    I’m so proud of completing this with NO breaks!! Im 14 and started working out last year and in a year I have improved myself and im growing. I used to workout cuz I hated my body but now I do it to show my body THAT I LOVE IT!! BUT REMEMBER EVERYDAY IS DIFFERENT. Maybe today was a day were I had to take no breaks but it can be different any day and taking breaks IS ALWAYS ALOUD AND RECOMMENDED IF U NEED TO!!!

      Im 13 right now, and I also started these workouts because I hated my body. Now I love him and I love it, that I’m becoming stronger everyday and I have more motivation and self love. I love this channel so much! 🍍✨💖

    Would really love to see more of these deep burn full body workouts. Ideal for days when I do not have enough energy for cardio but still want get a proper workout focused on toning the whole body without the need for weights. Have done this workout a few times already and will keep on returning to this one. Pls make more of these amazing workouts❤

    Okay, first of all, this was 30 minutes of UNINTERRUPTED PAIN, Anna how dare you???😂😂😂 By 9%, I was struggling and by 43% I was CRAMPING, LMAO! But you know what's funny? I did the whole thing!! And that's what I love about Anna's workouts: they teach you that your body is capable of so much more than you think!!!! Thank you for this workout, I'm looking forward to the muscle soreness tomorrow!!😂❤

    After period my mood so low , I don't play workout about 3 day and I'm feeling bad and sadness ,but I'm gonna start again and again from now the workout is the best thing form me for bad mood 💪💪🪴reading some comments from your community anna make me happy and feel more better thank you anna and thank you guys ❤❤

      Same, i am here after my periods when i take a break from working out and trust me, these no jump intense workouts are best to get you back into workout mood.

    Wow Anna!! This was exactly what i ve been looking for. Sometimes i m too stressed to do full body hiit work outs with jumps, but i still need the challenge. Often no jumping work outs are not enough challenging for me, but this definetely will not have that problem. Thank you so much!🧡💪

    this is BRUTAL!! im thirteen and started working out in april of 2024, it is now september and im loving how toned and strong ive become! i began because i thought my body wasnt good enough but now i do it because it makes me happy and i have grown to love it!

    Felt the burn in every muscle. I like to do either Pilates style (like this) or strength training in between cardio days. This is perfect! Anna you are 🔥🔥! This proves it doesn’t have to be high impact to be effective.

    That was proper spicy! 🌶 Anyone else get Pilates vibes from this one? Loved the format, a lot of unilateral work & structured in a way that really flowed (rather than feeling just a lot of random moves were just put together) For me personally could have done with a bit more upper body focus but I know Anna has always leaned towards more lower body focus! 😀

    oh my GOD this was AWESOME! I'm on Day 2 of the flu and knew it was too soon for weighted workouts and this was PERFECT. Thank you!!

    Good morning (well,for my country). Except for the upper body,the workout was hard and brutal! My legs were shaking. I could also complete it in a flat in the early hours. It made my morning.

    Wowza!!!! My legs were shaking the entire time and my glutes were on total fire-lol! I am currently taking some time off from running and this was just what I needed- After a tough season of losing my joy and happiness due to some feelings I was experiencing during my summer work, this was a perfect mood booster and just what I needed to feel good and ready to tackle the day!     I am 14 and I started working out when I was 12 years old girl and I first thought doing workout that are for boys will help me grow muscle I was kinda right when my upper body get people confuse because it's huge but I want to tell you how much I appreciate everything you do and I love your video I mostly do them to get something after the gym to see how my muscles have grown the past year.

    I loved this workout. The flow was amazing , I added ankle weights which made it even more challenging. I really felt stomach , abs and glutes on fire!!

    Excellent! I got up to 15 minutes and well all done in 15 min. I went a bit beyond on one side. But next time I'll go further till I can complete it. So controlled yet effective.

    So I was surprised, my heart rate average was 108bpm, but my muscles are complaining about these exercises. I didn't know what to expect from an advanced workout but this was definitely not my expectation. Thank you for making this.

    Anna, thank you so much for this workout! I rarely comment under videos in UA-cam, but I feel I must do it here. I staretd with this workout and feel my whole body nicely toned. The one thing that buffles me is that there is a series of exericeses for one side followed by the same series for another side, which makes body pretty tired because it becomes too much without switching sides. I wonder what is a thought behind the idea not switching sides for each exercies, but doing a whole series. Thank you so much again, this is a pure gift!

    First of all, this workout DESTROYED ME! Secondly, I have a serious question. Can I get results like you by doing home workouts like this, or do I actually have to go to a gym to get the best results. I’m really scared to go to the gym but I want to be one of those girls that you see and think “she’s so athletic and definitely works out!” So is that possible to achieve at home with minimal equipment or am I dreaming? 😅

    I wasn't able to do the last exercise as I still struggle with push ups but I simply modified it, working my arms in a way that suits me. Apart from that, I'm so proud of myself for doing everthing else without any breaks or modifications - however, remember it's important to make this YOUR workout and add or change things as you like so that YOU can profit from moving your body while still enjoying it :)

    Hey Anna, ich würde mir für Full Body Workouts in Zukunft wünschen, dass mehr Muskelgruppen angesprochen werden als Abs, Glutes und ein bisschen Arme... Es ist ja ein Full Body Workout also fände ich es schön wenn du auch mehr Übungen für z.B. Rücken, Unterschenkel, etc. einbringen würdest!
