Okay, first of all, this was 30 minutes of UNINTERRUPTED PAIN, Anna how dare you???😂😂😂 By 9%, I was struggling and by 43% I was CRAMPING, LMAO! But you know what's funny? I did the whole thing!! And that's what I love about Anna's workouts: they teach you that your body is capable of so much more than you think!!!! Thank you for this workout, I'm looking forward to the muscle soreness tomorrow!!😂❤

Felt the burn in every muscle. I like to do either Pilates style (like this) or strength training in between cardio days. This is perfect! Anna you are 🔥🔥! This proves it doesn’t have to be high impact to be effective.
That was proper spicy! 🌶 Anyone else get Pilates vibes from this one? Loved the format, a lot of unilateral work & structured in a way that really flowed (rather than feeling just a lot of random moves were just put together) For me personally could have done with a bit more upper body focus but I know Anna has always leaned towards more lower body focus! 😀 Old school tunes in there too from way back "Never take my Crown" 🎵 ❤ Fabulous workout Anna ❤ x

I am 14 and I started working out when I was 12 years old girl and I first thought doing workout that are for boys will help me grow muscle I was kinda right when my upper body get people confuse because it's huge but I want to tell you how much I appreciate everything you do and I love your video I mostly do them to get something after the gym to see how my muscles have grown the past year.

I have some troubles with my knee because of a bad move since a few days and now I tried this workout to avoid jumps. Very nice one and my thighs are burning like hell!!! I love it!
Excellent! I got up to 15 minutes and well all done in 15 min. I went a bit beyond on one side. But next time I'll go further till I can complete it. So controlled yet effective.

Anna, thank you so much for this workout! I rarely comment under videos in UA-cam, but I feel I must do it here. I staretd with this workout and feel my whole body nicely toned. The one thing that buffles me is that there is a series of exericeses for one side followed by the same series for another side, which makes body pretty tired because it becomes too much without switching sides. I wonder what is a thought behind the idea not switching sides for each exercies, but doing a whole series. Thank you so much again, this is a pure gift!

First of all, this workout DESTROYED ME! Secondly, I have a serious question. Can I get results like you by doing home workouts like this, or do I actually have to go to a gym to get the best results. I’m really scared to go to the gym but I want to be one of those girls that you see and think “she’s so athletic and definitely works out!” So is that possible to achieve at home with minimal equipment or am I dreaming? 😅

Loved this one! Thanks for the video, Anna! :) I wasn't able to do the last exercise as I still struggle with push ups but I simply modified it, working my arms in a way that suits me. Apart from that, I'm so proud of myself for doing everthing else without any breaks or modifications - however, remember it's important to make this YOUR workout and add or change things as you like so that YOU can profit from moving your body while still enjoying it :)
