  • The craft of removing dents without repainting has been around a long time. Most people are unaware that larger damage can be repaired and it simply comes down to the skills of the technician studying this craft of fixing wrinkles in metal using only reflection as the guide. What makes Tesla a great candidate for these larger repairs is the paint is so well bonded to the vehicle by their use of electrostatic. Also the clear coat is baked on and cannot be replicated by shops spraying water based paint that is air dried. If this car was not original paint I could not use the #gluepullrepair #pdr #tools. 31 years of removing dents this way and it took all of those 31 years to get this fast and do this repair over several days. When beginning this study as a rookie this damage would take a week and I probably couldn't take a video of it. I've come a long way just focusing on these big repairs but I like the challenge and it keeps me out of the dealerships dungeons.

Oh hey there thank you so much , really appreciate the wonderful comment sir and all the best back to ya. I love this Pdr glue pull repair setup. It’s been slowly evolving and as you know we techs in the field need our equipment to be versatile and yet very strong 💪🏻. I like the power tools part and anything else that gives my old body a break. When the equipment works well I feel like I can go on and on with speed$ too. Gotta keep up with the new techs out there 😊
Ok be well and push on brother!

I've only been trying to learn this art for a month at a local workshop that is giving me the opportunity to learn. This is harder than it looks and you make it look like a magic trick. You are so talented and it shows the love and passion you put into your work. Your videos inspire me to keep going even though I know nothing about this.
    Thanks for sharing your videos.

Thank you for the message and glad to know you’re learning this great skill trade. It is certainly not easy to learn because it is sculpting reflection and there are many illusions to not believe. My best advice is do not learn using an LED light or plastic reflection board, simply use the natural reflection to study with. If you try really hard and move constantly you can find the big secret in how to see your way to finish it perfectly, it’s all right there in the reflection.
