I love any video involving deep foot analysis, head scraping and massage. Back scraping looks like it feels good. I might need to start performing the one legged foot routine to help strengthen my feet.
Look up squat University. The physical therapist there does a much better job explaining how to get stronger feet and arches

I have sprained both of my ankles numerous times, gotten an avulsion fracture in my foot, and told I have flat feet but NO ONE has ever mentioned working on my balance to strength those muscles. I am so thankful I watch this channel!

Thank-You for the flat foot information because I have flat feet or maybe like you said a working arch because I stand up it's completely flat.
Good trick to know about the arch in the foot strengthen it by balancing on one leg.

I need a chiropractor like this in the general HoustonTX area. Any recommendations? Someone that also does muscle and tissue work like she does. My chiropractor only makes adjustments where I mention discomfort. No muscle work at all. So my back and neck stay full of knots and makes me need to go back in a few months, even after a series of adjustments. I even tried two different massage therapist and I felt like they were not trying to work out the knots.
