Yep. Chronic illness here too. So much stored stiffness, tension and pain; despite movement and exercise. It needs deep, specific work.

As opposed to the quirky sounds, there are many of us that prefer soft spoken or silent ASMR videos you can enjoy vicariously such as a relieving back crack adjustment, a relaxing body massage, or the painting of lovely scenery (Bob Ross was ASMR ahead of his time.) ☺️😌

ASMR encompasses more than that and viewers appreciate segments of the Doctor’s video as a relaxing part of ASMR. She has titled videos in the past with that moniker. My comment in no way denigrates the good Doctor. Knock it off.
