Depends on the command. If its an effect command like addcond or hurtme then you have to kill bind. or if you used a bind command and want to reset it I suggest going to settings and setting binds to default

When I add a specific amount of bots in a private server, like 24 BLU snipers, they all just keep dying and suiciding in spawnroom.
One easy bind to setup a private server for yourself:

Yeah, tutorial bots don't have navigation meshes for the majority of maps. So they either stay in spawn or get stuck in a corner trying to leave.
You can try this nav_generate but it wont work for other maps
for me i just spawned them in but when they try to leave spawn sometimes they just randomly die, and i cannot spawn heavy bots
