I don't have an Atmos TV, so for obvious reason, I don't have an eARC port too, but with your suggestions given here, I am able to get Dolby Atmos badging in Amazon Prime app of my VU Android Premium TV. My problem is a different one for Kodi. Though my TV is s 4k TV, still in the display section of Kodi, my Whitelist is locked at 1980x2080p, why so? And that's why I am not getting the 3840x2160 option, can you help me regarding this?
@@SsoundM9705 Mines is Android Premium TV 2021 model bought in January 2022. Is there any relation between TV models and Kodi app software? My model's Android version is 9. Of note, my soundbar is Samsung B55E/XL with one HDMI In port, which most probably has HD passthrough, that I have to confirm after I get my Firestick 4k, second generation.
@@getsandy2007 sorry. I read it wrong the first time. Kodi will show 1080p which is common. The important point to enable is in display you have an option to adapt to the content resolution so that when you play a 4k video the resolution automatically switches to 4k. Why 9900 pro skips sound, I mean i noticed this on my device got a replacement from amazon, now again same issue. For ex - I tried playing from iphone, ipad etc what happens is audio just breaks for about a second or half.a second then gets back on track. It’s nothing to worry about IMO but it’s ruining whole experience. Any idea why it’s happening ?
@@SinghsTv is it when connected with bluetooth only? I guess if the issue continues raise a complaint and the zebcare will fix it when it's under warranty. I hope it's not a major issue though
Did you try playing videos in youtube on fire stick? Sound feels cracked even at 12. But when switched back to normal tv youtube sound is good no cracked even in 14, i also noticed that while playing video on normal youtube soundbar first blinks (pcm) but in fire tv it displays nothing..
I applied the same settings as shown in video, normal tv to pass through but still youtube shows pcm when playing a video. And fire tv to dolby digital plus and it wont pop anything on soundbar display when playing video.
I am facing the same issue where treble and surround resets. Zebronics said they will fix it with firmware update but as of now there is no solution for it. I use Surround at 2, Center at 3, Treble at 3, bass at 1
Hi @@SsoundM9705 9900 has new software update. Raise a complaint they will update the software. Today they updated the software of mine. Have to wait and see weather that settings save issue is resolved or not.

Bro, I have acer 55 inch google uhd tv. I have connected earc to zeb jukebar 9900 and I have set the digital output to pass through. And even set up the kodi for pass through. Whenever I play dolby encoded movies through Pendrive I am not getting the dolby effects on kodi however I am getting the effects when I play the same on default media player in the tv. I hate the default tv media player app which is not good epically forward and Backward operation.
@@SsoundM9705 it's just showing earc on soundbar. But when I switch the audio from pass through to pcm and then back to pass through it shows mpcm. But still won't create any effects
Don't use Nova player as it would really damage your speakers. It's not made for playing pass through audio formats and has a lot of bug. Vimu is a very good option apart from Kodi. Happy to see that it worked out😅🤗
From my perspective it actually is. It's just based on what your preferences are. If you are just looking for a soundbar with brand value and decent feature then go with samsung but if you need the complete package at a similar value proposition, zebronics is pretty good at it.
Can anybody confirm whether they are having distortion while listening to dialogue focused content in the center channel ? I tried playing around with treble and center channel settings. Still feels like the sound is cracking while listening to dialogues. I normally watch movies at volume level 11 or 12. Please let me know.
Please click on EQ button for 3 seconds and once it shows S OFF, try listening to the sound. The center channel is weak but I haven't felt distortion so far
@@SsoundM9705 I think it's because of a defective center speaker. Still it's there. Escalated the matter to zebronics service center and they told me they will come and look at it within 2 days. By the way what is 'S Off' function? Sorry, I am new to the zebronics brand.

What is it showing when you are playing videos via Kodi? is it PCM or dolby audio or MPCM?

So S OFF is Surround off which will turn of virtual surround effect.
It's called Dolby MAT and you can turn it on or off based on your preference.
Hopefully your product gets fixed soon.
