@@rior2678 no lossless audio can be played via optical. If you have a tv with eARC port then directly connect your PC hdmi to tv HDMI port and your eARC to your soundbar so that the signals from PC hdmi input can be sent to your soundbar via eARC. If you don't have a tv with ARC/eARC you will have to spend good amount on an audio extractor which provides an eARC function. OREI had a 4k audio extractor around 7-7.5k range which can send lossless signals, nothing else apart from that under 7k can do it. A lot of fake products advertise as lossless via optical which is not at all possible. If you want to learn more just drop your number via email and we can have a chat. So currently there are only international movies out there that release a Bluray version Dvd which will usually have either TrueHD or DTS HD/ HD MA. So technically speaking you have to download movies from torrents to get the files😆😅. I can't disclose much on a public forum as it's not strictly speaking legal😂😂 but if you can email me, I will be able to clarify easily

No I have not come across this issue. I have come across the sound getting cut for a slight second to adjust the audio but not a buffering issue. Does it fix it automatically or will it continue with the buffering?

@@poornakalajagadeesan4762 You do not need an amplifier. You need a tv that supports both the Dolby/dts formats with eARC passthrough and a streaming device like nvidia shield pro or latest Amazon firestick to get it working.

You have to try pairing them again. -> Power on sound bar, subwoofer and satellite speakers. Long press the “Pair” button for 3 seconds on the remote then sound bar LED display will show “SUB PAIR”. once you see this you can select and start pairing them
I am also using zeb 9900 , when i play audio video diagnostics trail video from Amazon fire stick 4k, sound bar shows Dolby Atmos, but when i streaming though Amazon fire stick 4k in prime video Atmos content sound bar only showing Dolby audio. I have installed Kodi on my fire stick and i connected usb including some Atmos content and dts content after seeing your videos i adjusted the Kodi settings and i can able to play Dolby Atmos but when I play DTS content it will shows audio not supporting.
Try to play Sita ramam or kalki from prime it shows Atmos. Where as for lord of rings recent one In prime titles it is showing Atmos but in sound bar I am getting Dolby audio. So looks it is completely based on source.
Hey bro, I just got this soundbar yesterday. Everything was working fine at first, but one of the rear speakers stopped working after 10-15 minutes. Unplugging and replugging the power adapter from that speaker solves the problem for another 10-15 minutes, but then I have to redo the process. Is there any permanent solution you can help me with?
I haven't faced this issue till now. Can you please check if the Left and right speakers are properly selected as left and right? There is a toggle switch to change it left and right. You can try changing it vice versa and see If the problem is there. If you are still facing issue I recommend you to directly contact zebronics support and ask them to rectify or place a replacement for the product.

Your soundbar should e connected through HDMI for optimal performance. You can reset the whole sound settings and try connecting again to your TV. just enable Passthrough as PCM and check if the audio is working fine. If you are still facing sound getting stuck, then you might want to contact customer support for resolution.

Is your prime showing audio as Dolby Atmos or Dolby digital Plus? Also is your HDMI connected via earc? Probably check settings pass through mode and change it to auto first and see if it's working.
Hi @managamingspace, In my Hisense u7k if I play Dolby Atmos content in sound settings Auto mode or in Pass through mode I am getting Dolby Atmos in Soundbar. Just play the video and see the label in sound bar. If u don't play means in that movie main page it shows MPCM.

I'd recommend not buying both to be honest. When the speakers provided are less, no matter what audio codecs it supports it will not sound good enough. You will only get a virtual Dolby Atmos and instead of buying it I'll say go with zebronics 9500 which is 1k higher. You'll get up to Dolby digital Plus and also a proper 5.1 setup.

Sadly Jio setup box doesn't support Dolby. But Airtel Xtreme Setu box will support. Most important thing is Your tv also should support Dolby ATMOS, other wise no.

If you are directly connecting through TV, your usb should be visible in kodi. If it is firestick, I recommend you use an app like es file explorer or jsotg or MLUSB. all these detect storages upto 4 tb and can help you play the videos

It's 2018 released model and I'd recommend you surfing over the internet for something similar as there are multiple options available at the moment. You will only get a basic Dolby digital and dts audio and no other audio formats. If you can tell me your budget, I can recommend something to you. There was a Sony iv 300 which was a Bluray player with home theatre which kind of was the best available back then. I don't think it's in stock anymore.

If you are more of a person that values the brand and long run overall performance I'd say Samsung. But keep in mind the channels are less compared to 9900 because you get 7.2.2 in zebronics and the only ever issue is center channel sometimes feels slightly muffled which is not a very big deal for me however. You can decide based in this. Please go with your instincts.
I used to bro. But because of the top firing speakers on front I had to keep it lower and also because the sofa I have is at the same height. For the back surround set, based on your suggestion,I can adjust it downwards to my ear level as the mount is 180° flexible along with bottom to top adjustments.

Sorry to dissapoint, You will be able to know the sound format being played when you click Pair/info button. If it shows PCM, it means you are just getting 2 stereo sounds, MPCM is multi channel PCM which is better compared to PCM. Dolby surround means you are getting the formats of Dolby digital/Digital Plus properly. If it's Atmos it will show as Dolby Atmos. For DTS and DTS HD it will show as DTS and when playing true lossless files, it is usually Dolby Atmos for TrueHD audio and DTS:X for DTS-HD Master Audio formats.

@@garysushil I completely missed this comment. I have used many audio extractors and I would recommend not using one if you have a TV that supports search functionality along with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X. A New Generation Firestick will do the job as it will send all the audio through eARC as passthrough and your Soundbar would decode it. If you are going for Audio Extractors it might cost additional 10k to get a good setup whereas the firestick is under 4k during any sale or Festive time.
Tv has 3 HDMI inputs and 1 is earc, You connect the earc to Soundbar and you can use firestick in TV 2nd HDMI slot and passthrough the audio. Your TV needs to support ARC/eARC which is very common nowadays
I was using sony ht s20r previously and I really feel this one is better in so many ways. The sound signature is unlike anything you have seen from Zebronics before
@@Factvalt sp8a does not support lossless audio formats and also its a 3.1.2 system. For the price it is not worth it. My opinion is that you try figuring out if any places like Croma has these products and check the demo before buying.
Sir. It is just an hdmi cable as input and output. Hdmi cable to your soundbar and then the other side of hdmi cable to your tv input port. If you can see any ARC/eARC near the hdmi slot on tv just put it in that slot.
It shows you have support for Dolby digital and dts studio so I guess you will be able to get a decent experience from the soundbar especially with Dolby digital sound signatures. If you want complete audio format support then buying a new generation firestick might be required.
So your Tv has compatibility for Dolby digital Plus, Dolby digital and Dolby Atmos. If you are only going to use it to watch movies on Netflix, prime video, hotstar then it will do the job just fine. You won't be able to get any lossless audio codecs like truehd, DTS audio working(this is only applicable if you know how to download Bluray movies)
Let's be realistic for the price too. There are no systems under 75k that can play both dts and Atmos formats lossless. Blu-ray players are the go to options but speakers will cost again. I'll take chances with this zebronics soundbar and use it till it dies on me eventually 😊😉

Your Jio set-up box needs to have Dolby Atmos support or your tv needs to have it in order to get the Dolby surround.

Tv has 3 HDMI inputs and 1 is earc, You connect the earc to Soundbar and you can use firestick in TV 2nd HDMI slot and passthrough the audio. Your TV needs to support ARC/eARC which is very common nowadays

@@Factvalt sp8a does not support lossless audio formats and also its a 3.1.2 system. For the price it is not worth it. My opinion is that you try figuring out if any places like Croma has these products and check the demo before buying.

Sir. It is just an hdmi cable as input and output. Hdmi cable to your soundbar and then the other side of hdmi cable to your tv input port. If you can see any ARC/eARC near the hdmi slot on tv just put it in that slot.

It shows you have support for Dolby digital and dts studio so I guess you will be able to get a decent experience from the soundbar especially with Dolby digital sound signatures. If you want complete audio format support then buying a new generation firestick might be required.

Deep bass nahi he center chanel & treble clarity not good
Center channel is not that great but treble can be fixed. Bass is punchy if you listen with a sofa or in a room where there is not much reverb.

So your Tv has compatibility for Dolby digital Plus, Dolby digital and Dolby Atmos. If you are only going to use it to watch movies on Netflix, prime video, hotstar then it will do the job just fine. You won't be able to get any lossless audio codecs like truehd, DTS audio working(this is only applicable if you know how to download Bluray movies)

Let's be realistic for the price too. There are no systems under 75k that can play both dts and Atmos formats lossless. Blu-ray players are the go to options but speakers will cost again. I'll take chances with this zebronics soundbar and use it till it dies on me eventually 😊😉
