When Dr Mondragon is working on her... she is breathing without being told. 😌 When you are in so much pain, the only thing you can do is try to relax and breathe through it. Especially if you have lived with chronic pain for so many years. You get used to the pain, but if it gets too much and no prescription medications are helping. You just breathe through the pain. I can tell she deals with A LOT of pain on a daily basis. 🌸 I hope she feels more loose, balanced and relieved by the end of this session. 🌸

I really wish I could see a chiropractor like her 😭 my body has suffered all kinds of pain/chronic pain now ever since a huge accident a year ago. It sucks knowing I have so much potential, yet my body holds me back because when I lost my ability to walk for 5 months my leg lost so much muslce mass. Now my ankles, knees, hips, and low back cause significant pain pretty much daily. 😥😥😥
I've been trying 2 tell people here in Omaha Nebraska that all the pains from your lower back and head, it's all coming from your feet, although it is scientific and it shows more from your body, but TBH it really doesn't take a scientist 2 think that hard though. Foot massage are always the best.
Kind of laughed before this started. Got an ad, it's of Xero Shoe. Talking about a shoe to naturally help your feet. Made me kind of laugh since the title of this video of foot massage. This is something I really need. Have seriously bad lower back problems. If I lay down on my back and try to sit up or lift a leg, sharp pain shoot from my lower back. And have to roll onto my side and get up. I was the same with the headaches. I was the only one who was allowed an MRI last year in March, since all exams and tests were canceled because of covid. That's just how bad I was. Eventually I guess I just needed to get the dosage of medication for epilepsy raised, which helped slightly.
I remember when ASMR on UA-cam was just some dude wearing a dominos pizza top massaging a guy on a park bench in New York. Now its grown so much at a similar rate with Chiropractic treatments. Safe to say have watched many vids of yours even getting to 100k. Congratz on the 900k subs!
