I love the way you said "kewl" at the end ahhahah
7:30 "Craftsman Collision" - things that make you go "hmmmm" 🤔
You don't need to thank us for watching.
We need to be thanking you for posting!

Literally in my Top 5 faveUA-cam channels.
No thank you :p
Your luck is very low when a CP railroad police officer pull you over XD
CP railway police only has jurisdiction 800 ft from the railway… ANYWHERE in Canada if you get pulled over from a CP police just politely refused and be on your way. If they do give you a ticket just fight it in court show where you where and where the nearest railway is and if it’s more than 800 ft the ticket will be tossed. I went through all this last year and won and the CP cop lost his job… CP cops are appointed by judges and unfortunately can also loss their right to be a CP cop by judges as well.
3:36 according to transport Canada. The jurisdiction of the Railway police is 500 Meters from the railway (their rules differ from Transit police). That being said at 3:55 you can see rail cars so that officer is well within the jurisdiction.
That's is true...what that means is that they are the police force that take precedence when something happens...VPD, RCMP, CP police could all have jurisdiction in an area but what the 500m rule states is that CP police takes priority within 500m of a railroads property and they would head the investigation...just like transit police would take priority at translink property...
what you really want mean is... As defined by Section 2 of the Canadian Criminal Code, members have exactly the same powers as every other police officer in Canada. Members can detain, arrest, use force, search and compel people to court and although they are employed by the railway company they are deemed to public servants the same as city police who are employed by the municipality but are agents of the Crown. they can enforce municipal, provincial and federal laws i.e. speeding
7:30 Hmmmmm, I wonder why they have an autobody shop loaner to begin with...
I know right!
2:14 - Not sure the rules in Canada but in a traffic circle the right of way is switched and the person in the circle has the right of way. Thus - the bike had the right of way and the Tesla should have yielded - not the way you have described it. The second bike at the end should have yielded.
The cyclist went full speed into the round-about without slowing. While they were in the round-about I'm not sure the person on the bike really entered correctly as the speed they were going seemed to be faster than what most people even drive along that section
This is the exactly what I was thinking Darren.
The law is actually vague on this: there is a distinction on traffic circles (yield to the traffic on the right) versus roundabouts (yield to traffic already in circle), and if there were signs to obey, one would have to obey them regardless.
Yield to traffic already in circle. Biker may have been speeding in it, but he didn’t need to yield, the car does.
@@Ifish24-7 That depends though, you yield to traffic in the circle, but there becomes an issue when the traffic that entered into the circle was going at a rate of speed that's too high for the road.
A close example of this would be if you consider a pedestian who starts crossing the street at a marked intersection, but there was a tree blocking to the corner. While the rules say to yield to the pedestrian there is a good chance a vehicle couldn't see until the last second if they entered from a blind spot; at which point the pedestrain would be at fault
2:33 If you're a VW driver and you're reading this, WTF in the past few years? Why is it almost always a VW driver pissing me off lately? Like, seriously. Almost every day. And it's not even a common car where I live.
2:47 If it was my 2005 Venture (my mule van), that guy would regret this HARD.
3:45 I was today-years-old when I learned CP rail drivers could pull people over. Is this accurate?
4:28 I had 3 of these in one day. It’s just too common. Don’t know what they are thinking by doing this bizarre move. When I see a car pulls over especially without any signals, I slow myself down.
NK829K is a convicted animal abuser, several DUIs, theft under $5k from an elder care home, and reckless driving causing multiple accidents in a school zone. Classy.
Great editing 🎦and commentary as ALWAYS !! most entertaining to watch. Flying Glass, Flying Rakes Flying Planes, ✈The ending is perfect !!
Planes Trains 🚝and Vans Worst Drivers never gets old.
Thanks so much for watching!
The cops around here really need to do something about the highway. It's already too late but something needs to change. People have trouble maintaining 80 kilometers an hour on the highway and it's sad
They are well exceeding the speed limit on the hwy and constantly changing lanes
There’s cops around here? I don’t think there is.
8:30 just entitled cyclist. I had one following behind me so close, clearly impatient. I stop at a stop sign, she didnt. Nearly went head first into the windshield of a car.
The guy in the black VW (2:40). Hilarious!! 😂😂😂 good job!
Bruh! 1:20 Something like this just happened to me like 2 days ago. I got to the main intersection of our small town right next to our grocery store, and some guy is on a scooter thing that goes slower than walking speed, waiting at the light. I am now directly behind him, so I should make the light right? This guy waits probably 10 or so seconds after it turns green to start going, almost falling off due to the small deviations in road height, not even potholes, and drives right through the intersection...There's a crosswalk RIGHT next to him, along with a sidewalk that goes aaaaall the way through town, but this guy decides to take the road. He gets not even HALFWAY through the intersection before it goes red, so I had to wait for my next light, meanwhile this guy is STILL going down the road in his scooter at like 2kph. I turned off the road to stop at another store, but from what I saw the guy just kept going down the road, no idea how far, but right in the middle of the lane just traveling in a mobility scooter, ignoring the completely empty sidewalk the entire time. I swear it's the same model of scooter this guy in the video had, going about as fast, but definitely not the same guy as I live in Alberta.
Another solid vid!! Thanks bro always appreciate the content 👌
Thanks so much!
Soon as I see it's that part of Brunette Ave: "ohh here comes some shit!" Didn't expect THAT.
City of Van cyclists: "Traffic rules are for other people, not me." Also CoV cyclists: "Wahh, the roads are unsafe."
The driver caught by CP rail cop is also driving in the bus lane. It doesn’t become a normal car lane until right before the entrance to #1.
8:45 They’re making a 6th one! Fifth one was filmed on the Lions Gate Bridge!
6:03 - I see that happen there ALL THE TIME. Its amazing how oblivious people can be.
6:39 Totally illegal to make a reverse turn (U-turn) at a signalized intersection. License plate is clearly visible if there was an accident.
Collision.
Interesting that railroad police in BC may enforce traffic laws outside of railroad property, up to half kilometer. In the US, they don't generally have that jurisdiction. They may enforce traffic laws at the grade crossings, where the railroad crosses a public highway. But not outside the railroad right of way, and certainly not up to 550 yards.
06:13 that was so close. The driver going straight should have stopped, but once he decided to go forward, he stops in the middle of what was almost an accident. If youre gonna be stupid, at least follow through on your stupidity. Slamming the brakes there was poor defensive driving. He should have sped up of anything. People just freeze when they panic and make the crash more likely. That yellow was so stale, as if he went through with a car turning.
Some of the most hopeless gits in the western world. It wasn’t always this way.
Great video and great commentary (especially 8:45)!
2:30 Seems odd. I wonder if something happened prior to this. Like if Jason cut off to get into the offramp.
6:30 Ohhh you didn't know? That's the VIP lane, it's only for very important people only!
The car in the clip at 7:35 is a loaner car from Craftsman Collision. I wonder why that driver was driving the car from the autobody shop?
6:39 Trevor needs to understand that running red lights might result in this happening...
Why do all vancouverites constantly change lanes? Even when the lane over has just ONE less car, you guys just HAVE to switch lanes. Nowhere else is like that
A woman guiding another woman into a parking spot is the blind leading the blind
Bikers have gotten super entitled. Please hit my truck... watch what happens.😅
My submission will be in the *Next* video.
At 08:06 you can see the person trying to grab something on the passenger seat. Bright idea while driving.
That's great how contrite that driver was at 2:50 and wanted to offer up a🍺
7:36
hahahaha craftsman collision loaner car as well....... WOW
7:49 - To be fair - They drive a Subaru Outback, they can go anywhere! ;)
upon further inspection, it's actually a Crosstrek...but still. lol
I have one Cyclist riding in a Crosswalk on my Score Card.
TIL about police always having police authority in BC
That guy who got stopped was also in the bus/hov lane
I really don't understand how people crash going straight on a highway
Following too close
Honestly.... A lot of the cammers are clearly not paying attention either..
Soemtimes stuff happens and they just drive right into it, like John at 1:58.
YES, the newbie driver wasn't looking and shouldn't have proceeded.
HOWEVER, John had MOOORE than enough time to predict what the idiot was doing and easily could have slowed down to avoid a collision. 🤦♀️ I don't care who have the right of way if an idiot isn't paying attention and you ARE, then do something about it. Don't just drive into people when you can clearly predict that they're being stupid. 🙄
1:05 I actually thought it was ice
This video is a compilation of cyclists doing what they do best (nothing useful) AND the utter incompetence of lower mainland drivers.
I love Instant karma clips they just make my day
I have a full instant karma video coming soon!
@@vancouversworstdrivers I can’t wait
First 2 cyclists at the round about were in the right the last one wasn’t.
Is that a cop car at 7:30 and they didn't do anything about the that?
Damn road fleas 🙄🙄
Pretty sure the railway cops can only ticket u within 200yd of railways and transit cops can only pull u over near skytrain/busses. But I couod be wrong
I'm just here for the comments for people saying that these people that are in the wrong are right.
👍🏾👍🏾
I watch video to see if I'm in it!!!!!
Hopefully no success this time!
There’s no way that last clip was real… right??
Apparently they fly low to spray pesticide on the crops
cyclists are a hazard cause they dont care about giving right of way or following road rules....and if you hit one even if they are in the wrong your still to blame....
And you wonder why so many dislike cyclists 😂
Those Tour de France peloton wannabes have such an entitlement complex that I would pay good money to see them getting ticketed by the VPD for running stop signs and abusing roundabouts.
Too many commercials.
Now everyone has Tiktok 🤷🏻♀️
Not everyone, just the ignorant ones that don't mind the CCP have complete access to their device, passwords, bank account information, personal data, etc. I bet you didn't even read the T.O.S. for using Tiktok. FYI, the can backdoor access your phones cameras' front and back, microphone, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. If you own a Chinese brand smartphone, home Wi-Fi router, you're already accessed. Ignorance can't save you. I didn't know doesn't matter. Educate yourself.
Those traffic circles are not made properly. Maybe if they didn't half ass the design, bikers wouldn't be able to ride straight through. They were made for cars years ago. I remember a lot of them by a hospital they used to shoot The X files at back in 1996.
