    La cosa che più apprezzo di te è che fai sembrare facili cose di una difficoltà spaventosa, spari 10 muscleup con una pulizia spaventosa e lo fai sembrare come un riscaldamento quando già una serie del genere spezzerebbe in due il buon 80% della popolazione. Fai le trazioni come stessi camminando,impossible dip, plank, handstand push up ecc.. con una facilità disarmante! È innegabile, che in quanto a forza e pulizia de movimento pochissima gente possa competere con te. Orgoglio italiano, e comunque io ribadisco, se avessi cominciato ginnastica artistica in giovane età, staremmo parlando di un campione olimpico, le doti le hai tutte.

    2 - Some training ideas and combinations you are doing in your workouts.
    3 - Your basic workouts.
    4 - Skills training and how you train them.
    5 - How to learn ___ ( certain elements ).
    6 - Your story and how you start making videos / behind the scenes of how you made the good videos etc.
    This is just some ideas i think it will be interesting for the people :)

    A me piacerebbe vedere come strutturi i tuoi allenamenti settimanali e se dividi i tuoi allenamenti in cicli. Sarebbe interessante anche sapere se e come programmi l'allenamento durante l'anno e se subisce variazioni di focus.

    Buon vecchio Andrea sempre uno spettacolo vederti all'azione! Ormai non so nemmeno quanti anni son passati dalle prime gare e l'entusiasmo e la passione che ci metti è sempre altissima e questa ci motiva tantissimo!       if you already can do 10+ pull ups you can try with weights, if not just do max pull ups sets, resistance band pull ups, negative part of pull ups

In particolare, vorrei sapere se ha senso eseguire gli stessi esercizi più volte a settimana, quante ore bisogna esercitarsi in ogni allenamento e come combattere la stanchezza che spesso compare di pomeriggio o nei giorni più freddi?
