Any exercise will lower blood sugar. Basic metabolism, This video is great because it stresses that the exercise need not be vigorous.
Probably should not have eaten an ounce of chocolate chips after dinner. At least I did this. I will keep this handy for the days ahead!😊❤

Hi Lucy, great video. Do you know how long I should wait after dinner before doing this exercise? I am glad I found this video because when I get back from work, I normally eat about 7:45 and go to bed about 10:30, so I can’t do a proper workout.

How long after a meal do you do this?
Good Question, and you will get many opinions. Half an hour is usually the right time frame, but everyone is different. The best way to do it is, half an hour after you have finished eating, go for an easy 15 minute walk outside. Hope this helps. 😊

Anyone do this and check blood sugar level before and after the 5 minutes please? There are way too many videos some for 10 mins and 20 mins after food to reduce blood sugar. Can just 5 mins do the same?
