A lot of switches. Glad for us it's just us three new alters for a while. Cause switching is weird feeling.
Also for some of your switches I kinda smiled because the look in the bodys face was like "oh heck no here I leave" or "oh shock, jeez a carousel of alters" hehe. Not meant to be rude!! I notice I always make like a weird face when switching with P., and it feels like being pulled back like huiiiiii. Ok what am I saying. Hope I don't come off as rude, I think switching is so fascinating. not saying weird in a bad way. heck yall even look cute while switching but maybe that's because you actually are pretty af.
also I always yawn and apparently most of this system does?? weird stuff. wonder why that is.

I never get to see littles let alone know their names that was so cute thank you for sharing your experiences with DID with us. I understand how exhausting it must be to go through all that switching in 10 minutes let alone a day. I also wish you didn't have to justify yourself to people who don't believe DID is real but know that those of us that stick around are here to support you and believe in you :)

So many of our alters can relate to specific alters in your system and it's super helpful to, not only have a system to relate to, but specific alters. Aw *hugs.. thank you for sharing this. We only discovered our DID this year and we have had a rapid growth in alters coming forward and the realisation of such a large system we are finding challenging. We are rapid switching just like in this video every single day. Sometimes we are lucky and have like 2 or 3 hours and usually we are blended and others in and out of co-con. We are struggling to accept this is our life and such a loss of control. It’s taking so much hard work and even trying to get everyone to just sign their name and time to see who’s who and when they’ve been out and what they’ve done. No one ever knows from one minute to the next if we ate or anything. There are some grey outs not full blackouts so sometimes we know ok so we did actually eat something and now feel sick etc. otherwise it just feels like a revolving door and everyone being so different, the emotions and thoughts on our life are so different so its causing so much internal chaos also.how do you cope? We are trying to find tools to help us have some organise and functionality but even that is a monumental task at the moment. Maybe things will setttle down for us. How do you cope.. any tips? We love u guys cos we can relate to your experience so much and see systems with like 4 alters and feel jealous almost and like why does it have to be sooooo complex and chaotic for us. I can’t even draw much anymore cos others come forward and interfere and we switch part way through then I’m back later and try to get back into it then switch again, its full on. You guys are awesome being so positive... Thanks again for sharing this it really REALLy helps us not feel so alone ~ Bobbi ☺️🌈💖
Everyones' experience with DID is different .< We make a lot of notes, lists, making sure to eat at similar times so there is kind of a structure (e.g the body eats at 13:00 pm), just creating things that are kind of routine, yet still most alters should be able to fulfill them!
@@thepizzasystem aww *hugs* thank u so much for really talking back to me. We had a new split yestersy and we are realising we maybe expecting too much of ourselves. We added eating times and taking rubbish out etc to our daily task sheet to see if it helps but now we have super bad migraine. Your so kind to reply such a good explanation thank u for taking the time. We have an other who is doing things behind our backs also and it’s just all happening at once. I’m gonna write down do calming things for everyone like u suggested. Thank you for understanding. I know al systems struggle and we don’t mean to compare. We jus feel lost and bit alone rifht now. Because of your videos I realized that I not often but sometimes also switch when yawning. Also happens with sneezing or coughing but usually it's without any of these that's why I think it might happen because it's a very strong thing to feel and therefore triggers the switch. For you it seems to be the other way round, that you yawn because of the occurring switch if that makes sense. Very fascinating and interesting how we all function in a different way. Lots of switching but good info too. Of course we wanna see the dinosaurs Flippie, all the dinosaurs 🦕🦖. I love the innocence in the littles. I can't imagine how taxing and exhausting it must be. I know battling my BPD, C-PTSD depression, anxiety and panic disorder leaves me exhausted and drained.
I believe we have seen you before. You all look familiar but I myself have huge amneisa from everything. It says we are subscribed 🖤 thank you for sharing this so much. Littles are something we or I are not too familiar with. We have one, possible two, that we know of. Hey Pizza System! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I love how all alters, even though they've just switched, get right back to spreading awareness and helping people. Your littles are SO ADORABLE. I think Flip would love the movie "A Good Dinosaur" if not already seen. And all the littles could like a cartoon called "Dragon Tales/Tails (I can't remember which spelling it was lol). O used to love it when I was young. I only have 1 request, I'm not a native english speaker and I can't understand what is being said sometimes. Of you could add your subtitles, it'd really be helpful. It's not necessary though, I get what's said 98% of the time and your system of displaying a cartoon of the alter is already very helpful. Thank you so much again!
Hey this question is for anyone how has DID. When you switch do you feel like a pressure behind your eyes almost like a twitch ??? because I have experienced that as a reaction in stressful scenarios that remind me of a trauma that I went through thanks 😊 also can’t wait to see flips drawings of dinosaurs 🦕 🦖❤️
I believe there will always be some differences in how someone feels while switching or reacts to it
@@thepizzasystem thanks for answering because this is something that has been happening to me for 2 years now and we never really got to the bottom of it although I have never to my knowledge had an alter I often experience disassociation and I have only looked into it more recently. Hope all of you are doing well and I really enjoyed the video ☺️

I wonder how much yawning helps the switches. yawning is providing the brain with more air (blood flow), literally. Do you get headaches when switching?
It depends sometimes yes sometimes not, sometimes we get them after 1 switch, sometimes after more or just due to chaos in the headspace! - (idk)

Actually, I have a question... Sense some of you are males in a female body... does that mean the males know what a period is like? Are they all aware that they are being filmed that they respond to camera immediately?
For filming we have one set area where there are notes regarding that it's a filming place 🖤 as well as our camera is pretty close in front of us so we might not always know what we are doing or what the purpose of the video is, but we know where to look if the camera is running or not. Of course every alter, part that does not want to be in the video or cam in general gets cut out, leaves or ends the video. That is at least a bit of what we do 😣 - isa
