Rapid switching is always rough, thank you for showing how it works for you guys! Its cool to know were not the only system that yawns when switching.
The gacha's are adorable, maybe you could add the name to the icon Incase somebody doesn't/doesn't want to say their name.
We don't rapid switch that often anymore, but we get this so much. It's exhausting and also gives us a massive headache that lasts for a long as time afterwards. It's not fun, it's painful, draining and etc. Thank you for sharing this with us.

I really hate rapid switching. Like the headache after it just kills me. I'm glad it didn't happen much to us... its touch
We are currently going through rapid switching. it's not "normal" for us and hasn't happened in a long time. It's so hard to function and in a sense... a bit scary, as we just want to re stabilize and get back to our normal, so that we can functional gain and there is less stress and pressure on our family. We want to make a video, but it's been hard to even film it. much less upload it as, it's SCARY to be that vulnerable on youtube which is so full of trolls! Thank you for your courage sharing this. I'm trying to pluck up the courage to do so myself.
Switching looks so painful. I've been watching a lot of DID UA-cam channels lately to try to learn more about how different systems experience the disorder. Of course scientific research certainly helps but, I also think watching and hearing different systems that live with it constantly is very insightful. Thank you so much for sharing.
each system works differently with the switches. with me i just kinda go still, i don't know what my face looks like because i've never taken a vid of a switch but it's more like we're just kinda not there for a moment and then another alter takes front. i haven't been clinically diagnosed but i've experienced a lot of this before looking into what i was going through. i've got 10 alters (or head mates) that are awake that we all know of.
Wah, the rapid switching makes everything so difficult... Thank you for sharing this vulnerable time with us, so we can be compassionate to others and spread awareness!

I will never complain about switching too often or too quickly again. We get headaches when we switch quickly and what you did in these 18 and a half minutes would be absolutely devastating to us. It has been a year since you released this video, Pizza, and we really hope you are doing better now. Please take care of yourselves.
The headaches make sense. I do not experience DID, I am just someone who likes to learn and understand others. But the headaches really make sense. It’s got to be an overload on your brain! Is there anything that can be done to help the headache after rapid switching? Does medicine like ibuprofen help?

Does the extreme rapid switching mean there's chaos somewhere inside?
Sometimes yes sometimes no. There many triggers from the in but also from the outside. As well as stress, lack of sleep and such can have an impact on it too as far as we've noticed .. but it really varies .. can't always pin point that stuff - skye
We don’t really ‘rapid switch’ often it is a crowded front in that leads to headache but usually when we do, it is rather painful and really hard to speak. So I understand best of luck from us, this disorder is really hard to deal with. We were diagnosed by an amazing therapist she did her job very well to let us know we would be fine! ^^
Something that makes us rapid switch its because of playlists songs and others energies, or the way they talk to us.

Yeah, we’ll go through cycles that can sometimes last multiple months of rapid-ish switching where it’ll be like me👏Darren👏Millie👏little👏Beroda👏little👏me again and then we finally ground a little bit and go “wow ok” and it happens again so we just give up and go to bed 💀

I.. oh my gosh, one switch already make our heads goes hurt asf, and yea we never experience rapid switch so far

So recently I’ve been really interested in learning more about DID. And I have a question, people with DID is it different with everyone when they switch ( I’m sorry if that sounds offensive, I don’t know how to really ask or like the right terminology for it, as I’m still learning about DID)
Yes! Switching is different for every system and tends to vary.
Yes its different for other systems! Your question was not offensive :) for our system when we switch the body just freezes. Hope this comment helps -Haden

Ok question who is there main person in there system
We dont completely have a 'main' person since we switch a lot, yet the alters that are fronting the most are Drew, Skye, Joey, Vévi & I (Isa) at the moment (it does change though) 😣😅 - isa

there is no main person on our system too, the whole system is a person, if only one alters, uts called ego, not person
