Another really informative and well explained video thanks mate!
I’ve been struggling with ATP for many years, I always felt this may be due in part to core muscle asymmetry from lumber disc herniation surgeries +10 years ago, where upper abdominals seem to over-develop from constantly bracing myself to prevent lower back pain, while lower abdominal decreased as a consequence. At the same time hip flexor and hamstring tightening have also both increased.
I’m not sure if this is something you’ve observed in your treatment of clients?
Thanks again for the video, I’ll be incorporating all your recommended stretches into my daily routine, and being mindful of daily sitting / body positioning habits.
    Thanks again!

I only have a slight anterior pelvic tilt and I have tried all sorts of exercises to fix it over the years without any luck. I figured out recently that actually my APT could be secondary to what the real problem which is the position of my ribcage and breathing mechanics which is actually causing my pelvis to tilt slightly. What do you think about that, is it possible that a ribcage out of alignment can cause the pelvis to tilt a bit forward as well. The most annoying thing is that I can't figure out why my straight leg raise is only about 25 degrees when it should be 70+. I'm wondering whether my ribcage is also affecting this.

Thank you for this! Quick question- it is possible to have an ATP only on one side and is so, what will the symptoms be? My left side is more forward than my right and it gives the impression of a lateral pelvic tilt. Thank you for your insight!

Typically the term APT refers to the entire pelvis. One side of the pelvis can rotate forward though - especially if one hip flexor is tighter than the other!

I have a problem with posterior tibial tendonitis. For weeks now I've been trying to let it heal, and it will calm down but then I'll re-flare somehow when walking or even standing. I truly don't know what's going on with my foot and I'm extremely conscious of how I'm moving it at all times. This is driving me crazy. Any tips on what I should do and why this is happening
