      Well I'm Modernity Crazy Is associated with Insane, Insane Is associated with Mental, Mental Means People with Mental Problems and Schizophrenia is a Mental Problem 🤷

    • @WayneStoned
      @WayneStoned Місяць тому +20

      as a diagnosed 18yo, I feel like we categorize people who think out loud as crazy when really, they just didn't have anyone to hear them out in their youth. so they get used to talking even when no one is around, because it's better than talking to people who just ignore you, because you're "crazy". I feel like we think and understand a lot more because we're very mental, like everything we love is in our minds. spitting random knowledge that made Einstein and Newton famous, just makes you look crazy, if the people you tell have a lesser understanding. I am crazy, but I'm also brilliant. Did you know that Einstein was autistic? look it up. Mental health issues create a desire to learn for me, and to share my findings with others, but to them I'm just a crazy guy that talks to himself.

      So whats the difference between a schozfrenic and a normal person, not much of a diff, let me tell u why, we all have a voice in our head that keeps talking and complaining, is the reason of all the suffering in the world, but are we are really separate from these thoughts and who we really are? Yes, we are totally different than what we hear in our mind and ourselves and reality, this kid, unfortunately is not properly guided, but i bet a week around me, and i ll solve all his problems.

    • @RekySai
      @RekySai Рік тому +56

      But why does it sound like anyone talking about their internal thoughts. What's fascinating is that there is no second thought about it being real. Since there is that disconnect that these are not his voices and his thought, that it makes it easier to believe. Like people wanting to jump when they walk up to a ledge is a real phenomenon. But most understand that it's THEIR thoughts

      @Blindi That's such a dickheaded thing to say. Most people with this type of schizophrenia can't tell, it's hard to distinguish between what's real and what isn't, particularly if it's paired with hallucinations, which I don't think his is. These voices convince them to believe a lot of things, the intense paranoia shows that they believe these voices.

      @Blindi If you heard someone calling your name from another room, you'd know they're real, becaude you can hear it, you can process it. If you hear something, you have the privilege of knowing it's real, but these people have the same sensations of hearing something, but they have to decide for themselves if they believe it or not.

Therefore, you should take him to the hospital rather than having a neighbor report him and then the police drag him there. It would be easier to take him there yourself and hopefully he agrees to take the medication. If not, speaking from experience, he will be injected with tranquilizers and locked in a room until he agrees to take them orally. After discharge, he will see a psychiatrist who will manage the medication for most likely the duration of his life but some have gone off successfully with no psychosis later in life. It is an easier route to say "yes" to the medication they offer and then see the psychiatrist.

Especially in this day and age with the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Yet this vid was taken 6 years ago. I admire your dedication in bringing awareness to mental issues as not very many people have knowledge about it and are quite happy to judge. With your eye opening vulnerability you not only tell others who are suffering with the same struggles as you that they are not alone, but educate others what it is like to truly attempt to understand what it is you and many others deal with in everyday life 👏🏼👏🏼I have immense respect for you. You are super strong minded. My bf suffers from this as well although he hasn't been officially diagnosed but my history and background is in Psychology and Criminal justice so I know he is definitely experiencing the symptoms of schizophrenia. I am not diagnosing him but I am just saying that he literally has every single symptom of this disorder. He will hear numerous different voices and sometimes he knows who the voice is and sometimes he says he doesn't. He mostly says they are voices of his family members and he believes they are really talking to him but I try to remind him that they aren't real and that it's his mind creating different personas of himself and he is giving them all a name and role based on who I believe is closest to him in his life. They will tell him bad stuff like stuff is going to happen that is bad and scare him until he is in a terrible state and I have to calm him down. They tell him lies and he will believe it if I don't help him to calm down. Whatever you do, do not listen to those voices when they tell you to do anything bad. You are stronger and you can control it. I know you can because whatever you convince your subconscious mind of is what will become your reality. Try convincing your subconscious mind that you don't hear any voices anymore. I know for you this will be a lie at first, obviously but that is the point of a positive affirmation is convincing ourselves of a lie until it becomes a truth. It becomes a truth by telling ourselves over and over whatever it is that we want to believe or become so I know people may think this is ridiculous or not going to work but you never know unless you try it and also if it didn't work then you're no worse off than where you started but I know it will. It takes roughly 21 days to form a habit so that being said everything starts with a thought and thoughts become beliefs then beliefs become actions and actions become habits whether they be good or bad habits. It takes 21 days to form a habit give or take a few so what I am trying to convey here is that telling yourself daily as many times and as much as you can possibly remember in a day that you are not schizophrenic and you do not hear voices will eventually begin to convince your subconscious of such and that will lead to that belief becoming your reality. I tell my bf this every single day and have even written out the positive affirmations on a white board for us to do together daily and we are in the process of this now on day 2 so we will let you know how it goes and please try this. It's worth a shot. I know it will work. Believe in it and in yourself. You got this. You are not alone.
