    Does this exercise work the same back muscles as a pull up?
    I want to find alternatives to doing pull ups and want to improve posture.

    Is this ok if have TOs compression occlusion on abduction of axially artery and subclavian vein??

      Do it the opposite way around and do your pecs. Or just lookup pec flu
