I went the urgent care, had it checked out like a week or so after the fact cause I thought it heal on its own. if I knew it's was going to be one of those life altering accident, I would've been more careful.

@JesseMonster went to see limb specialist im finally getting mri and no word without a joke between hospital physio and doctors iv had over 30 appointments from July what a waste of NHS money thousands wasted still no idea what's wrong yet
The first test came kind of positive to me. The 2nd test, my problem is with lifting the arm all the way up, not dropping them down. The rest are negative. What kind of injury is that? I didn't even work out or do some hard labor work. I get it yesterday after I stood up from lying & playing games on my phone.
Tests #3 and #5 hurt me immensely (pain began a few months ago); but I have zero pain with the other 3 tests. Which exercises can I do to remedy this pain? I’ll try to answer my own question by watching your other videos. Thanks!
What if it takes large force resistance for it to hurt and the pain is always upon release of the tension only? I thought I sprained my rear delt but its been very tricky to figure out. I have full range of motion as well but that pain at the rear delt area wont go away 100% after 5 weeks.
Since this isolates the different muscles in the RC cluster, would that mean you could still pass all the tests except the one for the specific muscle you tore? I can do all the tests with little to no pain except for the Infraspinatus test, which is quite painful.
I woke up three days ago with severe pain in my left shoulder. All of these test ran positive for me. I can barely do anything for the throbbing pain I am experiencing. Yesterday, I started with some light exercises and thought I was going to be sick to my stomach afterwards because the pain was excruciating. Can't sleep because sleeping on my back is the pitts for me. What in earth should do?
Of these 5-test results on my hand, most are negative-appearing with MILD pain, leading to inconclusive outcome about SEVERITY of RCT injury ! Is this compromise or POSITIVE?
I broke my right should in 5 places 9/30/22. It's coming up on 1 yr, but I still can't move my shoulder correctly. It feels hea y when I'm doing regular stuff like cleaning my house, bathing myself or my kids, doing dishes, sweeping etc. I can't lift heavy items or I drop them. I have zero control over it & it just drops. I thought maybe I had frozen shoulder, but I still continue to do my PT & I've even added more reps or trying to reach more. I feel defeated. My shoulder does hurt really bad on my ball & socket joint where one of my breaks was. I can't reach behind my back. I can only lift my arm a little under half way & I can't keep it there. It will drop. Then after doing all of that or my PT my shoulder will start to what I call vibrate or shake automatically. I can't get in to see a doctor. I moved to another state after my PT was completed. Idk what to do. My shoulder looks funny to when I am able to raise it. Almost as if it's higher on the right side. I just want this to be over with!! I want to shave my armpit & be able to use my arm correctly. Help🥺
My pain is in the shoulder ball and socket. It also radiates down to my elbow but I also have a pain in the shoulder blade if I push it with my finger on my back. I've been to my local physio five times. Not getting anywhere if I was to get an x-ray or ultrasound or ct scan what would you recommend. Thanks, it's driving me crazy and affecting my working ability.
I’d ask your primary doctor for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon who can assess it further since you’ve already been to PT multiple times. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ordered an MRI or performed an US to see what’s going on. All the best

only the one behind my back causes some pain but I do have pain in should er. It is torn but pain with only one test. So what therapy do I have for that since I do experience pain in shoulders
What do you mean by compromised? Is that a tear? I have pain in all tests but I can do all movements without weakness. Half the time my shoulder hurts without any movement.
I only show signs for the first test (empty can test). My arm almost feels like it dislocates, muscle/ bone pops, and it makes my arm instantly drop. Is that a tell tale sign? Ive been dealing with this for last 5 years.
I have a pain that appears in the right arms rear rotator cuff that happens when I push hard or lift/pull something heavy by my side, the thing is I could do all these tests and barely get any pain. All but the last test hurt like hell and now my left shoulder is on fire ! Been dealing with my shoulder for years now and I’m getting a second pair of eyes to look at my shoulder coming soon I was sure I torn it awhile back and I’m still believe that it’s jacked up still
One of ur tests I can't even put my arm behind my back what is that a sign of please ?
Me too, and I cannot find out the problem. And he hasn’t gotten back to you, so that doesn’t help at all, lol. Welp, time for a $1,200 visit to the doc I guess.
@JesseMonster went to see limb specialist im finally getting mri and no word without a joke between hospital physio and doctors iv had over 30 appointments from July what a waste of NHS money thousands wasted still no idea what's wrong yet
I heard swinging the arm, while walking lets say is beneficial healing for this.
I passed all the test but sometimes I move my arm I have a small pain in my shoulder is it simple tear then how much days should I rest from workout
Very useful thanks for the tips ! 👌🏽
I passed all of them but 22 wks later I still have massive pain especially at night!! It feels like it’s in my bones!!
SAME
what if you have a lot of pain with all of these tests, but the pain is in the bicep muscle area, not the shoulder?
First test just shows me signs of forearm tightness/soreness. Might incorporate this as a tendonitis stretch for myself.
Great video! Positive on all tests.... Now what...
Tests #3 and #5 hurt me immensely (pain began a few months ago); but I have zero pain with the other 3 tests. Which exercises can I do to remedy this pain? I’ll try to answer my own question by watching your other videos. Thanks!
I also failed test 3 and couldn't do test 5 at all (can't go behind my back) after a car accident. 😢😢😢
What if it takes large force resistance for it to hurt and the pain is always upon release of the tension only? I thought I sprained my rear delt but its been very tricky to figure out. I have full range of motion as well but that pain at the rear delt area wont go away 100% after 5 weeks.
What about difference between strain and tear. Video was indeed helpful but did not answer my question
Thank you!
I didn’t have a problem until the last test. What does that mean?
I just went through 2+ months of waiting to find out what I did to my shoulder. I tore the supersponatis muscle. I can't put my hand behind my back at all or lift very well
Did you invite your shoulder? I can't do this & I broke mine 9m ago.
Hi Tim, I only have one weakness which was on the mt can test. But I do have pain in all movements. Could this still be a rotor cuff injury
How do these work with someone with Functional Nurological Disorder?
i found myself struggling to do raises in the gym so the empty can test is the only problem I have but idk what to do to make it go away, I would like for someone to give me an instruction to make the pain go away and thank u doc
I could do all of those tests without trouble or pain. What else could be causing my left shoulder to be aching/sore with a tightness and slight warm feeling for months now?
Tendonitis
Doc 3 quarters of the test shown are positive on my shoulder
Thank you for the video!
Hi....what do you mean by pain? Is it sharp? Feels cold? Can you emphasize more please. I'm not sure if what I'm feeling is discomfort
only the one behind my back causes some pain but I do have pain in should er. It is torn but pain with only one test. So what therapy do I have for that since I do experience pain in shoulders
Can the pain spread to the other shoulder. I passed all these tests
I remember it started since I threw out my arm years ago and got that pain in the same area. Any tips or information on that?
Thank you. Doc was right, supraspinatus tendonitis. Cheers
all signs on my shoulder positive weakness especially!!! ughhhh i have no work for jan and first two weeks of feb. rest and repair.
