I know she's not primarily a massage therapist but, damn i love when she works out the muscles. Especially the calves and feet. It's so comprehensive and pleasing to see. Amazing as always.
I like that Dr Mondragon is part teacher, part professor, part counselor to all that come to her.
She explains while treatment happing, and let's you know what you continue to focus on post treatment.
Also the fun she has and her growth in the building her Channel and the various options she does outside the treatment.

This is so true. I can sometimes reduce my back pain and sciatica by constantly adjusting my big toe on the affected side. I wish science would catch up in understanding the bodies complex mechanisms.

I so wish I could get an appointment with her. Lately I have been seeing a chiropractor for my back and in the beginning it was helping, however the area where it hurts moves around. All I get is a quick 15 minute adjustment using tools. I would love the deeper work, that I see in these videos.
It restores the spine to its proper alignment and motion and it also helps instigate nerve impulses that make the muscles relax.🙌

I can relate to those areas of inflammation. I also have developed an area at the base of my skull from the spine to the ear. Headaches are bad. My back spasms due to nerves in the neck. To a point it hurts to breathe.
Tell your partner to help you out and give you a good neck rub. My wife is always getting me to rub her neck because of headaches
@@Kmecha84 if only my partner would. I have a horrible headache now. And he is due home in an hour or so. I will ask. Though I am certain it will meet the usual resistance. Asking him to do anything at all is like asking a mule to move & he gets as moody & cantankerous.

Omg, I need this so bad for my calves, feet and back.
That footwork looks so great. Unfortunately, I have extremely painful Morton's neuromas on both feet and think I'd be screaming and crying like a baby. But damn that looks like it would be so helpful to my basic walking functions having something like that done.
Have you tried cortisone shots to the neuromas? Its intense but it cured mine.
@@jonellemonzon483 I did, and cortisone combined with custom orthotics were a bit of wonderful relief. Sadly, it was only temporary. The root cause of the inflamed nerve was still there and eventually reoccurred. My only real solution is likely surgery if I really want it gone for good.

I was a little bit disappointed that we didn’t get to see her massage the neck the way that we normally do at the beginning of videos.

It’s chiropractic but also has some other elements of holistic medication. She is massaging out the nerve endings actually, not really muscles.

Would love to see a tutorial on how you use your percussion massager. I’ve bought one recently and love it. I use it before racing (5km). I do the soles of my feet with it too, it’s amazing.

I worked in retail for 15 years 😔 and my feet have suffered for sure. I’m out of the field but they still give me issues. I just started seeing a chiropractor and would love for him to dig in on my feet and legs. I’m very ticklish so I have no idea how it will go 😂

Whatever tool Dr. is using on her patient's feet & toed probably hurts at first to get all of the knots out but I bet she feels much better afterwards. I need to find a chiropractor who does that. All of my stress goes to my lower back and feet.
