      When I do pull ups I touch my neck with the bar but when Andrea do it he touch his abs with the bar

    ho passato un anno ad ammirarti ed invidiarti (in senso benevolo ovviamente) poi ho riflettuto e anche se sono troppo avanti con l'età (45) per iniziare ora il corpo libero in modo serio e raggiungere un livello decente di Calisthenics che potesse consentirmi evoluzioni alla sbarra o le cose magnifiche che fai tu (non ci arriverò mai) ho deciso di farlo lo stesso, iniziando dalla propedeutica fondamentale, vengo da vari infortuni ma ce la faccio, e non mollo, ovunque arriverò sarà un regalo. Al momento sto seguendo una semplice routine con piegamenti sulle braccia 4 serie da 25 su di un ripiano e 50 direttamente al suolo su supporti. 8 pullups, 8 chinups, 8 dips alle parallele, 60 squats, e poi tutto plank nelle tre forme tipiche, superman, barchetta e plank classico diciamo alternando gomiti e mani al suolo.. faccio almeno 2 round di tutto.. E poi vado a correre perchè mi serve anche perdere un pò di peso cosi i pullups aumenteranno. Che ne dici Andrea? (Lo so mi posso andare a menare nel cesso :D ) ma ho deciso che voglio farlo per un anno intero, incrementando di volta in volta, non so dove arriverò, vedremo.. boh. Ma mi piace troppo! :D ...ah dimenticavo.. lo faccio tutti i santi giorni.. nessuno escluso!! NESSUNO!

    This is recommended for beginners who wanted to start Calisthenics. All of the points you have discussed man, Perfetto Andrea! Totally agree these are the Fundamental Exercises that needs to be mastered before you proceed learning Intermediate or Advanced Calisthenics Skills such as Planche, Handstand, Front Lever, Back Lever in general. You can call yourself Intermediate if you have already mastered these Fundamental exercises. Great reminder Andrea! Thanks man take care!

    My recommendations:
    Vertical Pulling: Pull-Ups
    Horizontal Pulling: Inverted Rows
    Vertical Pushing: Dips
    Horizontal Pushing: Push-Ups
    Legs: Squats, Lunges, etc.
    Handstands and L-sit

    Io aggiungerei anche come esercizio la verticale, con tutte le varie propedeutiche ovviamente, in modo da avere un esercizio più specifico anche per le spalle.

    Hi Andrea, thanks for your youtube videos. Maybe you should explain us how to improve our nutrition. What should eat a beggining calisthenics athlete? Ofcorse it depends of the objective of the athlete, the starting point of his body and his ability etc. But in general terms. What we should eat if we want to
    develop our muscle mass and having a functional body. How many grams of protein, carbohydrates, etc. Thanks you and good luck! The other idea of video is how much time take to learn each special movement. For example, how long did it take you to learn muscle up, full planche, front level, etc.

    Ciao andrea, ho iniziato calisthenics da gennaio, stò ottenendo dei buoni risultati, i miei obbiettivi sono le skils e l'endurance.....sono alto 1.75 secondo te sono troppo alto? L'altezza influisce sul calisthenics? Posso ottenere buoni risultati?

    Ciao Andrea, ho iniziato calisthenics da 2 settimane, prima di andare in palestra riuscivo a concludere in modo pulito 5-6 trazioni mentre ora, senza l’utilizzo di un elastico pesante non riesco più ad alzarmi (neanche una trazione). È come se avessi perso la forza. Mi alleno 3 volte a settimana mi consigli di continuare in questo modo, aumentare o diminuire? Non capisco cosa mi sia successo😕
