@@adita1 anche prima! Una volta che si programma un buon allenamento e si cura l'alimentazione è fattibilissimo. Negli esercizi a corpo libero ogni kg perso rende tutto più facile! Una bella fase di bulk, tanti esercizi di forza, zavorra le trazioni a più non posso, durante il cut il muscle up sarà più facile che mai.

That was a nice and helpful tutorial from a legend like you, but I am someone who just achieved his first clean (without chicken wing) muscle up and at that level, leg raises are the most important thing that helps me to get over the bar. I know using momentum coming from legs is not a good form for calisthenics but it is a progression level and it helps you to stay motivated, so it would be better if you explained something about leg raises:)
Another thing that i would like to point out and it's not mentioned in this great video,is that you should always keep your weight in check if you want to learn the muscle up. I was doing tons of pull ups every week during the quarantine however i couldn't do the muscle up,but once i lost 5 Kgs the movement came naturally,almost without training specifically for the muscle up. So if you have a good amount of strength and you are very good with pull ups,maybe all you need to do to get the muscle up is to lose fat.
Andrea could you please make a dragon flag tutorial? & explain outside of the progressions (1leg, straddle, etc) what exercises you should be comfortable with before attempting the dragon flag. I would really appreciate it💪🏾! I can hold a strict Lsit for 25 sec. when it comes to the 1 leg dragon flag i can comfortably do 3x3. Ive been wanting to conquer this move for yrs now. I know its the exercise that is needed to really help reach the more advanced body weight exercises. Ive been working on my full hanging leg raise as well. I can do 7 strict reps without lat engagement. I have above average hamstring flexibility.
The transition of the Muscle Up is not just about getting above the bar, if you look closely to the transition of the MU your shoulder goes on Extension, if you're lacking mobility on that Range of Motion then you will just injured yourself.
To Improve your Shoulder Extension strength do some active mobility work so once you attempt or try the MU you have the range and control on that movement, also the transition part of MU is where you build the real strength.
