Not allowed submerged shoulders anymore for health reasons so only to the waste in water etc… They also tried making him go easy on the minorities so a diverse person could reach the end easier. SAS Australia is 1000x better and has Ant back with all the OG staff… Until the Aussies bring their wokeness to their tv too ….

Krav Maga, Jui Jitsu, boxing etc. And they're not trained to get someone to "tap out", they're trained to literally kill people with their bare hands. The majority of their work is behind enemy lines, so the ability to take someone down with firing a shot is pretty important. An SAS or SBS Operator would easily dispatch most "MMA fighters" without any trouble.

Extracting her alone was suicidal it would have been safer to collect with the other recruits at the Emergency Rendezvous Point and arrange evacuation. They couldn't do anything for her, because in the exercise, camp was overrun with enemy troops and and they had to leave quickly.
