I want to go Bangalore for my taking internship with stipend of Rs 20000 but what you said make everything impossible but most of people in Bangalore start their career with salary in between Rs 20000- Rs 35000. Now I see 👁👁 you are rich in budget but thanks for explaining budget 🙏🫀
Simple measures. I too am very sensitive to bad food. I cook at home simple recipes. My cooking wouldn't take more than an hour everyday. Use at least four different oils for cooking. Don't worry too much about carbs and proteins, etc, that's plain bunkum. Meat and fish once a week. Fruits are mandatory but vegetable salad is even better everyday. Don't use any transport, mobike or car if the travel is less than two kilometres according to Google map. Not more than a large peg of whiskey or vodka/ not more than a bottle of mild beer when drinking. Stay healthy and cheers!
Brilliant budgeting. When I came to Bangalore in 2022 I got a 1BHK at Brookfield for Rs7,000 but now it is double that figure. Your calculations are on the dot. I too made all the preparation just to make sure my living cost does not burgeon. I took rented wooden sofa, coffee table, refrigerator, washing machine, bed and mattress for Rs2,500 per month. I did not get a dining table because I stay alone and I am more of a friend-centric guy. Every evening a few friends (different group everyday, not more than four) would drop in after-hours for dinner. They would get some liquor. My pots and pans are small so I would make food for three people, and after drinking no one really cares about eating much. They love my meat, fish and eggs recipes with rice. My total groceries cost is Rs4,000 including canned water for drinking. My only uncontrollable cost is rickshaw fares to meet clients everyday. All offices are at least 15 kms away from Brookfield. I have to carry gear with me so rickshaw is mandatory. That alone costs about Rs15,000 every month. But my monthly cost of living in Bangalore was about Rs40,000 (all inclusive) when I started living alone in Bangalore. Btw, just as the house rent my expenses also went up gradually; by mid 2023 my cost of living is touching Rs60,000 mark.
Good PGs are available from 7000 onwards with food upto 15000 per head so why go for a hassle of staying in a flat where your living costs will shoot up heavily? Secondly learn to live in a minimalistic way so that your savings can save you tomorrow in case of uncertainties in your career. Party and outings are just temporary, your savings are permanent.
If you go to office say once a week or even a month, avoid staying in Bangalore east (Marathahalli, Bellandur, Mahadevapura, Whitefield). These areas are very dirty. Stay in a place like Koramangala, HSR etc. Rent is also reasonable in these areas.
But bro, my office is in Bellandur, I will be joining in July. So mujhe kabse PG search karna padega to get a good PG in reasonable cost in nearby area?
@@abhishekshankar1136 Yeah maybe not too reasonable also 😂 but if you're having some greenery in these areas then it might be worth it. Not generalising but I've heard these areas are more residential. I've stayed in Mahadevapura and I can assure you the cleanliness etc is poor. Here at least you'll maybe get something better. @@keshavacharya1695 If you are planning to going office frequently then yes stay near to office. Pgs you can easily get anytime. But i think if you want cleanliness similar to that of a flat, the rent would be around the same only as flat. Can go for lesser but it'll cost you smaller room or not good surroundings etc
