well, nice try but your approach is only about fixing symptoms.
Most people have those symptoms due to lack of mobility somewhere (usually stiff thorasic spine).
This thorasic spine immobility has to be compensated by other parts of spine. Your neck and lumbar spine has to do the job of immobile thorasic spine. And they really dont like do that.
Over time those overused parts that had to take additional work from their stiff colleagues gets older very fast, they degenerate, bone spurs, but before that they usually lost curve.
The muscles you try to desperately loose are tight because they are last stand soldier to keep your spine stable. Your natural curve is gone, your ligaments are damaged, you have spine instability and only that try to keep you alive is your tight muscles.
So why you try to fight your muscles, when they try to safe you? Fix your posture, get back natural curve, fix ligaments with prolotherapy if needed and thats it.
If you dont fix posture, natural curve of your spine, then spend your life with playing with white ball on your deadly stiff muscles every day.
For example, ALL people who use denneroll for a month automaticaly fix shoulder impingement and list go on.

Okay, I watched and listened to the end. Whilst you do talk about the effects of bad posture in the last section, I think the tenet of your video “How to make your shoulders permanently loose” is flawed. I have recently had a client who had had physio for 12 months to loosen her shoulder after a total reverse shoulder prosthetic implant. Eventually she stopped her program because her shoulder still hurt so much and it wasn’t improving.
After a full body assessment I found her glutes and lower body were a complete mess, everything hurt when giving the lightest of massages. I started her on glute exercises and basic things like walking up a flight of stairs during her working day and after 3 weeks she was reporting a dramatic reduction in pain and increased mobility in her arms. You cannot fix the shoulders if other parts of the body are causing the issue. I find that “90%” of my clients come in with weak glutes and only after start to improve them will I start to look at any remaining issues in the shoulders. I have also found this from personal experience before I became a therapist.
So what you say is fine, if the rest of the body is in good order, but only if.

All fine and dandy, but this video is about shoulders specifically. I've been following this channel for many months now, and on so many occasions, he clearly mentions that if a problem is not resolved with the exercises he mentions, it's time to hunt down other parts of the body, above and below the "troubled area" and find the underlying source of the malfunction.
These videos I've been able to improve my overall mobility and strength and by the same token decrease the pain I had been experiencing for years
