2 people who are sharing a room at 8000 per head including food 7 days a week 2 times a day.
@@kspradeep8397 I'm living in double sharing with 7500 rs per head with 3 times food and also with wifi, washing machine
