I'm convinced that there is not one single chiro in NC that comes remotely close to being this thorough. It's usually five mins, crack, see me three times a week forever. This is my dream visit and why you are my favorite chiropractor on YT. Amazing work!
Dont know in USA but in Spain chiros dont even exist and PTs work something like that. If youve never tried maybe you should.
As far as ive seen lot of chiros there behave like that. Most PTs ive been to really try to get you moving pain free. Maybe you have luck and find one that works for you
I found someone in Clemmons that does a lot of muscle work, but not a chiro.

There's not one single chiro anywhere that's as thorough & attentive to their patients as Dr. Mondragon is. Wish she was out here in southern CA.

I had really bad sciatica on my right side this past summer. I had the tingling in my right foot also. It finally eased with specific stretches and visits to chiropractor.

@@LittleLo so if I stand up straight and hyperextend I feel it in my upper right by my si joint and upper glute. If I lie on my left side and do pelvic tilts I feel it especially when I squeeze my glutes and release I feel it then. If I lie on my back rotate my lower extremities to the left and turn my upper body to the right I feel it in that stretch. Weird thing is I sprint, jogg, strength train and perform deadlifts with good form do barbell or dumbells rows and I don't have any discomfort at all. I pickup items of the floor and I don't have any pain when I bend forward at the hips. If I lay on my stomach and bend my right leg at the knee then internally rotate the hip I feel like a knot but in the form of pain.

Have you looked for Gonestad chiropractor in your area? They typically use different techniques than normal chiros.

Of we are ever allowed to travel again and if you ever find yourself in the UK I would love to have a full adjustment like this with you. In the UK we just have the walk in, generic cracks and leave. No focused treatment or muscle relief like you.

ya know I continually watch these videos and she frequently asks if they have had a massage and most of them I feel say yes. Am I the only one that has never had a massage before?😅
So why when I go to the chiropractor, I’m out in 15 minutes after they crack and twist my neck a couple times?
Don’t forget as your walking out the door the pain which never left is raging when you get to your car. Chiropractors hate all the great chiropractors on youtube who actually help people, they don’t compare and I’m having a tough time finding one that’s is not trying to get me to sign up for some crappy package visits(or whatever they are trying to do). Just watching the dr. Massaging and cracking her body got me looking at how to get in touch with her 😍

I've been trying to find someone like this in Ontario, Canada. If anyone knows of someone between London & Toronto, please let me know. So far the ones I go to don't practice any of these techniques, it's just same old crack your neck and back and bye in about 15 minutes. :(
